Love this place! I was really skeptical having never really been a fan of a QSR model, but this place really exceeded my expectations. Let me break it down for you: You come in and order your pizza at a counter, okay not super impressive, BUT it's only $7.17 for ANY pizza and you can add ANY topping for no extra charge! That's cool. I added chicken, bacon and pesto to my pizza for no up charge. Feeling excited about my $7.17 pizza I just "built", I moved on to go pay and noticed that they have Lazy Boy IPA on tap. Super cool. I ordered two pints (hey, who wants to stand in line again and one is never enough!), but the cashier stopped me dead in my tracks and advised me that a pitcher (64oz!) was only $11 vs the two pints which were also a net $11 but yielded only 32oz. Of course I took advise of the counsel and took upon myself the task of finishing off an $11 pitcher of amazing IPA! The crust is probably the best is Snohomish area- WAY better then Elliot Bay or the Rock and if you like a thin and light crust you will love it. I scoped their website afterwards and realized they are owned by a former President of Starbucks Europe, which showed in their Product quality and value. The only negative thing (it's not really even negative) is that their tagline is "Super Fast Pizza" but it took 8 minutes to get our pizza which is a normal and very average cook time for a pizza in a commercial brick oven or wood fired pizza. We had no idea this place existed and was referred by a friend. The pizza comes in 2 sizes, small for those of us watching our calories and large for the bigger guys. The dough is thin yet has substance. You are able to pick any sauce and toppings to your liking. I love that you can have pesto vs. The traditional red sauce. The staff is wonderful in building your pizza to your exact specifications. All the ingredients are fresh and they have basil and cilantro which adds a wonderful flavor to the pesto sauce. The environment is welcoming, clean and friendly for a truly fun family dining experience. This is our new favorite pizza place that we will frequent on a weekly basis. Highly recommended! read more

I like Mod Pizza, just not this location. The employees are rude and disrespectful. They act like you're inconveniencing them. This location also shares a building with a bank and the back door opens to the banks driveway. On numerous occasions the employees are hanging out and blocking the bank driveway puffing on their little vape pipes. They don't attempt to move out of your way at all. I'm surprised they haven't been hit by any of the drive thru banking customers. Not worth the treatment. read more

Having grown up in Chicago I was raised on some of the best pizza in the world. My first time at MOD I was not sure what to expect because it is, after all, a chain restaurant. I ordered online for pickup. The online ordering process was very easy. However, I recommend they add a spot for leaving a tip, if desired. I ordered a Mega Mod with a number of toppings and an order of garlic strips. The great thing about MOD is that you can add as many toppings as you want without additional cost, so the whole order with tax was about $15.00. The pizza was light in spite of all the toppings I ordered. Everything was fresh and delicious. I frequently go to the Alderwood Mall Blvd location for lunch. I order once I get in my car using their incredibly simple app, I then make the short drive to their location, I walk in and they know who I am and always have my order ready as requested. I come here fairly often and have never had any issues before (even randomly got a free drink once!) until a mistake with being charged extra on accident. This location is hardly ever clean. They act like you're bothering them when you order. I go to MOD for the gluten-friendly options, but they can't ever seem to get that correct at this location. I always ask several times for a glove change and any specific needs I have for cross contamination but they act like I'm being a jerk. Its hard enough to eat out and I hate even trying to do it anymore so when I do go out I try to only go to places that offer a gluten free or gluten sensitive menu, it usually means they've had some training. I love MOD but I hate this location. I've ordered several times online for pickup and they have never gotten my order right. Tonight I went in with my two kids and a friend and her toddler. We were there before 5 so it wasn't busy at all yet the girl who started my pizza order was rude and dismissive. I watched her make our pizzas while juggling a 1yo and 3yo yet I made sure to pay attention to what she was asking me (even though she put on jalapenos even after asking if I wanted them and I said no thank you). I asked for a modified Calexico and I didn't see her put the gorgonzola on so after she walked away without asking if I wanted anything else on my daughter's pizza or finishing making my salad, I flagged someone down to help finish our order. I asked about the gorgonzola and she said it was on there but once I got home to eat, it definitely was not on there. They also forgot to put on the buffalo sauce. My side salad was finally finished after the two people behind me had ordered and payed for their food but I couldn't even finish it because it was swimming in dressing. So bummed that this location repeatedly makes mistakes and has terrible service. Side note: giving 2 stars as there was one employee who helped me get someone to put the finishing sauce on my pizza even though he was on break and really didn't need to go out of his way to ask if I needed something. read more

A Portlander here for another month on business, I decided to give this new MOD Pizza location a try. Ordered online on a rainy Friday night and walked down from the hotel to retrieve my dinner. They had lost my order, but the way they responded completely won me over. The gentleman I checked in with looked for my order, couldn't find it, told me so with zero excuses, apologized and said they would have it remade for me in six minutes. I think it was more like ten, but watching them all work was a treat. They were ROCKING it. Friday night, full house, young staff (both in age and the location is new) and it was a pleasure watching them working as a team and keeping their cool in the chaos. Back to the hotel and wow - this pizza is GOOD. Like, really good. And the salad is fresh and delicious. Way to rock it MOD Pizza Canyon Park. I have been here many many times and their employees have always been courteous and very friendly. One bad, very bad racial experience and I think people should be aware of it. I made an online order for a pick at 6:09 PM. I went there at 6:20 and the lady took one look at me and immediately said we are running 20 minutes behind. I did see a bag of pizza and salad there on the counter while I waited patiently. Everyone who ordered after me were all getting their orders and at 7 I went back to ask her and she once again very rudely told me I don't know. My husband and I eat at this MOD location often. While MOD pizza is always great with quality ingredients, Carla and the rest of the crew at the Mill Creek location really go out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. They are always friendly and even when there is a line, you're guaranteed to get your pizza fast. When we need to eat on the way to work and are pressed for time, we always choose this location because we know they'll give us delicious food quickly. Every time I come here I am impressed. This is probably my fourth or fifth time and the employees always have a good attitude. There's nothing worse than going into a restaurant and seeing that the people who work there seem to hate it. Doesn't make you want to eat there. I want SO bad to give this 5 stars, BUT we've had several errors with our pizzas. This is how it typically goes....we order online, my husband runs and picks it up, he gets home and we realize there is a screw-up and have to go back. Now, in all fairness, if my husband would check before he leaves there, he would realize the error and not have to make two trips. I give my husband 3 stars, as well. We've had a pizza completely missing the sauce once and the other times seem to be when we order the "mega" (double crusts)....we pay for it, but don't get it. My husband is there as we speak, getting the order fixed. The pizza is excellent and the staff are always friendly (why we keep going back). EDIT (changed from 3 to 5 stars): My husband just came home with the correct pizzas....they also gave us a pizza coupon and treated him to a milkshake while he waited. Going above and beyond to fix an error is what makes me love a business even more (everyone makes mistakes, right?).
