It took a bit of time to finally get a sit down. They basically yelled across customers to ask what I wanted and to tell me to choose a color from their basket of color palettes. It was hard for me to figure out where I was suppose to get it as they were just shouting it across the shop. The lady did a good job on my nails. I got a dip and she definitely worked hard on it. FYI- They charge extra for credit card. Overall- great job, pretty bad customer service.

Also, it is always loud as they are constantly shouting to each other in a foreign language. Not relaxing. I see them cleaning but the place is just so cluttered and messy; it often feels unclean. Some of the polishes are old. I guess I've kept going back because it was convenient and I liked that they did back massages.
