Not even 10 minutes after I arrived home the manager (True's husband) of the office called me and apologize to me for the way I was being spoken to by his wife during my appointment. The manager pleaded with me to make another appointment to come in to complete the first appointment for partials. I did really ask and I made a second appointment well during my second appointment I was examined by young Asian dental assistants I would assume I'm not sure because they really didn't speak to me at all at the end of the examination the lady said your teeth are loose we cannot give you a partial You're going to have to go somewhere else. I had done wasted my time wasted the last bit of money that I had on my insurance to come up there to be rejected again. Dr. Le is a great dentist. My husband's back tooth was starting to bother him and I knew we had to find a good dentist fast! As I searched online for the nearest one, I found TruCare Dental. I called the office and spoke with a nice man who got him the earliest appointment. Dr. Le looked at his tooth and told us it had to come out! About a week later, his tooth is removed very quickly and without complications. Dr. Le is superb at what she does and she has a great team working with her. After I had a fall that cracked my front bottom teeth, I was in intense pain. I chose a dentist at random to pull and remove the roots of those five teeth. That dentist was what many people would call a "butcher" and she mutilated my gums. They were swollen and mangled with no stitches to hold things together. In a few days, I could see that things were not healing at all, but just the opposite. I looked for another dentist, much more carefully this time and decided on Dr. Le. I'm a senior citizen and have been to many dentists in my life... Dr. Le is the finest of all. She saw bone was exposed and she worked to give me some immediate pain relief. Even with my swollen raw gums, she never caused any pain. She was beyond gentle. She placed medicine in one area and scraped off some rough edges of bone. That first night I felt relief. There is more to be done and I feel 1000% confident of Dr. Le to do everything perfectly. Another feature I love about Dr. Le is how completely she explains the details to any and all options you may have to resolve your dental issues. And lastly, for an extremely skilled and educated dentist as she is; her prices are quite competitive. I feel lucky to have found her. read more

I never write Yelp reviews, but my experience at this dental office changed my mind. Visited this place for the first time last week for a check up, cleaning, and a few fillings. I've never had a better dental experience. First, this place truly lives up to "modern" standards. The office is clean and filled with state-of-the-art equipment. If you are a new patient, the staff are even willing to give you the tour of the entire office. They even have monitors above your head so you can watch movies or listen to music. All in all, they really care about your comfort. My cleaning and fillings were thorough and painless. Dr. Le was meticulous and never rushed throughout the process. Omg I can't express how great this office is. From the time I walked in I was greeted with a smile. My 6 year old daughter is afraid of the dentist and Dr. Nguyen and her team made it so easy for my daughter to get her X-rays and teeth cleaned. I loved how they used a technique to help my daughter feel more comfortable. While they were dealing her teeth they told my daughter they were painting Cinderella in her teeth. Too cute. I found this dentist office on Yelp and I'm very glad that I did. I've been living in Louisiana so this was my first dentist office that I've visited in Dallas and I would recommend it to anybody. The staff is very friendly as well as Dr. Truc. I never have a problem with booking appointments and they always get you in and out with no wait. I am giving 2 stars instead of one because I did not experience an actual appointment there. My 2 stars is based on the receptionist. Being a receptionist myself, I expect a lot customer service wise. I went online looked up Dentist in the area, and TruCare seemed to have good reviews, so I figured I would try it out. -I scheduled an appt. online for Friday, July 10th at 5 pm. -The next day (the 7th at 9 am) I get a voice mail from Rose who seemed very nice, just asking me to give a call back to get the number for my insurance. I was at work so I was unable to answer her call, then I forgot to call back later on. -On the 9th at 9am I got another missed call and voice mail from Rose. I felt horrible and called her back right away. I gave her my insurance phone number and we rescheduled my appt to Tuesday the 14th at 12pm because I got called to work on Friday. A few hours later she sent a detailed email that went over what I my insurance cover, which I was happy with her quick response. -On Friday the 10th, at 7 am, I got a confirmation email for my appt on Tuesday at 12 pm. I confirmed it. -At 3 pm I get a voice mail from Vanessa asking for me to give a call back so she can get my insurance information from me and to confirm my (should be canceled) appt for that day, the 10th at 4:30 pm.(This is where things start to go down hill.) -Then at 3:16 pm the I get an email from Vanessa saying that my appt was in a few hours, at 4:45 pm(how does this time keep changing???), and that I needed to call back to give insurance information. -I call back shortly to find out what is going on. I speak to Vanessa, and explain that the other receptionist has already handled everything. She has rescheduled and confirmed my appt for 12 pm on Tuesday, she got and confirmed my insurance information, and that I have even gotten 2 different emails confirming all of this. Vanessa seemed confused and sounded like she did not know what to do, she just said that that receptionist was not there today. She then tried to get my insurance information again, and I told her they already had it. She looks and finds it. Then she tried, again, to confirm my appt for that afternoon at 4:30 pm, and again, I explained that we rescheduled it to Tuesday at 12 pm(how many times do I need to repeat myself?). She remains dumbfounded on the phone and says "okay.... how about we scheduled an appt for Tuesday at 2 pm." ................ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! At this point I AGAIN remind her I already have made an appt for Tuesday at 12 and have confirmed it via phone and email. There is no need to change the time or anything. (I'm guessing the 12pm was booked and she didn't want to tell me that) Silence for a moment. She tries the 2 pm again. I just say whatever okay. 2pm. She was very unpleasant, and by the end of the call I so disappointed about how there is apparently no communication between the CSRs there. So I told her if it is this much trouble just to make an appt, just cancel it. If they are that unorganized in the front, I would hate to see how unorganized they are in the back where they work on their patients. All I got in reply was a quick "okay, have a good day, bye". read more

Dr Truc was so detailed and thorough. It is not easy finding a dentist that are great at pediatric dental care. Our 4 year old had a awesome experience at this office, even with all the fillings for his cavities, he was very comfortable and at ease with his dental procedure.
