Thea was amazing! She was so friendly and she made our pizza the bomb.com. I love coming to MOD in general but stellar customer service goes a long way. MOD is great about customizing your pizza and if you love garlic you can throw that on anything - even in the sauce! They also have cauliflower crust now so you can literally be the healthiest vegetable walking around eating pizza. Also for my sweet tea lovers, the tea is pretty dank. Anyways, thanks MOD! I haven't been to this MOD location in a while but I stopped at another location for lunch last week and the MOD craving returned. Today, when told told the pizza artist that I wanted light sauce because it was really only to get the flavor from it, they recommended garlic and olive oil instead. I trusted the recommendation. When I wasn't sure of the spices they made another suggestion and I agreed. I asked for cheese on top and they made one last suggestion of the cheeses to enhance the flavor of the pizza we had created and once again I trusted their opinion. I was excited to taste the pizza collaboration and it did not disappoint! I'm so happy I listened and trusted in their suggestions. My pizza order will be completely different now...upgraded!! The paper inside my pizza box says "This is not a pizza place. (It's a people place.)". Perfect statement for today! I can grab pizza anywhere but I'll return here because of the person that wasn't afraid to make suggestions to enhance the experience for me. Refused to take an order over the phone, told me to go order online. By the time I was able to sunlit the order online, the website gave me an error because the store was closing in about 20 mins. We ordered from here over Postmates and unfortunately the food came cold and the order wasn't totally right. The postmates driver said there was nothing she could do and I should call postmates. Postmates of course was HELL to get a hold of and did nothing. So we called MOD and they were great! They immediately took care of us and gave us the best customer service! We also went into the location for a meal and James & Will were amazing! They remembered our situation and were so nice and took care of us and went above and beyond! I had the first experience ordering online. I got here 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and had to wait an extra 40 minutes just to CANCEL AND GET A REFUND for my order. They were swamped with orders, all the pizzas looked crappy and were coming out burnt and bloated nothing like what is a regular mod pizza. They were 45 to 60 minutes behind orders and it was complete chaos with most customers angry and wait for orders. Many were wanting a refund. Next time I will stick to the San Felipe mod pizza location which always does a good job. That place does it right read more

So I really enjoyed MOD for a bit when I first started coming here, but just recently I stepped up to the front and my mom was ordering, as she was speaking to one of the employees about adding something he turned to me and ask if I wanted something in the middle of my mom ordering. Finally opened and seemed like construction was quick since i feel like they just started. When i saw the sign, i was so excited to have good pizza so close to me! Super clean and friendly staff. I've never seen more friendly staff that was excited to be at work and made my whole experience feel very personal! The place was also extremely clean!
