The driver called 30 minutes ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. Unfortunately, he arrived late. I called to tell him that if he didn't arrive in 5 minutes, I would cancel the reservation. He said he was there, but I was standing outside and told him he wasn't in front of the house. He then said he was a minute away. He didn't even get out of the van to help with my luggage, and I pre-tipped 20%, which ended up being a mistake. I won't be using this service in the future.

When the incident was reviewed, interior bus video confirmed that the driver never checked the student manifest, merely yelled into the rearview mirror to ask if any kids were left, and failed to conduct the mandatory physical post-trip walk-through of the vehicle before parking. My 5-year-old was left sitting on the bus at their facility until the driver was getting ready to exit. Entrusting young children to a company that skips basic headcounts and vehicle sweeps is a terrifying risk for any family. Parents and school districts should demand complete accountability and strict oversight before using this service.

Our driver went over all the rules once everybody was seated and explained where we would be heading to as well as the stop they do at a gas station in the middle of the tour which was nice because we had a lot of children on the bus. They also let you bring drinks and snacks on the bus. The bus itself was clean and spacious. We went a few days after Christmas and the only down side is that some of the displays were already down so it felt like we didn't get to see a lot. Another thing was the windows kept getting foggy but thankfully they had squeegees available which we had to use every few minutes so that was annoying but also we know it wasn't their fault. I would definitely use this company again, but will opt to choose the date before the holidays are over for better festive experience.
