Tonight my sister and I stopped by Mod to grab a quick bite to eat after her soccer practice. We were greeted by a line out the door. The line moved so slow that it took about 30 minuets for us to order. All three of our pizzas were very disappointing. One pizza was burnt so bad we had to throw it away once we got home. The other one only was fried to a crisp on the edges. The third pizza was cooked fine, but instead of roasted red peppers and jalapeños, we got green peppers and mushrooms. Very disappointed and will be going else where when we are in the mood for pizza next time. read more

5/5, this place is great. We called in a to go order, I got a gluten free (I'm allergic to Wheat), and my fiancee got a regular crust pizza. They goofed and accidentally made both pizzas gluten free. My fiancee asked if she could still get a regular and they went ahead, made it, and gave us the pizza they had made in error. Since the order took longer than expected, the manager made us a couple milkshakes. Great customer service! read more

I ordered online, and when I got there, it was chaos! Lots of people standing around waiting for their pizzas, grumpy employees and managers, and unhappy customers. Worse yet, my pizzas weren't even in the oven yet. I ended up waiting 20 minutes past the agreed upon pick up time. Sadly, the pizza was just okay. I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Mini Pizza is actually MICRO pizza. Ordered a pepperoni and it came with 4 small pieces of meat, marginal sauce and a light dusting of cheese. Ordered a Mods pizza 12 inch or so crust with 8 inches wide of sauce and 6 pieces of ham......If I wanted these types of pizzas I would just get a frozen one from the grocery store. Terrific product and they have my very favorite -- salad on top of pizza. My only complaint is that the counter folks always seem confused when I order it -- last time I pointed to the big separate sign and it's spot on the menu -- to prove I wasn't making it up. There's always one person who gets it then they bring over someone and don't tell him what's happening. It ends up being really really good. read more

As an avid returning customer to your location of MOD, I have been very frustrated with the customer service and professionalism of your staff. I've ordered from your location online and in person. Each time I've ordered my pizza it has the wrong toppings on it or it's missing some. I would say in the last month I've come to your location at least 10 times. Tonight of all nights was the worst experience I've had at MOD. My friend and I always order a pizza on Wednesday for our girls night. She orders online and i come in and order mine because for some reason when i order online its always wrong, but now even when i order in person my toppings are always missing! My friend ordered her pizza online today at 2:45, hence the e-mail i am forwarding. I ordered mine in person and then explained to the lady who was taking my money for my order that i was picking up an online order, she then proceeded to tell me that she didn't have an online order. I said that i know for a fact my friend ordered her pizza and paid for it around 2:45. She was rude and kept telling me i must have sent it to the wrong location. WE ORDER FROM THE SAME LOCATION EVERY WEDNESDAY. I believe the lady's name was Carla. She was so rude to me and made me feel embarrassed in front of all the other customers. She then asked a person to come help her look up the order but he couldn't find it either; he also wasn't very friendly. Refusing to take the order number to look it up she told me to just re-order my friends pizza. I had to then call my friend to get her order straight, while i was on the phone with my friend Carla was rude and continued to say while i was telling her the toppings i wanted and didn't want she said "oh yeah i know for a fact this order didn't come through". I then just ordered it and refused to pay for it because my friend already had paid and i had the emil for confirmation. She said fine "i'll let this go". I waited 25 minutes for my two pizzas only to find out they were missing some of my friends topping in which i had JUST TOLD CARLA what i wanted on it! I told the gentleman cooking the pizzas that this was incorrect and i didn't have time to wait any longer since i had already spend SO much time there. Not my idea of a good night. I am in customer service. Im an assistant property manager at an apartment community near by and I have NEVER treated a customer the way she was. Even my friend who was on the other line could hear how rude she was to me. I will no longer be coming to your location of MOD because every time i come there i'm treated rudely and my order is always messed up. Not to mention three other peoples pizzas were wrong when i was waiting for mine. I dont ever complain because i'm in customer service and i know what its like dealing with people all day every day but i was extremely disappointed in the service i was provided with. read more

Great pizza and fun place to eat. Really affordable for good quality and if you like a variety of toppings and gluten free is good too.

Had a great time with good food and service that went the extra mile for a sports team party 2-10-2015. Definitely recommend.

Love the pizza here. It's delicious and the customization is greatly appreciated. However, when I order ahead for a pizza at 7, that doesn't mean only start making it at 7:02 after I've arrived and make me wait; it means that I want to pick it up at 7, or at least have it almost be ready when I get there. Pizza here is consistent with other MOD locations....Great!!! But what makes the Redmond location stand out is the superior management and service. I live in Samammish but will make the trip to Redmond for my MOD experience to support the staff. read more

Been getting mod around once or twice every week for like 3 years now. One of my favorite foods which means a lot because I'm a very picky eater! My first time ever eating pizza was mod, and it made pizza become my favorite food like it still is today! Also, the downtown redmond location is really cool, I love how it's decorated with the redmond-area large pictures on the walls. Thanks a lot! read more

So my husband called in a order for a pizza and was told 15 minutes. we waited to be there at 20 minutes. We get there and it was very busy and no parking, so I stayed in the car to wait. Turned the hazards on to indicate that we are not parked here for a long period of time, as my husband just needed to pay and pick it up. So this car stops behind the car and flashes his car lights, I turn on the harzards on and off. he drives up to the driver side and yells out his window "What are you doing,You can't park here! " then parks in front of our car. and then proceeds to "His store" he looks at me and still yelling "You can't just park in front of my store like that" I roll down my window and tell him that I'm waiting for someone to come out. so all of that to say The owner Chris is kinda an asshole. I work in guest service/food service and know that you are never to talk to anyone like that especially if you are a manager or owner of an establishment. The pizza wasn't even sliced so that being said I will never come back to this place. All I got to say to Chris is lean how to approach "problems" more professionally. read more

Went in mod today, was my second time there, although the pizza is pretty decent the service is not! I was there with a large party, 4 adults and 4 kids. The adults shared a pitcher of beer and when we got to the end if it we discovered a dirty penny in the bottom! When I took it up to the manager he practically suggested that we put the penny in there. Told me it couldn't have been them because they store all their pitchers and glasses upside down. Of course it had to be us... I always do things like that! It couldn't have a been the cashier that wasn't paying any attention and thought it was strange when I asked for the receipt, then gave me someone else's! I think he thought I was trying to get free beer, but I wasn't looking for a refund, I was just pointing it out because it is absolutely DISGUSTING! If the pitchers are dirty, how clean is the rest of the place? And should a manager really argue with a customer? In the end he gave me two cards for 2 free pizzas, but I don't think I will be going back there, I can get better pizza, better service and penny free beer from a dozen other places! read more

Pizza is good and comes out fast. So far so good. But when I ordered a red wine, I was asked for my ID. I declined. At 69 years of age, you'd think the cashier would have the sense God gave a tennis ball and noted I passed the age limit quite a long time ago. I told the young man that I understood he and Mod Pizza has a policy, probably zero exceptions, but I explained that I too have a policy which is "I don't support STUPID policies!" I am 69 years old! I don't need this stupid step to ensure some idiot lawyer at franchise headquarters that he has zero liability. I rejected the cashiers' request to show my ID. I will have water. This episode points out that Mod Pizza a) doesn't trust its employees' judgement that 69 year old can legally have a red wine, b) it's an unnecessary annoyance to the senior person to be asked for an ID (No! It's not a compliment. We know how old we are.). My suggestion to Mod Pizza is to trust your staff to show some reason when asking for an ID (I.e persons under 40) instead of a hard and fast 100% always ask policy give your employee some room for judgement. I don't like stupid policies so until I see a correction, I will tell every senior I know to boycott Mod Pizza because of the prejudicial ageist practices. read more
