The driver called 30 minutes ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. Unfortunately, he arrived late. I called to tell him that if he didn't arrive in 5 minutes, I would cancel the reservation. He said he was there, but I was standing outside and told him he wasn't in front of the house. He then said he was a minute away. He didn't even get out of the van to help with my luggage, and I pre-tipped 20%, which ended up being a mistake. I won't be using this service in the future.

This line is ridiculous!" I said, I'm not sure, I'm a sub... She yells back "WELL SO AM I" !!!! (huffing and puffing). So I offered to call the front office for this lady to find out - even though I was on my way to crossing guard duty. She didn't wait and pulled into the back lot - apparently found the kids she needed to pick up, and then proceeded to turn LEFT out of the back lot AGAINST traffic, going the wrong way down a one way street and hauled ass out of there, meanwhile running over and breaking two of the school's traffic cones that were set up to direct traffic. I reported her behavior to the secretary and principal. And I hope in the future you hire more competent people, and not stir-crazy drugged up nobody's who are supposed to be entrusted with other people's CHILDREN!

This was my first time doing the Holiday lights tour with my family. We opted to rent the bigger…read morebus. Our driver went over all the rules once everybody was seated and explained where we would be heading to as well as the stop they do at a gas station in the middle of the tour which was nice because we had a lot of children on the bus. They also let you bring drinks and snacks on the bus. The bus itself was clean and spacious. We went a few days after Christmas and the only down side is that some of the displays were already down so it felt like we didn't get to see a lot. Another thing was the windows kept getting foggy but thankfully they had squeegees available which we had to use every few minutes so that was annoying but also we know it wasn't their fault. I would definitely use this company again, but will opt to choose the date before the holidays are over for better festive experience.
