Especially since I was sooo looking forward to trying the New Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich for the very first time. As you can see, my whole meal was disappointing. The sandwich was not lovingly constructed with care, instead I had a speck of the special pimento sauce and the jalapeños were all grouped to one side. I would have liked more sauce, like they heavily advertise!! Additionally, my fries were not fresh and the bottom half consisted of old crumbs. My unsweetened tea didn't even have ice... Even though I received the usual friendly service from start to finish, this is the first time I have been given such a poorly executed meal. It wasn't even peak hours with a minimal wait time. I'm up to trying the other location now that it's open. I just hope this was a one & done discrepancy.
