My issue comes in with the business office and their less then stellar practices. We've always paid our estimates at time of service and any additional balances in instances where the estimates may have been slightly off. They continue to state that we have a "family" balance that has to be paid before they will schedule follow up visits. This balance has been reviewed with the business office against the EOB from my insurance in which the EOB does not reflect any patient responsibility. They are trying to balance bill for amounts they should contractually be writing off. This alone has put a bitter take in my mouth and forced me to start looking elsewhere for treatment. ​

She recommended unnecessary dental procedures and was unwilling to perform the straightforward extractions I requested for the two unhealthy, decayed teeth and provide a partial denture to restore function, health and appearance. Additionally, she did not do the cleaning I originally came in for. It seemed her primary focus was on maximizing insurance payments rather than addressing my actual needs as a patient. She was willing to extract if I went with the implant but not willing to extract since I decided to go with the partial. Go at your own risk. The smiles are big but the lining of their pockets are bigger and your preferences for your teeth are disregarded if you don't choose what is being recommended.

Walking in nervous and in lots of pain from a tooth that I thought I was going to loose ( but not going to ) I see Saireen who greets me with a smile and her upbeat personality. The needed paperwork was handled in a professional and in a timely manner without having to repeat myself a bunch of times with the same information ( plus point for that). He walks in with a smile and took a minute to greet me ( he had other patients that he was already seeing) and to and make me feel comfortable. It was explained to me in the language I speak which is English and not " dentist" language which made it easier to decide whether I wanted to continue or not. I have been to a few dentist in my adult life but I absolutely have found my go to dentist for me and my family. Give them a try because they definitely care about their patients. The really sweet assistant ( I forgot to take her name) that seemed to have worked a full days work Kept on going with a smile and checked in on my well being regularly.
