The service is fast, the good is awesome and Subway restaurants are usually very clean and comfortable.

Did an online order for their chicken salad. I placed it with whole grain bread and got it as a wrap. The chicken salad was extremely disappointing. The chicken was a mash up mess with no flavour. I added lettuce tomato spinach onion and black olives. Added mayonnaise. Even with that is was awful. Texture of the chicken was that of mechanically separated chicken. I ordered the $5 foot long chocolate cookie. Obviously premixed lacked any special flavour was just average not even Otis Spunkmeyer was as bad. read more

I think I'm hooked. I love getting the little turkey sammich in the morning. Toppings: green bell peppers, tomatoes and red onions plus eveoo little vinegar and black pepper. No additional salt for me: I got that down. My sammich gets toasted and oh my goodness! sO yummy! However, I am trying to do better by cutting out a lot of stuff, Subway is inspiring me to do it little by little or one day at a time. This particular place is super duper clean! The lady in the morning is meticulous! Love it! She's super nice too! As good as it gets! Sometimes, I'll come back a second time for a foot long sub. I won't eat all at once. I promise... I went to this location on July 17th 2024 at around 11:30PM and a female worker who was wearing braids open mouth coughed on the sandwich she was pulling out of the oven..super gross.. The guy who gave me my sandwiches handling food was wearing his mask only on his chin. He put it on as I was driving away but only covered his mouth and not his nose. Mask wearing is mandated in our state. The people who should most definitely be wearing them other then medical staff and their patients are people who perform services to the public and people in the food business read more

Way overpriced for a Subway and they weren't very generous with the ingredients! They were doing some minor construction while I was here and it was very chaotic, hard to hear, and I had to tell them I didn't want my sandwich toasted 3 times because the guy kept forgetting. I went here today after that catastrophe at the mill creek location. And I really like how eager they are to getting the customers order right. This is my 2nd time at this location. I like it because it's 24/7 and it works with my wonky schedule. The first time the person behind the counter was rude and very slow making my sandwich. I spent at least 10 minutes in there and all I ordered was a simple turkey breast footlong on Italian. Yesterday was the last time I'll visit this location, I got sick off of their food. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong but they doused it in mayo and sweet onion sauce. I had to wrap the bottom of the sandwich in tons of napkins to avoid it getting on my lap. After about 30 mins I ended up puking and spent a couple hours in the bathroom. Not a fun way to spend my Sunday night. This has only happened at one other subway location, which is in Redmond and I haven't visited that location since then. read more

The BEST subway I've ever been to. The man who helped us was the owner, and he made the best looking sandwich I've ever had at a subway before. We ate there, and he helped several other customers. This review is long overdue so I'm going to try and do it justice. This location doesn't get enough credit it deserves, but maybe that's a good thing. they're convenient, the ingredients are always fresh [not 1 welted tomato] theirs not enough good things I can about this location. The only reason I'm giving it 4stars instead of 5 is because the "sandwich artist" I prefer is the short-hair gal who's usually working after midnight ( she's amazing!!) but just go see for yourself if you have a craving for subway and you want it done right this is the location. read more

it's convenient that they're open 24/7. i work in the restaurant industry and usually don't get off around 12-1 am. after work this is one of the few places open. have never had bad experiences here till today. Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 sandwiches online to pick up. He went in to pick them up well there was about 4-5 people in line waiting to order a sandwich at about 2 am. he waited a while cause he didn't want to interrupt and there was only one worker. i went in to join them while he waited and i see another worker pop out. i told her we were here for a pick up as she wasn't talking to any other customers and she just ignored me, even tho it takes about 30 seconds to pass it over the counter. she ended up grabbing bread and putting some cheese on it instead of helping a customer with a request that would take such short of time. i work at a restaurant and know how difficult customer service can be but this just seems a little ridiculous. what is the point of ordering a pick up if u have to wait in a line for people to put in their full sandwich orders. if u want to order a sub i guess id recommend going in and ordering it or you'll be waiting there 20 minutes we'll ur sandwich sits there and gets soggy. read more

I ordered my sandwich through the app so it would be easier for me to just grab it before I went to work. I show up and the lady looks puzzled and had no idea where my order was. I showed her my order confirmation and after she made a call to someone she still didn't know what to do. She didn't even bother to make me a sub so I could be on my way. I left with no food. Later someone else called and apologized. I appreciated that. But I wanted my money back and I'm still waiting for my refund without hearing anything back from them.
