Delicious, I got the regular corn dog and Macha tea. However this location is not athletically pleasing. The ambiance is cold and outdated decor. The service I was not pleased with. The cashier had no knowledge and didn't assist in anyway of picking from the menu. For example you can choose what flavor boba you want But we were not informed of that as it being our first time visu

But I don't think there's anything especially unique about them. Maybe it's just me. I don't really have a huge sweet tooth, so it takes something really amazing to impress me when it comes to pastries and the like. The cafe itself though didn't really do it for me either - it felt incredibly dated, like I'd teleported back to the 1980's. Typically, I'd even think that was charming... but I didn't feel the charm in this cafe either. Tattered bar stools and a couple booths were available for seating. Besides my friend and I going together for my most recent visit, there was only a family of 4 ordering some donuts... but otherwise, the place was empty. Even then, service felt a bit disorganized. The two employees switched back and forth between who they were paying attention to, and even then the employee who ended up coming to the counter didn't remember what the order was she had just filled. Ultimately, I think Ridge Donut Cafe probably caters more to the folks who grew up in the area and have some nostalgia for it than anything else. As a newer customer, I've tried it a couple times and always walked away thinking it was just okay. Will I visit again? Probably not... I've done my due diligence in trying this cafe, and I just don't have those memories / that nostalgia for it that locals do.

This place is great for a quick pick up or sit down if you like stir fry. This is one of three…read morerestaurants available in the building. This one is to the right when you walk in past the seating. It's a make your own plate kind of serving. First you grab a bowl and then out of the buffet of items you choose what you want. From veggies and meat(frozen) to garnishes and then the sauce of your liking. I chose shrimp. You then bring your bowl to the stove slab for the cook to make your food right in front of you! Great concept and amazing price! Once it's cooked they can put it in a to go container where you bring it to the register to be weighted. Two of the containers came to $20! We def should've filled it with more food. The flavor came out great better than a Chinese location. The staff there is friendly as well

The all-you-can-eat is a good price at $11.99 and paying by the lb. for food is also reasonably priced. There is a good selection of meats and vegetables to choose from to eat with your rice and noodles that they cook for you over a round Mongolian grill. I didn't really care for their sauces as much and wished you could put on the sauces yourself without them doing it. However, I did find the customer service sort of lacking. The owner/manager seemed concerned when I ordered all-you-can-eat that I was going to share it with the rest of the group when I went up a second time when clearly my group all ordered their own food even if it was by the pound. My husband also ordered all-you-can-eat. When I went up to get seconds and asked for rice, she asked me how much I wanted and I said it was just for me. She gave me the smallest scoop possible from the rice cooker they keep behind the cash register. She then came to inspect our table to see if I was sharing my food. That type of service made me feel awkward and definitely gave me the feeling of not wanting to come back. If you don't want people to get all-you-can-eat or to get more than one plate, then don't offer it in your establishment. Otherwise trust your customers since they are giving you business. She was also not the nicest when our group asked if they had the hot Chinese food (sesame chicken, chicken on a stick, etc) when it was advertised on the menu board and she said they were all sold out. I personally think they didn't want to make it for that day. The person at the grill was great though!
