The office has always felt like a quiet oasis, which is especially comforting for anyone who experiences anxiety about dental visits. The treatment rooms are bright, clean, and feature windows overlooking beautiful greenery, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff genuinely takes the time to ensure patients are comfortable. They offer several comfort measures to help make visits more pleasant. I like to bring my own AirPods and listen to my playlist during treatment, and they were happy to accommodate that. I am pleased that Dr. Parisa "Paris" Parizadeh, DDS, has taken over the previous practice and continues to provide exceptional, compassionate care. From D'Asia at the front desk to Jameria ("J"), the dental assistant, everyone is friendly, professional, and attentive. I especially appreciated being worked into the schedule the same day when I was experiencing a dental issue. I was offered several appointment options and received thorough explanations and follow-up instructions after my treatment. Overall, for the few encounters I have had, my experience has been outstanding. I was then told I would receive an estimate. The estimate I finally got was over $6,000 with my insurance, and I assumed that price covered the entire implant treatment. When I showed the estimate to my general dentist, they suggested it might be only for the first stage (extraction and bone graft). I called the clinic to confirm, and they said that was correct--the quote was just for extraction + bone graft, not the full implant. I asked for a comprehensive estimate for the whole treatment, which I think is a reasonable request--especially for something this expensive. I called multiple times, left voice messages and emailed, but never received a response. Because of this, I decided to go with another recommended periodontist. When I showed the new doctor that estimate, they were surprised--"Just extraction and bone graft for that much?" This second clinic has an excellent reputation and many cases, and I was able to get the entire implant treatment for under $3,000--about half of this clinic's quote just for the initial stage. Most importantly, unlike Dr. Moskowitz's clinic, they answer the phone promptly and respond kindly to messages. Finally, I was surprised to receive a bill for a March visit recently (It's been 6 months!). If I had actually proceeded with treatment there, I would understand the charges and would be willing to pay. But after no replies and no comprehensive estimate, I had to find another provider. Charging me for that visit feels unfair--it left me wondering what that appointment accomplished, and it ended up being a waste of time and money.
