    Butter chicken pizza
    Chris L.

We've been here twice now - one for dine in and the other for take out. Both times we had the butter chicken pizzas and both times it was really good. Pro tip: order extra butter chicken sauce on the side to drizzle more on your slices and use for dipping your crust.

Website claims buffet but no buffet is there

The food is really good. It wasn't busy for a Monday at lunchtime and they were very quick to serve all the food. I was out within an hour! I had the dal makhani, onion and cheese naan, and gulab jamun. Tasted authentic. There is a lot of food served for the portion so be mindful of that. I got 2 meals out of this I was disappointed that the website states buffet Mon-Thurs 11-3 but they really don't have it and I wish they would have updated their sites. I also went on their social and assumed they had buffets but it actually states "buffet style" not that there is an actual buffet. Also bathrooms are clean for use! I would order take out next time though now that I know!

We tried their Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Biryani, and Goat Masala Pizza! Everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly flavorful! The green sauce paired with both the Tandoori and Biryani was amazing! Big fan of their food! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, especially with checking in on us regularly. Definitely coming here again!

Review is for my pick up orders. Recently picked up food from here couple of times. Ordered online and the food was ready in about 20 minutes. Once I had to wait for around 5 mins! Ordered Naan, chicken tikka masala, karahi paneer and paneer tikka masala so far. Food is good, it was delicious. All of the curries were a great combo for the soft Naan. One thing I have noticed is the food color, it was there on both tikka masalas. Service is great, quite liked the staffs over there. They apologized for the delay even though they were slammed with orders. Price is more or less the standard these days.

Passport discount that they not willing to accept

I really wanted to like this place...especially seeing all the good reviews. Got butter chicken pizza. We specifically asked the waiter if there is butter chicken sauce and not marinara on the pizza. (Because we thought that would be weird) He said no marinara, only butter chicken sauce. So yep our pizza came out w marinara sauce. So nothing butter chicken about this at all. Ordered the cheese naan...came out with dry plain Naan. No stuffed cheese at all. Maybe I was given plain Naan and charged for the cheese. Either way disappointed. We asked for some sauce to dip it in since it was so dry. Waiter said "no we can't do that". Well....it's an Indian restaurant with I'm assuming a bunch of curry sauce...we were willing to pay but he still said no. Tried using my passport discount through work. They said no we don't accept that. Well I have a screen shot of the restaurant name and address....99.9% sure this is their business. They should honor it. If not they need to take their name off the passport account. We will not be back unfortunately

    Sweet carrot dessert

For such a high price, pretty ordinary pizza. Didn't like butter chicken pizza. Stingy with chicken portion as well. Totally disappointing!

Pizza can be hit or miss. When it's done right the pizza, Indian style, is quite good. However quality control is an issue.

I was able to enjoy the buffet. :) The food is where I have very mixed feelings. For 22 dollars, it's pricy. 28 USD with a 20% tip. Cheaper than other restaurants that do 20 USD an item. Tandori Chicken - A bit salty. Decent. Rice - Nice and warm. Not overcooked or undercooked. Vegetarian Coconut Curry - Mixed feelings. It's average and feels like its missing something. Maybe sugar? Chicken Tikka Malasa - No complaints! It was very tasty!! Paneer Saag - Tasted great at first but tasted progressively bitter. Was it because I drank water?? Kneer (Rice Pudding) - Tasty, but I wished it was a bit thicker. It was enjoyable!! This was my experience. I'll try again eventually. ;)

So when the opportunity arose to share a Friday night dinner with family, we opted to try 5 Rivers Indian Cuisine, a family owned and run restaurant in Everett on Evergreen Way near 4th Avenue, specializing in Punjabi and Mediterranean cuisine! They have lots of amazing options to choose from. While nothing is specifically labeled vegan, they do have many vegetarian options I found them to be very accommodating to our vegan dietary needs. I've almost never met a Grape Leaf dish I didn't like so I had to try their version. They did an amazing job with the aesthetics, using a creamy vegan tahini sauce to really bring this dish to that next level. I also ordered Baba Ghannoj. Surprisingly, they advised their pita bread is not vegan but they gladly substituted roti instead, super flavorful and great mix of textures dancing around on the palette. For a main dish, I heard their "Vegetarian Thali" dish calling to me (but thankfully, it didn't call me Seymour .. .. .. ), giving me the opportunity to try a myriad of flavors and combinations. Given that a couple of components weren't vegan, they were graciously able to accommodate .. and provide me with a fully vegan ncombination of (from left to right) Aloo Chana, Dal Maharanji, Aloo Gobi, Basmati Rice and more delicious roti bread. Everything was delicious and super filling, I had to take a lot home with me. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend dropping by to try their flavorful mixture of Punjabi and Mediterranean inspired dishes!

It offers an extensive menu, and for what you pay, the portions are very generous! Our favorite dishes are the mango curry, lamb vindaloo, and the classics like butter chicken and tikka masala. We always order some form of appetizer. We have had the samosas as well as the hummus and tabouleh, and everything has been delectable! I always order their baba Ganoush. The smoky, roasted eggplant is savory and has great depth to the flavor profile. Our other favorite is the garlic naan. It is seasoned to perfection and roasted beautifully! Another thing I appreciate is they offer a spice level for your order. Spicy is a relative term, so I appreciate having a range to work with. 5 Rivers recently renovated their dining area, and it is very beautiful and clean. Service is always friendly, too. Overall we are very happy to have found such a gem nearby!

I love the music playing in the background, and the Mumbai themed décor is so unique and thoughtfully done. It really adds to the whole experience. Coming to the food, I specifically went for the happy hour chaat platter. I reached around 6:56 PM, and the platter is only available from 5 to 7 PM. Initially, I could not find it on the menu, and our assigned server was different. However, Rohan recognized us from our previous visits and came over. When I mentioned I was there just for the chaat platter, he kindly checked and found the menu for us. He let us know it would take about 20 minutes to prepare, which we were completely fine with. The platter arrived in about 20 to 25 minutes, and it was absolutely worth the wait. Everything from the bhel puri, pav bhaji bites, samosa chaat, to the sandwich was delicious, flavorful, and very satisfying. The chai was also really good. Highly recommend this place for both the vibe and the food. We will definitely keep coming back.

They offer weekend buffet - with the options they have provided - one of the best value for money buffet available now. There are enough varieties on the offering. Served with roti, rice, 2 curries and a dessert. It's just $10. Portion is really good, more than enough for one person. That's one of my favorite options on their menu. Their cuisine is very specific. - goat biriyani and goat curry are delicious. I also liked their meat to rice ratio for the chicken biriyani. CONS: - outrageous prices for the amount of food. I ordered goat curry and the size of the container was way small. Giving me an entry sized dish in a side dish container is an immediate issue for me. I paid over 80 worth of food and feel lit was not worth it. The goat curry had a lot of large bones too so that made it worse. I got more bones than meat. - overtly spiced and too salty. I liked their goat dum biriyani but did not like the rest. The biriyani appears to be over spiced that's not completely simmered, cooked down or blended. You're essentially eating straight up spice which is pretty gross. This is a personal preference, I like my dishes spicy but I don't like it overwhelmingly spicy where it overtakes the dish and all you're tasting is uncooked blend of spices that heat up your stomach & hurts digestion. Others may like their dishes as is. I'm not in that boat. - I paid $8 for goat haleem that was given in a tiny sauce container. that was so not worth the money or the dish. Their prices are completely off. I don't recommend this place, my search for decent biriyani from regional places continues. I just went authentic biriyani that tastes good, is reasonably priced, with good meat to rice ratio. It's 2026 people, shouldn't be this hard!
