FOOD-Overall the pizza was good, yet unfortunately they were out of mushrooms . The pizza crust was AMAZING the crust was chewy and crunchy super delicious. The sauce was good , perfect amount. The cheese was delectable, perfectly stringy and gooey. Now for the best part the toppings, if you make your own pizza your topping are unlimited and plenty of choices for sauces, meats, and veggies, even if you want extra cheese or spices at the end. Our favorite topping is the ROASTED GARLIC it made the pizza 10x better. The caramelized pear tea is out of this world a MUST TRY. PRICE- The price was not bad, for the fact that it is unlimited toppings . STAFF AND ATMOSPHERE- Overall this section is pretty poor the floor was dirty. Now don't get me started on the staff it was incredibly inefficient and there was a long line and the staff was simply not focused we found them talking about personal hygiene while making our pizza which is simply inappropriate. The place is pretty well staffed but not doing their job well. The bathrooms were ok yet it was awkwardly placed, they were at the very back of the store in a pretty Un-noticeable spot. read more

Crisp, thin dough cooked quickly and well, pick your own ingredients and out to the table quickly. Think "flatbread" instead of traditional Pizza Hut for the American palate. Is it good? We've been driving by this place as it was building out every week when we go grocery shopping at HEB. Work buddy who is originally from Seattle told me we HAD to try it out, he'd been twice in the last week. Was definitely not disappointed! Delicious thin crust pizzas, tasty toppings, interesting combinations. I had the Winston, so yum. Little Boots made her own, Hubs and The Boy modified combos. I took my staff to this location for lunch and when I say the staff and customer service was exceptional from the time we walked in until the time we left! My husband and I come often because my husband raves about this location specifically. He's a vegetarian and he visits here weekly. So this place was the first thing to come to mind to take my team for lunch! They loved it! Deven was so attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we were taking care of. He was able multitasking to superb perfection! He engaged with us, kept the pizzas flowing to other guests, while still welcoming the individuals who walked in with delightful greeting. He made our brief lunch break a exceptional MOD experience. He has gained this location 6 additional MOD loyal customers! I'm not sure what trainings your staff go through to educate themselves about customer service, but Deven needs to be the educator for all newbies! He gave us the Disney Experience!!!! We have found the perfect healthy place for pizza! Close to home, great customer service, reasonable prices and delicious! On the 3rd visit we noticed that they need to keep their tables cleaner. Pick up messes on floors. Food servers need to have their hair pulled all the way back. Long curly black hair touching the counter as they kneeled down to get product is a no Bueno. AHH-MAZING! Finally found a pizza in Katy worth driving (and paying) for! Great atmosphere, fun staff and cool concept BUT it's the fresh ingredients and unique tastes that will bring us back. The ultra thin Mod crust is just enough dough to hold your toppings together but not so much that you suffer gluten-guilt. Wish they had more dessert options, but maybe that's a good thing...if you know what I mean. read more

I have never left a review for a company but after having a terrible experience at the Sugarland location and the most disrespectful man named Kyle who got so mad and was cussing when we walked in 15 minutes to closing and had the whole line of toppings broken down like he was closing the store down I decided to give the Katy location a shot. And boy what a night and day difference this store is from the sugarland. This location deserves 6 stars. I will only go to this location and never give the sugarland store the time of day again. My husband and I were in the area and were about to go to somewhere else for pizza but decided to try this place instead. It was very good! I liked the fresh ingredients and that you can add or omit anything you'd like. We got ours to go and drove 4 miles home and the pizza was still good. I tried MOD pizza for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it really was awesome! However, I tried it again about a week ago and it just wasn't good. The food isn't consistent and I ordered the exact same pizza as the first time. The biggest problem was that they had the oven on much higher or didn't take the pizza out on time, thus why it and the breadsticks came out burnt. I will probably try it again for the simple convenience factor. read more

I love MOD pizza as a light, fast pizza option. They have great choices to make a vegetarian pizza, even offering vegan cheese. Sometimes the edges of the crust are slightly burnt. And occasionally they make the order incorrectly when I order on line. But overall I've had a great experience there. read more

This place is so good but the service can be a little crazy depending on who you get to make your pie. I have gone when it's really busy and I don't get as much as I would like because there is this major rush. I asked for more of a topping and they tend to be stingy on the toppings. However I've been in a lot when it isn't busy and they make my pie perfect exactly as I want. The pizzas themselves are awesome. I get the gluten free pizza and it really has a great flavor and the workers are good about changing gloves for me. Overall though it's a great young atmosphere which is fun. Great food! read more

This place is great and the whole family loves the pizza. Its a family favorite. We love that you can pick your size and toppings and priced well! The only area they lack in for example if you only want pepperoni and cheese they will put 4 pepperonis. Then you ask for more then 2 more so you just have to keep asking until it is the way you want it. If you want more cheese you have to ask for it etc. So they are definitely not generous but your paying for it so have them make it the way you want it. Crust is thin and flavors are delicious!!! Mod Pizza in Seven Meadows...We went in tonight not knowing it was the first day it was opened. The staff was well trained and the wood fire oven pizza was amazing! Fresh toppings, all you want, same price, $7.89. The best part of the night wasn't the fantastic pizza, but rather meeting the young, charismatic, hard working owner, Andrew. This young man exemplifies what it is to work hard and persevere. He shared his story with us, as well as many of the folks on the photo wall within this company. While the pizza tastes pretty good, the wait is ridiculous. We called in an order and it took over an hour to get a cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, hamburger pizza and a Dillan james pizza. I sat in the car and watched people stand in line and then leave. The owners of Mod either need to hire new employees for this location or figure out how to run this business more efficiently.
