The older lady (I believe the owner) took care of us both times. She was friendly and professional. She was also very nice and generous. She not only gave the family some freebies for their big orders, but also gave us (the people picking up the orders) a box full of donuts on our 2nd visit. The owner lady also had one of her employees help us carry the boxes to the car. The items I tried tasted fresh and as expected.
