Service was terrible. I placed an online order at 6:30 for pickup at 7:30. We arrived early at 7:10 and told them we were there early. The guy at pickup position noted our order name and that it was for 7:30. We waited directly in front of him, less than 10 feet away, for 30 minutes while everyone who arrived after us got served. Finally at 7:40 my husband asked when our order would be ready, and the guy immediately handed him our three pizzas! I don't know how long they were sitting there but I was sure steamed that I'd put a tip on the bill. You cannot teach common sense so we are never returning to this location, and probably never to Mod again. Other reviewers noted how dirty the store was and the pizzas themselves were burnt so this franchisee apparently has no clue or does not care how to train their employees. read more

If you want to pickup you have to pay over the phone now unfortunately. I just don't trust the employees enough to give them my card information over the phone. I've dined at the Louetta location and despite it being busier than this location it's a lot cleaner. The ladies room was super dirty and toilets were messed up. I saw one employee cleaning tables really working while there was a girl who handed out your order there who really made no effort to help out. I saw her on her phone a few times and just that one guy cleaning and helping in the kitchen. I didn't notify anyone about the restroom I ordered my lunch and left. There were a few flies in the restaurant and that was annoying. This location was under staffed today? And like that one lady looked unmotivated to be there, even when pizzas would come out of the oven she would walk away and just her body language she seems checked out. First time trying MOD. Ordered 2 "Mega" pizzas, but didn't realize it was just double thin crust. Ordered one Dillon James and added pepperoni and salami. Also ordered one Calexico with bacon and onions added. We brought the pizza home to find no jalapeños, chicken or buffalo sauce on the Calexico, which is what it's supposed to originally come with! After inspecting the Dillon James we notice the same thing, only the add ons and not the original ingredients. I was really surprised at how great the pizza is here. The thin crust has a good taste and just the right amount of crunch. You get as many fresh toppings as you can fit on your pizza. The eating area is small and lunch lines can grow quickly. So I recommend getting there a few minutes before the lunch crowd if you want to avoid a long wait for service or a table. read more

One word- DELICIOUS! I had never been to a MOD Pizza- and my Mom and Sister insisted we go. When we walked in, an enthusiastic staff greeted us. I stood in line watching the process and figured it would take forever to receive our food. I mean, they have to make it and cook it, right? Not to mention they are always swamped. Seriously my food was at my table in 5 minutes. And WOW!! Delicious! I love that you can get roasted garlic cloves. This isn't a big deal to most people, but I LOVE garlic. Put 'em on my pizza AND in my salad. All the food was fresh, delicious and left me wanting more. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. What more can you ask for! LOVE MOD. The best dining out pizza joint we've found. Absolutely love the patio! Haven't tried the cauliflower pizza crust - do it. Even the salads are fresh and good. They 100% have the flow of order placement, preparation, paying out down. Our only complaint is at least 60% of the time they burn the crust. Even if you ask them not to. As an adult, I understand. But for the kids - they just hate it. Just be sure to tell them, please don't char the crust. We've only had someone get snotty about it once. Love MOD, overall. read more

Very disappointed in customer service today at highway 6 location. The pizza was good but it was like an ice box inside the restaurant. I asked a worker if he could turn air to a better temperature and he said "no". We attempted to go outside but with wind not much better. Needless to say we boxed our pizza up and taking home to finish eating. Will have to reheat, but better than being miserable. I made my first visit here and was very impressed. I told the staff it was my first time as I hesitated to choose a pizza, and they were very friendly and explained the whole process, and some options for a newcomer. I ordered the first one on the menu and added a few ingredients at no extra charge. I only waited a few minutes for my pizza, and it was excellent. One of the best pizzas I've had in a while. After my husband had a super migraine all day and slept all day, he was starving. Figured we'll break from our weekday dinner of chicken breast 'n veggies and try out the new mod pizza down the street (ooooh, CHEAT MEAL). I ordered the Caspian and kept it as is, except I added cilantro. Hubs ordered Calexico. The employees were friendly and patient and food came out quick. PIZZA CONSTRUCTION: I sat down with my pizza and immediately noticed that this was going to be REAAAAL difficult to eat. How are you going to have a sizable THIN crust pizza and then cut it into 4 slices? Major chain pizza delivery places cut their thin crust into squares for a reason -- the pizza will otherwise collapse on itself. And whatta ya know; the pizza DID collapse on itself, causing all of the toppings to fall off the pizza and onto your plate. So you have to eat it in that awkward folded style. Pizza is supposed to be hand food, but their pizza is not, because you have to constantly fork everything back onto the slice. Boo. PIZZA TASTE: I can only vouch for the caspian, but it was pretty gross. The BBQ sauce they use as the base and topping tastes like KC Masterpiece, meaning it tasted like sugar sauce. I had to add some sriracha to help balance out my otherwise savory dessert pizza. After the sriracha addition, it made the pizza taste pretty average at best. OVERALL: If I'm going to go sit my butt down and eat pizza in a restaurant, it better be better quality then what I can have delivered to my door. And it wasn't. The appeal of "ordering it your way" a la subway/freebirds/whatever really has no bearing, because you can do that with basically all pizza chains. read more

So I've been to this Mod pizza so many times and it's been great can't complain. Today I came in and they didn't have the large dough so the worker that prepares the pizza suggested I could do 2 small pizzas instead of 1 big one and pay the prize of the big one. Apparently the manager doesn't think it's appropriate so I wasn't allowed to do that. Another worker yelled out I should go to a different location in a rude manner. I tried to speak to the manager and she said the reason why is because all the large dough is frozen. She implied that they needed to make the dough last until 10 but it was 8:50 P.M. (mind you the definitely had plenty)regardless the food is good but I really don't appreciate the attitude and rudeness from the employees. I do believe there is a correct way to speak to costumer, when at the end of the day we contribute to the employees paycheck because we chose to bring our business here. read more

I've been coming here for a few years or since they opened. It's always amazing food. Unless you have uber pick it up which Mod doesn't allow anymore cause uber eats is worthless. So today was the first time I encountered any issues. We called in an order. We showed up and paid and had a seat. I watched as my pizza came from the oven to the counter. I stayed patient while there was no one boxing. I don't like cold food so after a few minutes I walked up to the counter and noticed nine pizzas waiting to be cut and boxed. I got the attention of someone and asked for my food. With a bit of attitude he began cutting pizzas and seemingly purposely made me wait while he cut the others and boxed them before handing it to me. Turns out he was the general manager. I don't put up with attitude when it comes to food I'm paying for. So I requested a refund. Good luck Mod. I'll miss you. Just not the attitude. read more
