First timer, and probably will be my last time even though I work right next door. Customer service is non existent here. The 2 girls working wasn't very welcoming at all. I walked in, ghost town!!! I was the only one and I didn't even get a welcome or hello. I clearly was lost , and the girl goes "what can I get you?" Uhhhh.... Hi? How are you? I'm great.. thanks for asking.... Usually when someone walks into your establishment you should be the first one to initiate the conversation!! Customer service/hospitality 101. Anyways... I asked for a pepperoni pizza and the girl goes what size?? I obviously don't know so I start looking around trying to figure it out and then she ask is this your first time? Here's your chance to upsell........... but no . Anyways transaction goes on and I still felt lost and not sure how anything worked so I just got my original Pepperoni pizza and a drink for 17$! Wow ... uhh yeah not worth the price . It was decent at best for the the thin crust and little cheese that was on there. But at least I got a "have a great day" as I was leaving .....

This location is clean and the staff is great for service . I love the build your own pizzas and I make whatever I'm in the mood for . This pizza is always just as good the next day and I never finish one by myself! If you have never been here and love pizza and all the options! This is a super delicious thin crust!

Mod size pizza with grilled chicken, spicy chicken sausage, anchovies, and jalapenos. 13 dollars

This place reminds me Blaze. There wasn't a much line when we arrived on a Friday evening. There was a small hiccup as the guests behind me were served before I was, but they might have thought I was with my colleague who ordered his first. But when I was greeted, I decided on the mod size pizza with grilled chicken, spicy chicken sausage, anchovies, and jalapenos. I did the garlic rub and presto as sauces. It took a couple minutes to cook the pizza and it looked very nice when I came. I seated in a table with my colleagues/friends. The slice was still pretty hot with cheese oozing from the slice, but it was very enjoyable with the right amount of heat from the jalapeno and sausage. The chicken was fresh and the anchovies provided a nice salty flavor without being too powerful. I loved the garlic flavor from each bite, and the grilled chicken tasted good. It was filling enough that I saved two slices for home so my dad can enjoy as well. The service was good, but seemed a bit impatient when I was making up my mind. There were so many choices that I couldn't decide immediately. But they were still polite and understanding. They also helped me when I had questions. The dining area was pretty casual, but still nice and clean. I didn't recall seeing any outdoor seating. Mod Pizza is located in Vineland Pointe shopping strip, right next to Fogo de Chao. As mentioned, it has the same concept as Blaze, where you select the ingredients you want and they prepare it in front of you. For 13 dollars on a filling personal sized pizza, I will say it's well worth it. I think it is just a small step below Blaze, but still a very good chain. Parking can get difficult as it is in a tourist area. However, I think it's worth the effort to visit and the money. I will definitely visit again for good pizza in the Lake Buena Vista area. Overall: A-

I love MOD pizza and I haven't been in years honestly. This location had very friendly staff members! The whole restaurant seemed very clean. I will say I think they should be a little more generous with the cheese. I felt like it was lacking from the moment he put the cheese on, but I am not the kind of person to ask for more.

Large clean space. Menu is very similar to Blaze Pizza. Lots of toppings to choose from. Build your own or they have some specials to order. Order at the counter and they build your pizza in front of you. Add what you want to customize your pie. Pizzas were ready quickly.

Want quick, fast and delish pizza....this is your place! The staff are incredibly friendly. Lots of great seating options. I got the cauliflower crust pizza for this gluten free girl - Dillon James. It was delicious and a perfect size for one person. My mom got a plain mini pizza and loved it as well. They have Parmesan and red pepper - you just need to ask for it especially if you're gonna take your pizza to go.

Great pizza place if you enjoy building your on toppings and more. Food was good service was good and place was nice. My recommendation if you visit here is to take advantage of the unlimited toppings. Make your pizza worth the money you spend. The dough / crust is ridiculously delicious but again, load up on the toppings

This is my second visit and second location. The food is very good, but I did only order the Greek Salad both times. My friends all had pizzas and they were VERY happy with what they had. My only problem with both locations is that they are understaffed. If you have plenty of time this isn't an issue, but if you are on your lunch break be prepared to cut it close, or just get your food to go. On a side note, even though both locations took quite a bit of time, the staff behind the counter were MORE than friendly in communicating what was going on in their process and just in general very pleasant and friendly.

Tried this place on vacation for lunch and was craving pizza! I was the first pizza in the oven for the day and boy I was glad I stopped in! Placed order online and was ready within 15 minutes! Crust cooked well and super thin pizza that was size of about a frozen pizza but the quality of the ingredients and taste was A+ Cool place inside with a bunch of deserts and lots of seating! Definitely checkout MOD if you're in the area and want a quick, high quality, pizza!

We love Mod Pizza. We haven't tried many of their other items besides pizza because the pizza is so good, we always get it. You can pick a pizza on the menu or customize one. They are similar to Blaze Pizza if you've had that. Each pizza is the perfect size for one person. They also have a large choice of beverages. I have had their No Name Cake and it's basically a hoho. It's good, but nothing special. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The booths are comfortable. The staff has always been pretty nice.

What a great Mod location! The two working were a great team and customer service was on point! They even brought my pizza to me at my table. Pizza was delicious as always!

I think everybody already knows that I love it coming to MOD. Their dairy free cheese is absolutely amazing and their service is through the roof phenomenal. The lovely Val assisted me with getting me my pizza out of the oven. I see her quite a lot and she remembers my face of my name and that's amazing customer service for a chain pizza place. The ambience I would say is really funky and upbeat. And the food is absolutely delicious - if you haven't been here you definitely need to come! I recommend pizza here! 10/10

**Mod Pizza - Vineland Pointe, Orlando, FL** I've been wanting to try Mod Pizza for quite some time, so my husband and I decided to make the hour-long drive to the location at Vineland Pointe in Orlando. The parking was convenient, right up front, which made for a great start. Upon walking in, we loved the concept of choosing our own toppings. My husband was happy with his selection, but I encountered a bit of a hiccup with mine. Initially, I was considering vegan cheese but changed my mind and opted for mild cheese instead. However, due to a slight miscommunication, both cheddar and vegan cheese were added to my pizza. It ended up tasting like a cheese sandwich, which overpowered all the other toppings. While the staff member who helped me was very understanding and offered to remake the pizza, I decided to keep it as is at first. But after taking a few bites, I couldn't enjoy it, so I requested a new one. The lady who helped me remake the pizza seemed hesitant at first but was incredibly kind once I explained what happened. She was very informative, explaining that the cheddar cheese is strong and recommended sticking with vegan cheese. The new pizza she made was much better, though I noticed the crust came out quite dark, nearly burnt on one side. I didn't want to make a fuss, so I sat down to enjoy what I could. She even offered buffalo sauce and oregano, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, my husband's pizza also came out with a very dark crust, and underneath was burnt as well. He described it as tasting like a crisp cheese sandwich, which wasn't enjoyable for him. Half of my pizza was good, but the burnt portions made it hard to fully appreciate. What really turned our experience around was TJ. He checked on us to make sure everything was okay, and his kindness and attentiveness made a huge difference. TJ truly elevated my overall experience, and I was grateful for his effort. The next day, I realized I had left my wallet at the restaurant. I called ahead and spoke to a lady who said she couldn't find it, but TJ, who had been there the previous day, had kept it safe for me. When I arrived to retrieve it, he made me feel so comfortable and reassured, which really cemented my positive impression of the place. Overall, while the pizzas didn't turn out perfectly, TJ's exceptional customer service and the friendly atmosphere made up for the experience. Thanks to him, my rating went up, and I left feeling valued as a customer.

After spending a day at a theme park and eating their options, it was nice to "clean" your body out with a good and healthy salad. Located on Sand Lake road near Publix and multiple eateries, this place has a wide selection of salads, sandwiches, and a limited selection of soups. Ambiance: 3.5 Stars The place was clean and has plentiful seating. Ranging from bar style or bench and tables. It is Deli style when ordering. Go to the back and select the type of salads, rice / couscous, soups, or sandwiches. There are pre-fixed options or you can build your own bowl. The eatery was clean, open and airy. Natural lighting was pleasant with the large front windows. It would have been a higher star rating for the ambiance, but the bathrooms needed some work. Though it was clean and roomy, there was no soap and limited toilet paper. Staff: 3.5 Stars Deli The employees were friendly and professional. Our server assisted us with questions and our selections. However, with the middle Eastern dialect and his ability to speak at a rate of the sound barrier, he had to repeat a few times for us to understand. Note: His patience was much appreciated. Food: 3.75 Stars We all chose several different salads. Three were pre-fixed and one was customized. 1. Shanghai Chicken Salad - 3.5 Stars Roasted chicken, edamame, scallions, almonds, cilantro, red cabbage, romaine perfectly paired with miso sesame vinaigrette Contains: Nuts, Soy I chosen the chopped romaine leaves as the base. It was light and flavorful from the dressing. However the chicken was a little bit overcooked and dry. The condiments were plentiful and fresh. Though it was good and had protein, I felt somewhat satisfied. I could eaten another bowl. 2. Chicken Shawarma - 4 Stars Blackened diced chicken thigh, kale, hummus, baba ghanoush, pickles, Israeli salad with Greek yogurt and tahini dressing. The based options are rice melody or couscous. I chose the rice melody. This bowl was more satisfying than the Shanghai Chicken Salad. The chicken tasted juicy, tender and flavorful. Choosing a thigh instead of breast brings the umami flavor of the chicken. The fresh veggies and tahini dressing was a perfect match for this option. 3. Santa Fe Salad - 3.5 Stars avocado, corn, local jack & cheddar, grape tomatoes, onions, tortilla chips, local kale, romaine, perfectly paired with chipotle-lime vinaigrette with a fresh lime squeeze. My sister added chicken thigh and avocado Chimichurri dressing. She said it was tasty. 4. South Beach - 3 Stars craisins, walnuts, green apples, blue cheese, local mesclun, romaine, perfectly paired with balsamic vinaigrette. My wife added chicken and swapped the walnuts for pumpkin seeds. The diced breast chicken was slightly dry and seasoning was lacking. The salad itself was good but wasn't too satisfying. 5. Customized Salad - 3.25 Stars My niece chose to customize her salad bowl. She chose chicken, romaine lettuces, shaved Parmesan cheese, cucumbers, edamame, and other veggie ingredients. She chose the avocado Chimichurri dressing which she liked. NOTE: they offer breakfast items and coffee. Selection of various drinks are from a deli refrigerator and they carry some Kombucha options too. Enjoy!

Tons of great options if you're looking to eat some fresh and healthy. I ordered the Wok bowl and although it sounded like my cup of tea, it didn't taste like it. The bowl itself looked delicious, and the rice and chicken were both actually warm to my surprise! The rice itself however was a little hard and the chicken was a bit bland. I wish I would've asked for the sauce on the side or maybe added some sauce to my chicken to give it more flavor as all my sauce ended up on the veggies and really didn't enhance absorb the peanut sauce (which was great). I will say this bowl was packed and honestly offered a good amount of food for the price (~$14 to 15) I would definitely give this place another chance because there were definitely other items that caught my eye. We got there on a Wednesday night around 5:30 and it was fairly steady, but there was still plenty of seating. They don't have many individual tables. A lot of their seating is open style seating so you could be at a table with multiple other people. They do have outdoor seating as well, but where the outdoor seating is located is also the side of sun sets on, so it definitely gets warm. I chose a pre-designed salad, the southwest salad. It's a mix of spring greens with corn kernels, black beans, tortilla strips, and a jalapeño avocado ranch dressing. I did opt to put chicken on mine so that does increase the price a little bit because you do have to pay for protein. Overall, the salad was really good very fresh and the chicken definitely tasted like it was cooked fresh as well. I will say the bathroom situation is a little odd as they are unisex bathrooms, but there are only two of them in the building. One of them each time I went up to try to use the restroom was consistently locked, so I'm not sure if it was out of order but it was locked each time I went up. On a busy day - having just two bathroom stalls seems like a design flaw. My biggest complaint is the parking situation. The small strip mall has not only this location but a coffee shop and a tea shop in it as well as a Pilates studio and the parking lot is just simply too small to support all of that business. I ended up parking on the side street because it was so much easier versus trying to fight to find a parking spot.

One can argue it's still that way, but I didn't think that this place was as nice as it was! We parked at the parking garage and walked over instead of doing valet. Even at 9pm this area was very busy, including this restaurant. We had a reservation and were led to a half-table/half booth opposite the bar area which was pretty loud from the the music but we made due. The decor is very Hamptons, NY, beach house vibes. The bathrooms were nearby kinda. You had to walk down a long hall to them but once you get there they are gorgeous, spacious and clean. I got one drink, the Cucumber Elderflower (vodka, st. germain, cucumber, lemon, basil oil) and it was beautiful looking. It tasted great as well. I tried to go easy on eating but that was hard lol. I personally got the half dozen raw oysters, half east coast and half west coast. My fiance got the Crab and Shrimp Bruschetta to share ( lump crab and shrimp with sweet chili aioli on crispy ciabatta). Wow, these were so delicious and creamy, not to mention the generous portion of crab and shrimp topping. This can get messy if you don't pay attention. I had ordered the Seafood Gnocchi (pillowy asiago gnocchi with shrimp, calamari, and P.E.I. mussels in a calabrian chili tomato garlic sauce) and he got the Blackened Sea Bass ( barramundi with coconut rice, broccolini, mango salsa, and spicy mango purée ). A manager had delivered these to our table and was very excited to come back later to see what we thought about these dishes as they were fairly new. I loved my gnocchi! the sauce was not too spicy but brought the right amount of heat and kick to the dish. The seafood was fresh but cheese inside the gnocchi was the star. So good! I never thought asiago could be so dang tasty. He loved his sea bass. I tasted a little bit of it and it was cooked perfectly, seasoned, flaky, and light. I checked in when I arrived, and was told I could sit anywhere in the bar for faster service. I first sat in the show kitchen area, thinking that was a food bar. However, after not getting acknowledged, I moved to the main bar. My bartender (who goes by the letter H) greeted me and told me the tequila fix (13 dollars) was a good drink. Indeed it was with an ample amount of tequila, watermelon, and lime. It was quite refreshing and sweet. I took the popular pork chop dish (24 dollars), which was a big chop glazed in brown butter. It was pretty tender and flavorful with the glaze, and the romesco sauce made the flavors even better. It did get a bit gamey at the end, but I still enjoyed it. The vegetable was a generous amount of various colored carrots, which were thick and a bit crunchy. It had to be cut with a knife, but it was delicious, that the equestrian in me had a happy whinny. For dessert, the suggested cheesecake (9 dollars) was a winner as it was moist and fluffy, providing a sweet end. I saved some for home to enjoy the next day. My bartender was friendly and helpful. She was pretty busy, but still had a cheerful and engaging attitude. I also love the vibe as it was social and busy. The music kept the rhythm going, and the dining area is quite open and big. Outdoor dining is available as well. Sixty Vines reminds me of Cooper Hawks, but maybe a bit more upscale and lively. The food and drinks are great and the prices are pretty reasonable. It's a great place to hang out with friends and have some food, wine, and other cocktails. Overall: A

We didn't have a reservation and the wait time was over 40 minutes but we were able to find a couple seats at the bar. We came in for a couple drinks and some appetizers. The shrimp was delicious, the queso was to die for and the drinks were made to perfection. My husband loves their beer collection. I enjoy their expresso martinis. Honestly all the drinks I've had here have been great, that's just my go to at the moment. They were playing the game so we ordered a couple more drinks and sat at the bar for a bit. Great energy from everyone, including the staff. Loud but not super loud where we couldn't hold a conversation. Yard house has not let us down. One of the best chain restaurants we've been to and frequent

I would suggest going on the website and reserving your spot ahead of time. It lets you enter the…read morenumber of people in your party and gives you an estimated wait time, which I found to be pretty accurate. It sends you text updates, and the technology is actually pretty cool. It can tell when you're not close enough yet and will tell you to check in once you're closer to the restaurant. There were 6 of us in the group, so reserving ahead definitely helped. I actually had to do it twice because we reserved our spot before we left, and by the time we got there, it had timed out. I checked in again, and when we arrived, the host said, "I see you checked in twice." He told us the wait would probably be about 10 minutes, and we ended up waiting less than that before being seated. Considering it's at Icon Park and it was the night of a game, the place was packed with a lot of hustle and bustle. I was impressed that we were seated so quickly, especially with a party of 6. Our waiter, Matt, was amazing, and the food was amazing too. We ordered what felt like almost every appetizer on the menu. We had the Cali Roll Stack, Parmesan truffle fries, crispy Brussels sprouts, spinach dip, and the vegan Gardein wings. The Cali Roll Stack was probably my favorite appetizer. It was so good, and it was made with real crab. Most places use imitation crab, and Matt even told us that's why it's his favorite appetizer too. He was absolutely right. The Gardein wings were surprisingly good. We ordered the Korean chili garlic and Buffalo flavors, and if nobody had told me they were vegan, I probably wouldn't have known. I'd never had a soy-based wing before, but I would definitely order them again. The Parmesan truffle fries were exactly what you want them to be, and the crispy Brussels sprouts disappeared fast. At that point, it seemed like everyone else was tapped out, but somehow we still had room to eat. We ordered the lobster garlic noodles, and they were amazing. They didn't skimp on the lobster either. There were big chunks of real lobster throughout the dish, along with spinach and garlic noodles. Definitely one of my favorite entrées of the night. I also tried the Key Lime Cider, and I liked that they let me sample it before ordering. It ended up being really refreshing and exactly what I was looking for. For dessert, we shared the brownie cookie topped with ice cream. Oh my God. I don't even like chocolate like that, and it was amazing. Yard House has never really disappointed me, but this visit was especially good. I don't know if we were just starving or if the chef was having an exceptional night, but kudos and hats off to the kitchen. Parking was easy too. Levels 3 and 4 of the garage were free, so there was no need to pay or get anything validated. Overall, everything was smooth from start to finish. Great service, great food, easy parking, and a surprisingly short wait despite how busy it was. 10/10, highly recommend.
