The employees yelled at us and hung up on us when we decided to move forward with another body shop to work on our car because we did not want to tell with them. Alright. I've waited a while to post this review since I've had my Mustang GT repaired at this auto body shop. I wanted to make sure nothing else appeared to be broken due to the accident I was in. ~~~~~ These guys are not great. These guys are terrible. Those other reviews you see on this body shop? Read them. If you still want to come to this body shop then it's on you. From the first encounter that I had with the owner or one of the owners getting defensive with me about "his" money though I wasn't there to take away his "money" to my last encounter where I waited a few days to get them to check on my drivers side chair it was nothing but problems. They went and claimed parts that needed to be replaced but they never ordered them or replaced them. They claimed that my exhaust system needed to be replaced though my exhaust system was third party and never contacted the company. They put an order for my passenger side rear light but never fixed it to where I ended up replacing the part myself out of my own money. I went to these guys first to get it replaced but they did nothing. They did not even bother checking it. They did a mediocre job fixing the frame to the rear where another body shop I went noticed it and they noticed that my trunk door was slightly misaligned. They also didn't bother checking the transmission mount and engine mounts for my car since my accident was the severe. I was rear ended by a fast moving F-150. Let's put that into perspective. Those repairs ended up coming out of my own pocket. They also don't bother with checking your tire pressure if they've held your car for a long time. It took 3 months to get my car back. Their warranty only lasts for a year by the way. For a tl;dr they'll scam the insurance company for parts they won't order and replace. The work is subpar. Do not come here. It'll be better to tow your car to your house and then work with the insurance company to find a good auto body shop. read more

If I can give this place a negative, I would. The people there are so rude. Car wasn't ready in the time promised. When it was, the called 30 minutes before closing on a Friday. When I went today to pick it up after work, the first thing said to me was finally we've been waiting for you forever. When I explained how they called 30 minutes before closing and how I had no way to get here on time, his response was "you should have taken an Uber". The guy was a complete jerk and very unprofessional. We called once a week for updates and when I said they never called us for updates his response was "well you could have called us" WE DID... Incredible. Take your money elsewhere and stay away. I also called the AAA tow truck and told them to stop recommending this place to people. I am completely disgusted by them. read more

They have a painted fence that is the same color as the tow away sign (so you can't see it) and they towed my own car away and I called the number shown on the sign and the guy was supposedly not far and was asking me to Zelle him $167 and he'll return my car and not drop it off at the suppose towing lot company. This is a true scam. Also to mention, when he returned my car he was waiting down the road for the next victim to park and get off their car so he can take the car. I took my car their through a recommendation and worse decision of my life. They took 40 DAYS to fix the front fender, bumper and mirror. I called several times while it was being fixed to receive an update and never did always said I'd get a call back never received a call back (I've had this work done in a week previously). Their was no reason that they could provide on why it took so long, they were even shocked. Also, the day I picked it up the other mirror had broken while in their shop and the guy was trying to blame it on me even though I hadn't even driven off yet. After a long argument and getting screamed at they agreed to cover the mirror. I was in a rental for the entire period and geico only covered 30 days of the rental; a guy Sergio agreed to cover the remaining balance since it shouldn't have taken so long and that he would in a couple of days to contact him. It's over a month later multiple calls daily and a few personal visits and the guys never there. Finally today the receptionist (very rude with poor customer service) told me that he said the rental would not be covered. Overall, this company has horrible management, customer service and can't even own up to their own mistakes and will lie to get you out of their face. If anyone else has had a bad experience with this body shop I encourage everyone to speak up. If your looking for a body shop run away without thinking twice. read more

This place is running an absolute scam! Any person giving this positive reviews is most definitely FAKE! The tow truck service i used through AAA is in some type of cahoots with the owners of this joint. This is NOT the place I requested to go to but they brought me here. Being new to the area, I figured they wouldn't have brought me somewhere else other than where the destination was through the app. The tow truck driver CHANGED IT!! I figured out that my car was at the incorrect place bc the place I was supposed to drop it off at called me. Come to find out, they were charging me 300$ for my car to be parked on the street for 48 hours. If I didnt catch this sooner and get my car I'm not sure what wouldve been done to it. I wanted to add something. I recently went tk get my car appraised and I was told the value was less because the air bags had to be replaced. Complete lie and scam because the airbags never came out and this place charged my insurance for it. I'm am telling you... DO NOT take your car here. They are scammers. Read the reviews. I took my car for a paint job. I got the estimate for the roof and hood, so far so good. Representative Luis told me to drop off the car on Thursday for the car to get ready by Friday afternoon. I explained to him that I really need the car by Friday by the end of the day. Luis guarantee by Friday. I called in Friday to check how was the car and he told me that the car was going to be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday. I told him no, that I can't wait all the way to Tuesday or Wednesday because I have to take the car to sell it. I told him that I was going to pass by to pick up the car, and he told me no, because the car already has the prime on it. And he told me by Monday the car was going to be ready. I had no choice to wait for Monday. When I get there to pick up my car, the car was ready but the hood paint was full of bubbles. And because I told him that I was going to pick up the car on Friday, he probably got mad and they buffeted both sides of the car till the paint came off. And he didn't admitted that he did. He told me that was like that already. There's no argument with this kind of people, and was asking for $200 extra to fix it. Over all. will never recommend this place to anyone anymore. Very disappointed. You take to fix it and they mess more with the car. read more

If anyone, EVER, tells you to go to this shop, or the tow truck recommends it, RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!! This is the worst place I have ever experienced, and they do not even deserve the one star that I have to give them to write this review. They are not only rude, but also AGGRESSIVE AND VIOLENT. We are looking into filing a lawsuit. BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!!! Here is our story: My husband got into an accident on February 23, by no fault of his own, and the tow truck driver recommended that he take our car to this shop since they were partnered with Infinity (the other driver's insurance company). Because of this, which turned out to be a lie, my husband had our car towed to this place. Because the accident was not my husband's fault, we should not have had to pay anything for the work on the car, nor the rental that we had to get while our car was in the shop. On March 6, the estimator from Infinity went out to the shop for a second time because the workers had found additional problems with the car that needed to be fixed. The estimator notes, and writes down, that NOTHING had been done to our car in 11 days. Infinity extends our rental, for another 4 days but makes clear to the owner and the manager that after those 4 days, they cannot pay for the rental because the initial delay of 11 days was not a justified delay. The owner promise our car will be done within 4 days. Surprise, surprise, it is not! He then promises it will be done after the weekend, and that they would take care of the price for the rental since none of this is our fault: not the accident, not the delay in repairing our car. We come back on the Monday, and of course, the car is not ready. Apparently, they had again found another problem that they had to fix. At this point, about three weeks after the accident, we are very frustrated. Especially since Infinity has made clear that they will not pay for the rental car any more. We tell the owner and manager this, and they tell us not to worry about it. We have to go back and forth to the shop a couple of more times after that because they promise that the car will be ready, and then when we get there it is not. My husband had to take off work multiple days, and lose income, because of this. Finally, we are called to the shop a month later and the car is supposed to be ready. This is when things got really out of hand. The manager, who we already have had a lot of problems with because he is extremely rude and nasty, gives my husband attitude and PROMISES that the car is ready to be taken home. He has an attitude because we are telling him that they have to solve the rental situation. We should not have to pay for the rental since we have done nothing wrong. That is something that is between the shop and the insurance company. My husband has the insurance company on the phone and the manager is yelling at the lady calling them liars and all other kinds of nasty stuff. The problem is, Infinity has written notes of their findings that nothing had been done on the car from Feb. 23 to March 6. The shop has nothing. The only thing they have is "their word that the lady on the phone is a liar." So the manager is acting nasty and aggressive towards my husband and calls him all kinds of name after this and promises the car is done. When my husband inspects the car, he realizes the car has two different headlights. He walks back into the shop and asks the owner how he can tell him that the car is ready when the headlights clearly are two different colors. The manager just shrugs his shoulders and says, "it happens." After this, my husband gets upset. This is when the manager gets aggressive and yells "FUCK YOU" at my husband and throws our car keys at him. After that, the manager runs up to my husband and gets in his face and continues to assault my husband. My husband leaves the shop after this, without our car. When we come back the next time to pick up the car, the color of the headlights are corrected and the manager once again promises the car is ready. It is not! The rims on the car are not fixed, despite these being in the initial report. My husband has to leave. He comes back a couple of days later, the rims are fixed but now the headlights are not working. Over a month later, our car is finally ready to leave the shop. And despite us not being responsible for the accident, or for any delays at the shop, we have to pay the bill for the rental car. We got that bill today, and it was more than the owner promised we would have to pay. My husband contacts the owner to ask about this. Instead of the owner apologizing and saying that there must be a mistake, my husband is called ungrateful! So after over a month of not having our car, my husband being assaulted and battered, continuous insults from the manager, and then being stuck with the rental bill, the owner again thinks it is okay to insult my husband. Like I said, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE! They are not even worth the read more

The truth is that I do not know where to begin. I took a 2008 Cadilac Escalade ESV for repairs, and not only was the quality of work below average, but it was a constant lie and a scam. After (26) long days of waiting to resolve an issue with the rear end collision paid by my insurance at nearly $3K these shops employees determined that it was ok to exchange and steal parts and items from my car. The personnel I kept calling indicated that it was my job to contact my insurance company " State Farm" and have yet another estimate done. The first state farm appraiser only reported one taillight as damaged and had just that one taillight replaced. The shop should be responsible when determining if this insurance claim is in their hands. The accident was a rear end one, then common sense tells you that both taillights are or may be damaged. No one supervised this insurance appraiser so that the correct claim was filed. one new light and one cracked light does not constitute into a finished and well-done job. This place is a fraud, and the employees are thieves. Especially the supposed owner Luis. This character lies and scams you right to your face. This body shop doesn't even deserve one star. They have the worst customer service possible and I am pretty sure they live off of frauds. They took forever to fix my car which barely had damage. I was carless for more than 45 days and on top of that when I finally went to go pick up my car I realized the clip/magazine to my husbands gun which was fully loaded was missing. He always kept it in the glove compartment and we saw it there before the car went in. The clip was never found in the car nor the body shop and owner did nothing about it! I'm starting to get really worried that my mom was scammed by the tow truck driver into taking her car to this place. She got T-boned in a parking lot in Westchester, and she didn't call Geico first, she called AAA. The driver convinces my mother (77 yrs old with no traffic infraction history) that instead of towing the car to the house a few blocks away, that she should tow it directly to the body shop, this one. Now I start reading reviews of this place and the general feeling I got when I was in the body shop and all of my internal alarm bells are going off. It's been exactly a week now since the accident, I'm seriously tempted to go over to the body shop and demand to see the work they've done on the car. My mom has Geico and her lawyer on speed dial. I'm here in town with her another three weeks. These Russian mafia fools better do the work right or they're never gonna know what hit them. Please do not take your car this body shop for repairs. My sister was involved in a motor vehicle accident, for which she was not at fault. One of the reps from this body shop stopped at the scene of the accident and convinced my sister to take the car for repairs there. Biggest mistake! She just moved to the United States and is not well verse on how much corruption exists in the city. They made her sign an agreement charging her $80 per day for storage. Then, when she was told by the insurance that the car would be declared a total lost three days later, then the body shop did not want to release the car without a payment of $800. We went to try to get the car out on a Friday and they refused to release it. Another customer was present that day and he had the same issue. He called the police. We had to talk to one of the owners who was a Russian guy to get the car back that Monday and pay the $800. It was very scary! We felt like we were dealing with the mafia! FRAUD! When my vehicle was involved in an accident, their tow truck driver conned me into taking my car to their shop. When I realized it was not an insurance associated body shop, contrary to what they told me, I went the NEXT day to take my car back. They did not let me because it was the weekend (even though there were workers present). So when I went in on Monday, they aggressively argued with me and made me pay all of the fees that went into taking my car there and charged me 4 days worth of holding my vehicle, even though I wanted it back 1 day later. Luckily I coughed up the money to get it out, and took it elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Worst place to take your car. I was recommended to take my car there for a minor accident. Worst mistake I ever made. They not only took 24 days to fix it. The job was sub par and it cost over $2700.00. The contact person was Alex and the repair manager is Luis . I was recommended by a family member and when I went, an employee that said he was part owner by the name of Alex received me. Alex was very eager to get my business and seemed genuine to help me. Once I signed on the dotted line the nightmare began. Alex advised the job would take about a week. So I rented a car and the following week tried to call Alex to no avail. After several attempts at calling his cellular and the business, I had to drive to the shop. Alex was standing outside, and I asked him what was the issue. He advised, it would take a bit longer and parts had been ordered. In reality the vehicle was sitting there waiting for the adjuster to approve the work. After almost 2 1/2 weeks and numerous attempted to again get a hold of Alex, I was finally got the shop manager on the phone. His name is Luis and he is the most aggressive and rude individual you can ever meet. I finally got my vehicle on the 24th day. When I went to pick it up, I had to wait for nearly 40 minutes. finally, when the car was brought, Luis advised me it was outside and it still needed another part. Luis advised me to come on Tuesday for it to be installed. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and rude this person is. This place shouldn't be in business, let alone open. read more
