As long-time residents of Mountlake Terrace, my family and I have always taken pride in supporting our local community and businesses. Unfortunately, I am compelled to bring to your attention the increasingly unacceptable conditions and service at the Mountlake Terrace Papa Murphy's location. Over the past few years, our experiences at this location have significantly deteriorated, prompting us to consider taking our business elsewhere. Here are some specific instances that have contributed to our frustration: Consistent Bias in Treatment: On multiple occasions, we have experienced biased treatment based on our appearance. During one visit, when we were dressed casually in house clothes, no make up and we were treated with blatant disrespect. In stark contrast, during another visit where we were dressed in work attire with hair and makeup done and jewelry on, we received much better service. This discrepancy in treatment is deeply disheartening and unacceptable. Promotion Miscommunication: Recently, we received an email promotion for a BOGO offer. Nowhere in the email did it mention that the offer was "online only." Despite having five different people read the email to confirm this, the staff at the store refused to honor the promotion. While we understand the importance of following promotional rules, we were already at the store trying to get a quick dinner for our family due to a recent bereavement. The refusal to honor the promotion, coupled with the rude, curt and flippant behavior of the staff, left us feeling upset and devalued. Lack of Customer Service and Cleanliness: During our visits, we have consistently observed a lack of customer service, empathy, and kindness from the staff. Their rude demeanor, coupled with the store's poor cleanliness--littered floors, dirty counters, and staff without proper hygiene practices--has been shocking and unacceptable. As well as the staff bragging that the owner "supports this behavior and dicisions". It is disheartening to see such a decline in service quality and cleanliness at an establishment we once loved. Given the current global climate, it is more important than ever to approach each customer with kindness and patience. Disagreements can be handled professionally without resorting to rudeness or disrespect. As much as we have enjoyed supporting Papa Murphy's over the years, we can no longer continue visiting the Mountlake Terrace location. Instead, we will be referring our business to the Lynnwood or Edmonds locations, where we have received much better treatment and service. We hope that these issues can be addressed promptly to prevent further disappointments for other loyal customers. read more

I've been a customer here before on occasion, but this time, I was just kind of apprehensive from the parking lot as I approached the store because of how filthy I could see it was through the windows! My goodness! I have worked in food service before myself and no place in my experience would have tolerated junk on the floor such as what is shown in my photo. MLT Papa Murphy's is the best! I have some feedback that I hope helps the team get even better: OLIVE OVERLOAD!!! I love the Cowboy, but if I forget to ask "easy on the olives" I pick three handfuls off and throw them in the trash. Sometimes I still have to scoop off clumps is stuck-together generic black olives even after asking for light olives. Honestly, I'd prefer a higher quality, delicious choice of olives over the sodium laden, Hot Wheel/Match Box tires that tread upon my pizza. Just a recommendation. read more

Not too shabby, Papa M. Came here, for the first time, because Papa John's decided to stop making their best pizza EVER (Buffalo Chicken Pizza) and I was forced to satisfy my pizza craving elsewhere. Normally, I'd opt for cheap and head to Little Caesar's, which is about 100 ft. away from this place, but I'm still holding a grudge about the fact that on TV the pizzas are supposed to $5 (...yes, I know... at participating stores only... in ultra fine print.... I'm not looking at fine print when there's a pizza on the screen and I'm hungry...) and I got charged $6. ...petty. I digress. Anyway, came in and was a little taken aback at the prices. I figured that if you're making me cook my own pie, it would be a little cheaper, but I guess if you're advertising fine ingredients, you can charge a pretty penny. So, I got a fam sized Papa Murphy fav ($18 after tax, whoa....) and left feeling like I spent a little too much on pizza. Took it home, baked it, ate it, and it was pretty darn good. But to spend almost $20 on a pie, I guess I'll go here on a splurge day. read more

I have been here a few times because it's a convenient location, on the way home from work. However, I'm not very impressed... the workers are unprofessional, having inappropriate conversation while customers are waiting for their pizzas to be made, hollering at one another...it's very uncomfortable. The pizzas aren't great either, I feel like the toppings are less generous than at the Canyon Park Papa Murphy's. Also, they do not offer a punch card at this location. Looks like the manager at this store is a cheapskate who can't control his workers... I'll make the drive out to Canyon Park even if it's a little bit out of the way. Better service, more toppings, and buy 10 get 1 free punch card. Totally worth it. read more

I work literally across the street from this Papa Murphy's. Before heading home one night I decide it'd be a nice surprise to come home with pizzas for dinner, so I phoned in an order and a few minutes later left to pick it up. What I didn't know was that half an hour before that, a crazy naked man pointed his rifle at his neighbor a few blocks away (why? who knows). The neighbor proceeded to call the police, the crazy man took off running, and before you know it the entire Lynnwood Police force and a SWAT team (with helicopters) showed up trying to track this crazy naked man with a gun, down. As I was trying to leave work, there were cop cars blocking my normal exit, so I took the second exit and tried to drive across the street to the Papa Murphys. But there was no go. A big, black SWAT van blocked the entire street, including the driveways to/from Papa Murphys. I ended up having to get on I5 going south, take the next exit, go east on 220th, turn on 56th, go up to 212th, turn on 44th and then turn into the Albertons parking lot, and drive all the way through it.. just to get to the damn Papa Murphys. In total, a drive that should have taken me less than five minutes, took me 55 minutes. I walked into the store, paid for my pizzas, and the counter boy asked me "so what's going on out there anyway?" and promptly left with my pizzas. Pissed off. I haven't been back since, I'm not tempting fate. The pizzas were good. read more

We love Papa Murphy's pizza, but will never... ever get it from this location. Placed an order, told them I was going to pay cash and he insisted on a credit card. I said no..I have cash. He said "What? you don't have a credit card?" I went in to get my pizza, noticed a sign and it said one person at a time. My pizza wasn't ready yet and I was the only one inside. I waited patiently. Then another customer came in and I was scolded by the person making my pizza that said to me "Only One Person At a Time in the Store" Well I was first ! Ok. I happen to love Papa Murphys but this branch totally blows. The franchise owner of this location doesn't accept the punch cards OR the coupons that you can get from the local sports teams. Other Papa Murphy's are so much better, so I'm sure the awards that the company is winning don't have much to do with this one. They don't do the punch card that other PM's do for some reason. I've asked the employees and they say that they owner doesn't want to, but "maybe" he'll change his mind. He hasn't changed it in 5+ years. Minus 1 star. My roommate liked the Cowboy pizza, but liked jalapenos instead of olives. Other PM's will make the substitution at no charge, but this place charges. Minus 1 star. I switched to the PM in Lynnwood/Edmonds and have been MUCH happier. read more

Big fan of this place, have been getting pizzas from here since I was a kid growing up in kent. I am not much into the regular pizzas, we always come here for the delicious stuffed pizzas, the chicago styles & chicken and bacon mmmmmmm yummy.
