Not sure if it was because it was midweek but the people working the counters didn't seem to really want to be there. Usually ice cream shops would at least offer one free sample but no such case here. Also, I had to come back up to get a bowl for my overly melted ice cream and they just kept looking at me and going away from the line to "help" others when other staff were already helping them. If you are okay with just getting ice cream and not caring about service, this is not a bad spot!
