This place is just like any other made-to-order personal pizza place. My coworker and I tried to order online but it would not load, so we ended up calling in. I drove down there to pick up our pizzas, and it was super busy - my fault for trying to order at 12:00. I patiently waited in line and didn't realize I could skip the line and go straight to the cashier - I didn't want to make anyone mad by cutting in front of them. After paying, I waited 20 minutes before the poor busy guy noticed my pizzas to his left. I'm sure it would have been better if I didn't try to order a peak time. The high school down the street contributes to the lunch rush, next time I go I'll try around 1-2 after the kids are back in school. Honestly, I was surprised to like it as much as we did. The menu is overwhelming so unless the line is long and you have time - I'd advise to look online prior. The price was great and appreciated the smaller size for the kid. The crust is suuuuper thin, like have to fold in half to eat thin, but we still liked it more than the crust at Blaze. We're so happy to have a fast but decent pizza option nearby now! read more

I had a pleasant experience at Mod Pizza. I visited for my first time last week and I was impressed with the large selection. Unlike other casual pizza restaurants, you can add extra toppings here for free. I ordered their Lucy sunshine pizza, which was DELICIOUS. The service wasn't anything special, and it was a little too casual for my taste, but the good was great and the drink selection was good as well. read more

Service could have been better when I asked for gluten free since it is on their menu the proceeds to tell me it was not a gluten free establishment and rolled there eyes numerous times. MOD needs to put a lot more effort into the pizza's ingredients than their confusing concept. It's a GMO Sysco/US Foods festival inside and the employees (if you have the pleasure of deal with that at the end of their shift) are really tired of asking more questions that a Subway employee. MOD Pizza is a very welcome addition to an otherwise desolate restaurant selection. It is located in the southwest corner of a brand new shopping complex. It can be a little difficult to find when you pull into the parking lot because it is hard to see tucked away in the corner. The friendly staff always shouts a greeting when you come in. They use the very trendy assembly line ordering process which I am really not a fan of. However, I will say that MOD takes a good portion of the stress out of the assembly line order by being patient and very outgoing. They don't expect you to know exactly what you want and they are very willing to explain things and help you make a decision. In my experience, one person can typically handle an 11" pizza by themselves with one or two pieces left over. The unique selection of ingredients is a refreshing approach to quick pizza. I personally enjoy the buffalo chicken pizza. I've also had their version of the vegetarian and their salads are surprisingly good. You can expect a quality woodfire pizza similar to something from the California Pizza Kitchen for a fraction of the price. MOD is a friendly and fast chain restaurant with a local feel. I recommend it if you're in the area for lunch or if you're in the mood for a good pizza and you don't want to wait for it to be delivered. read more

I have always loved MOD pizza but today I was reminded of just how great it was! We had a pretty big order but they quickly got our food out to us. Before handing over the pizza, the worker put a side of sri-rancha on my pizza but while handing it over, it slid off and spilled on part of my pie. The employee quickly apologized and immediately started to make another pizza to replace the one that was spilled on. It wasn't a big deal, but he made sure that both my wife and I were very satisfied! Great job, Josh! I will definitely be back again(obviously in part because of the great pizza) because of your great service! read more

We have been here several times and usually the staff is awesome. But tonight the staff was awful. I asked for pepperoni and the girl only added two more with attitude. Then asked for more cheese and the girl gave even more attitude. Worst staff ever tonight. read more

Tasty, affordable...but less than fast. I just stood in line with 5 other people for over 10 minutes while the staff didn't even acknowledge any of us. They had a stack of take out orders they sat doing while we all waited. So annoying. Every time the phone rang, they threw a to-go order in line in front of us all. Slowed the line WAY DOWN. Should have a separate person fulfilling online/phone orders from in-store. Still, very tasty. I'll be back. Just wish they'd speed it up. The food was very good. Service was great but the restaurant was dirty and there wasn't anyone working there over 21 so I couldn't get a beer. Why would you offer beer and not have anyone on staff that can serve it. Probably won't go back. read more

I tried this place last night because of the community support for the Howie Family. Because of this event and their normal dinner crowd the line wrapped around to the soda machine. Very impressed with this company, they help the community and serve great pizza your way for a great price! We had great, fast service with greeters at the door and people clearing up after us. I have mixed feelings about this location now... To say the least, I go here all the time. I love that they're fast and I can get a mini pizza for around $6 out the door, which is better than a value meal for sure! The problem I'm having is with the last two times I've been, they have a new associate and she is horrible! Normally, if you ask for extra "something" they give you a good amount. My first experience with her was asking for extra marinara sauce, all she did was pick up the spoon and smear what was already on there around. The next time I went in, I kid you not, I asked for extra artichoke and she put two pieces on. Then she mixed up our pizzas and my friend ended up with my vegan option and I got hers (thankfully we noticed before taking a bite). There's just a lackluster attitude with this employee and she's clearly not there to provide excellent customer service. My friend has finely won and we will be going to Blaze Pizza the next time I want Mod. This makes me really sad! read more
