This is probably one of the cleanest and most comfortable service centers I have seen in awhile. The bay looked pristine. The staff was welcoming and well placed in their office space. I did not see anyone else have to wait more than two minutes before being attended to. The waiting area seemed to glow. I went in to have my tires looked at. They were honest and described the problem. I ended up leaving with no bill. I thought things were worse because of my indicator lights. We dropped our company van off because the rebuilt pos transmission she installed on it just at a year ago, failed miserably. She was trying to fight us on not getting it covered under the warranty and it took her 11 days, to finally converse with GM to get the replacement that they agreed to cover the cost and labor. That isn't even the best part! This sorry excuse for a mechanic, went behind our backs and installed a radiator without giving us a bid prior and without our AUTHORIZATION! Can we say illegal transaction? When the transmission was finally done, she emails us an estimate for almost $1000.00 for the radiator. I responded with we will not be approving the radiator or anything else. Her response was , she already installed it!!! What!?! Excuse me? She had her employee back her up and lie with her saying we verbally approved it, just so he didn't get fired, like the 100 other people that she has either fired or left in previous years. I tried fighting the charge with her, but she wouldn't talk to me directly anymore. She only wanted to speak with my non confrontation "yes man" "mr. nice guy" husband to coerce him to pay for it. And what ends up happening? She uses her money maker and he ends up paying it. Furious not only with her but with my idiot husband. She stole almost $1,000.00 from us that we needed to use for my cancer treatments next week. And yes, she knew about the cancer diagnosis as she was supposed to be a "friend". This company was so much better when her husband ran it. He built a great company and she destroyed it and his good name. BTW she is also running a new scam business that has to do with farming, natural cancer remedies and financial donors. She also went behind our backs and spoke with strangers about our cancer diagnosis to try to get them to give her money! Run!! Never do business with this fraud!!! P.S. Check out her business incorporation status on the California Secretary State's website under The Pit Crew. Both her incorporation entities were suspended by the State Tax Board for failure to file a tax return and or pay her taxes. Unethical to the extreme! Buyer beware!!!!

That's exactly the kind of service that I like to do when I work on my vehicles myself. I needed to have the brakes flushed on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The price that was quoted was less than the dealership wanted, and was very fair. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to drop me off and pick me up from the local coffee shop, where I was able to work while the service was being done. When we got back to the shop, he showed me the brake test that was performed, as well as showed me some of the other cool vehicles in the shop. I am already in the process of booking a service for another one of my vehicles here, and see no reason for me to look anywhere else in the foreseeable future.
