I read reviews saying that the salads are good here and, despite this being primarily a takeout place (and therefore unlikely to serve fresh, noce salads), I decided to trust them and order one. It was exactly as you would expect from a pizza takeout place. Limp, browing lettuce and tasted weirdly fishy. I ate a few bites and then abandoned it. I was particularly impressed by the staff- our son has food allergies and as soon as I said the word "allergic" the staff making our pizzas started taking his gloves off to change into new ones without being asked and marked in big bold letters to use a new cutter on his order- they clearly understand cross-contact and it made us feel very safe and comfortable eating here. read more

I ordered a Dominic by phone and paid when i ordered. I asked for a cauliflower crust. When I came to pick it up it was ready and the young man making the pizza was very nice and added two root beers to my order quickly which I paid for at the cash register. That's the good part. The pizza was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. It was cut into six pieces. Three pieces had two small pieces of sausage, two pieces had three little pieces of sausage and one piece had just one piece of sausage. The white sauce was tasteless and didn't even cover the crust. Best Ever! I eat mostly plant based and gluten free and I love being able to choose vegan cheese and gluten free crust for a decent price. My husband can order his own pizza and I get my specialties! It's so affordable here. I had olive oil and garlic rub as my base instead of sauce and it was fabulous! Topped with a generous amount of veggies of my choice and topped with vegan cheese! I entered the place at 12:50is and there were only 4 patrons but 3 employees. There were two people ahead of me and one employee already making their order. The employee was super slow. I stood there for 10 minutes as he still fiddled with their order. Not one other employee approached or talked to me. Then, one employee walks up, doesn't acknowledge me then starts making an online order before my order. The employee didn't even look at me. This place was a ghost town at mid day. Note to owner: Your employees have zero customer service, obviously don't care, are lazy and slow but most importantly, clueless. This is the reason that you will be closing your doors soon. Nice part first: the place was clean; staff were nice and fast with our order. Unfortunately that's where it ended. The bad part: the pizza. My crust was like a pita not just thin but also was just flat and flavorless. And I love a good thin crust that's got crunch. When I say minimum toppings I mean she measured them out with a table spoon and that's what u get. The sauce didn't cover the pizza, I counted her put 10 spinach leaves on, 6 sliced mushrooms. SIX PEOPLE! Six mushrooms per slice would be normal. The cheese was minimal as well. Then she forgot the drizzle and put it on at the end so it made the already Luke warm pizza even colder. I've been to MOD pizzas all over the state and this is the first disappointing visit. From walking in the door at 6:20pm to leaving, it was over 45 minutes... and I was third in line when I came through the door. Four workers: walk-in pizza maker, online order pizza maker, pizza cooker and pizza cooker trainee. The guy making the walk in pizzas was going as fast as he could, but the two folks in front of me ordered multiple pizzas - so I was 20 min in line. What I don't understand is the 20 min after I ordered (5-ish min) before my pizza was ready. Then again, maybe it sat on the counter for a bit because when I finally got it (after going up and asking), it was barely warm. I'm glad I was just visiting GP, because if this was my first MOD Pizza visit, I would never come back. read more

As a regular Medford Modster (don't know if that's even a real term or not, haha) I was excited to find out it was coming to Grants Pass as well. The food was decent, although the bottom of my pizza was slightly well done for my liking. They were more than happy to accomodate my extra requests for sauces, which was nice. I would reccomend customizing your own pizza, rather than getting one of their premade options, they won't give you too much of anything unless you want extra...and when it comes at no extra cost, trust me - you want extra! The service was great as usual, and the staff seemed to have found their stride after being open for only about a week. The design of the interior itself, in my opinion, was even better looking than Medford's. It maintains the same hip industrial inspired design, but doesn't feel nearly as cramped. From what I could see during the evening at least, that seemed to be true of their patio area as well. However the one thing that was blaringly obvious when you walked in is the volume of the music - it was LOUD. Way too loud for my comfort at least...you feel like your eating in an Abercrombie or something. Maybe they were trying to cover up the pandemonium in the kitchen, I don't know, but the music was too loud to facilitate good conversation and I'm sure will alienate some older customers. Another thing I noticed different from the Medford location, was that they didn't have any to go boxes you could grab after you were finished. Other than that though, the staff & management did a pretty good job delivering the quality I've come to expect from this chain, even going above and beyond by checking in with us to make sure everything was good. read more

First experience with this company, ordered by phone (as you can't order without debit online, only by phone or in person) didn't really realize the pizzas are "personal size", but 4 fed 5 people. Will order 5 next time. The crust on the Ruthie was soooo soggy. It was really bad, both in taste and due to it being soggy. The 3 build your own pizzas tasted fine and weren't soggy, but were skimpy on toppings (including hardly any cheese) on 2 of the 3. The balsamic glaze was very good. Inside everybody had a mask and staff also wore gloves. One or two customers had issues knowing where their nose is. Soon after we came in a group of eight young boys came in, two without masks. Followed by three people with no masks. Emboldened four of the boys removed their masks. I don't blame the staff. They were swamped and busting their butts trying to keep up with orders rolling in. They were courteous and professional. The food was very good and the restaurant was very clean. As an alternative, you can get a salad, instead of a pizza. Their desserts include the so called "no name cake" which is a kind of a chocolate cake with creemy filling. The staff is friendly and if you haven't been to a MOD Pizza before, you need to try it. Don't be discouraged by the long line because it moves fast. Well here is goes : Well I really liked that they only put a little bit of red sauce and the crust is thin. They have Several different items to customize your pizza. Great pizza option! It's like Chipotle, but with pizza instead! They prepare your food very fast, and its very instagram worthy! Their pizza, and salad is on point! The only thing I have a problem with is that their chicken is a little fatty, but otherwise I love this place, and me and my family try to go here as often as possible! I like these guys pizza and the prices etc but the have a $5 delivery charge plus a minimum order of $15 which means I always have to order more than I can eat, pay the xtra $5 for delivery plus a tip. What's the delivery fee for? If it's for the driver the why should I also tip? If it's not for the driver why is it necessary?
