My daughter had a pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni, bacon and artichoke, she loved it. I a pizza with spicy sauce, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, red & green peppers and roasted garlic. I know its not real Italian pizza, but it was good. The place was very clean and the people were really friendly. The only negative thing say is that they were using two handicap parking spaces for curb side pickup. If ADA finds out they are going to be hit with some serious fines. read more

Stopped here for a quick bite before heading home from Orlando. Great find! Who doesn't love pizza! The staff is super friendly and greets you as you walk in. Everything is made fresh right in front of you. There is a menu on the wall with their suggested salads and pizzas but you can add whatever you want. Everything comes out quick and it's awesome to see your food being made in front of you. Portions are decent size. This place is great!!! At MOD Pizza you can choose from a list of pizza ideas they have created, you can create your own piece of work or a mix of both. I start with a pizza they have created and modify it a little as I go down the line of ingredients. You start at the dough, head down to your base sauce, then you continue with various toppings, meats, vegetables, and spices. They bake your pizza while your pay and grab your drink. Once your pizza is ready they call your name. At this step, you can add a drizzle of BBQ, Pesto, Balsamic glaze and a few other choices. A 10' pizza is $7.95 + Tax, and that comes with all the toppings want, yes that even includes meat. They have a couple of beers on tap and those are about $5. We loved this location and all of the staff. We were welcomed with a warm hello by the entire team, as soon as we opened the door. Every person we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Our favorite by far though was Mikey!!! He was so personable, informative and made everyone smile. We sat near the cash register and watched him interact with other customers and he treats all his customers with the same compassion we experienced. If you have been to a "build your own" pizza place before, you already understand the general concept and experience of MOD. In fact, it feels *very* much like blaze with a few big differences. The main menu items are either a "build your own" pizza or salad. The price includes unlimited topping and ingredients and is very reasonable for what you get. I like that you can also do a "mini" one here, which is not an option at Blaze. You have slightly less topping options compared to blaze and less "high end" ones. No fresh buffalo mozzarella, no large fresh basil leafs, the pepperoni isn't labeled nitrate free, etc. The crust is also thin and crispy - much more so than Blaze. I like that, but it is a preference. Desert is more of a focus here with shakes, a devil dog type creme filled cake and cinnamon strips baked in the pizza oven. We had the cinnamon strips and the cake and both are good. Service was good and the restaurant itself is clean with plenty of parking. Even though I do prefer the higher end feel of Blaze, this is a great option that I'm looking forward to returning to. read more

It felt much lighter than your average delivery pizza. The bread is super thin and you can customize your pizza however you'd like. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You get a wide arrangement of toppings. I went for a small white pesto pizza and my husband went for a medium with marinara. You have dressings you can add before or after it goes into the oven. Our pizza took a while to cook but it was worth the wait. If you're looking for something a little different you should check this place out. Visiting from out of town was happy to find a unique pizza offering. MOD offers 11 inch pizzas and minis about half the size. You can put as many toppings on each pizza as you wish for one price. They have standard pizzas you can order but we chose or rather created our own pizzas from the 30 toppings they offer. We each got to create an amazing custom pizza for less than 18$ having ordered one regular size and one mini pizza. This place is very similar to Blaze Pizza but the crust is more crisp. The pizza is also a little less expensive than Blaze but the toppings at Blaze taste much more fresh. Considering taste, I'll stick with Blaze but if I were invited to Mod, I would definitely return. This is a cute place tucked away in a new shopping complex (as I write this, most of the stores in the complex haven't even opened.) Its like a Blaze Pizza meets Chipotle with the design and concept. Its clean, its airy and friendly. When my friend and I walked in, we were greeted with big smiles from the crew behind the counter, working hard on several pizzas. After looking at the menu on the wall, we ordered our pizzas: The Mad Dog (mozzarella, pepperoni, mild sausage, ground beef & red sauce) and The Dominic white sauce, asiago, fresh chopped basil, red onion, sliced tomatoes & mild sausage.). Both of those were the "mod" size, which is 11 inches. After ordering and watching the pizzas be built, we headed to the cash register to pay. It's here that we saw the magical "No Name Cake" ... aka, an old school Ding Dong, wrapped in foil, for all the old people who remember them growing up. (I'm not talking about what Hostess calls a Ding Dong now, these are the proper Ding Dong style cake that the 80's kids had the pleasure of growing up with.) So, of course, we got one of those (should have gotten two.). We did have a wait a while at the register for someone to ring us up as everyone was on pizza making duty. I'm sure it was just a new store kink as they are figuring out their rhythm. We paid, headed outside and told the cashier that is where we would be. About 15 minutes later, a customer came out to let us know that our pizzas had been sitting on the counter waiting. It was kind of frustrating that the place didn't have an announcement system for those sitting outside or that an employee didn't come tell us ... even after we told them we were headed out there. Again, I'm thinking this is the new store transition into a strategic flow. No big whoop. As for the pizza, it was pretty good, especially for the price! When I head back, I actually think the "mini" sized pizza would be perfect for just me. The 11 inch was plenty if you want leftovers. As for the "No Name Cake" .... it was GOOOOOOD!!! It reminded me of being a kid ... a little fat kid who loved her foil wrapped cakes ... and I did ... I really did ... and I still do. So, I'll give them another try soon as the food is good and at a very reasonable price point. Plus, I want more foil wrapped cake. read more

Similar to The Pizza Press and Blaze which are both nearby. I've visited MOD Pizza in other states so I was way excited to see that one had opened here. This is not the easiest to access location since there's no freeway exit super close, but it's not terrible either. We walked in around 1 pm and were greeted with zero wait, yay! Service was still exceedingly slow but I assume it's because they're only recently opened and still working out the kinks. Got a build your own pizza and drink for $10, which is definitely the cheapest option for this deal around. It's a super light, thin crust compared to other options. Because of that, it's easy to demolish a whole pizza on your own, unfortunately. Ingredients are all fresh and they have tons of topping options, though not as many sauce options as there could be. Also, we loooved the open garage door with indoor/outdoor seating options. It's great to have that on a beautiful weather day in Orlando. I didn't get them this visit but I can also vouch from previous experience that the cinnamon sticks are AMAZING. Gonna come back just to get those tbh. read more

Had a difficult time finding a place to eat after a long day at Magic Kingdom. As soon as we walked in, we greeted by a great group of employees who were friendly and energetic. They definitely lifted our spirits. The food was brought out quickly and was fantastic. My kids asked for their pizza every night of our stay. We enjoyed the Tristan with a nice blend of flavors that worked well with the thinner crust as did the traditional pepperoni. The Buffalo chicken didn't work as well as ingredients were not uniformed topped and heavy on the Gorgonzola cheese which is a restraint ingredient. Came here for a quick friendly night bite with my kids. I was pleasantly surprised by a "fast food" pizza place! We were greeted immediately by the staff working the prep line. He helped answer some questions we had about the menu and explained how to order. Basically, it's a cafeteria style, or like my son referenced "chipotle style ordering, but for pizza." You choose a standard size pizza and walk down the line choosing and BUILDING your own pizza. How fun is that?! They have a bunch of different choices of sauces, cheese, protein, veggies, fruits, and even seasonings to finish it off. As any hungry 6 and 9 year old would be, they took quite a while to determine what they wanted on their personal pizzas, but totally enjoyed the process and freedom of choice. After an hour called to see where pizza was, they didn't even have us in their system? Our credit card was charged, but no food? The female handling call kept saying not their fault this is a corporate thing??? All I know is we were charged for our order, did not get any food, and all rest closed do our 5 kids didn't even get to eat.
