Everyone that works there is grumpy and mean. This last visit they were rude to my 9 year old sisters and made fun of us asking for extra bbq sauce, calling us "crazy" which was very un called for. I'm always treated like an inconvenience. I order here a lot at this point I'm a regular and I've only had one good experience since I started coming here, and that same guy that gave me a good experience has also giving me a bad experience. Seems like a bad environment to be working in. I work in costumer services and have never seen people treat other so poorly. Tonight I really didn't want to drive far from my hotel just to have a quick dinner...this Wendy's is adjacent to my hotel... The reviews for this restaurant are all over the board, with the consensus being very disappointing. But listen, this is a Wendy's...how disappointing can it really be? I walked over to the restaurant, lobby/counter area, and the dining room spotless. Greeted by a young lady, very polite and helpful. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, a large chili, and a large drink...all to go. Taking it back to my hotel room. I was happy to see that the soft drink machine had Coke Zero (No Sugar). My order was called very quickly, packaged nicely. Back in my room, I enjoyed a very tasty sandwich...of course the chili was great, and my drink was cold and refreshing. I know I've already reviewed this store and I'm giving it the same rating. I bought from door dash and they gave me the complete wrong order AGAIN!!! I ordered from them last week and and got food that was gross and I didn't order and the wrong flavor of frosty. What I got was a completely melted frosty it was more of a drink than a frosty, like they made it hours ago, spicy chicken nuggets so I can't eat them, and no cookie. Before I begin I want to make it clear this the rating earned by Wendy's is strictly based on service...... Or lack of service. I make del verses from this location and cringe when a request from this location appears. Yesterday was my last time I'll ever step foot in there. The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I thought I'd save some time and go in. There was one person already at the counter, and one more person in front of me. The person at the counter was an employee who decided to eat there while off from work. When that order was placed the only cashier was unable to process two orders consecutively. The app on my phone tracks my arrival and has and has a delivery time to meet. After 10 minutes I finally made it to the counter. The order was no complicated at all, a 6pc nugget and a burger. After another 5 minutes the guy in front of me finally got his food. Rather than staying inside there getting frustrated I went outside to my car for a smoke and drink thinking by the time I was done the meal would be ready. A sense of hope came over me as I noticed my name in the done side of the screen! The same cashier then asks "how can I help you" really? Short term memory issues moving along... I asked for my order, then comes the deer in the headlines look. my name is in the done, I've been here over 20 minutes. Another woman comes over and tells me my food is not done, they have to cook some nuggets and it will be another 5 minutes. I contacted the intended recipient of this order and told them I am giving up. I do not get paid by the hour, my time is valuable to me and seems as though Wendy's doesn't value their customer's time. This was not a one time incident, but it sure is the last! read more

We just had some of the best service we've ever had here at this Wendy's. We stopped at this Wendy's as we passed through on the day after thanksgiving, which in my opinion, is one of the worst weekends to have to work. You should also know that today is my son's birthday. Let's just say that spending the majority of the day in a truck traveling for hours on end through some pretty crappy weather had made for a lousy way to celebrate his special day. After we had paid for our food, my son, being the vibrant energetic kid that he is, told the cashier that it was indeed his birthday. Next thing we know, she brings all of my kids frosty ice creams and even put sprinkles on my sons. This made his day, and brightened all of our spirits. PLAN ON POOR TRAINING AND BLATANTLY DISRESPECTFUL MANAGERS. Wendy's restaurant is great in all other locations but this one. On oct 17th, i asked for a grilled chicken sandwich ($4.49) plus an extra patty ($2.50) over the drive through, pretty easy meal they've made several times for me at the counter and they do at 6 other Wendy's in utah with no problem. The fact that they didn't know how to do the custom order is totally understandable!! But how the MANAGER REACTED was the rudest thing i have ever heard. The poor drive through guy didn't know how to do it and asked the closing manager for help. The closing manager obviously didn't know how but didn't want to be embarrassed in front of his subordinate so he said CLEARLY OVER THE BACKGROUND IN THE INTERCOM: "tell him we don't do it at this location because it's late and i don't even want his business". Made me really said... Hurt my feelings honestly and i feel like this is the type of passive aggressive manager that spits in people's food in frustrating situations.
