I've been to a lot of nail salons lately in the pursuit of finding one I absolutely love and is not too far from me this location is one block away and was my first time here. I was very unsatisfied with the service I received. I went in for a simple fill and well, I'll let the pictures do the talking. WARNING: if you are going here please play close attention to who and how they are doing your pedicure. My brother and his gf went and days later he was at the hopsital getting treated for an ingrown nail. The tools were the same from the last cosutumer and the lady doing the pedicure was short, chubby, and with a short bob haircut. If I could give them no stars I would, my sisters and I came for mani_pedi and decided to to get their eyelashes done as advertised, we had them put on by Nina, I'm thinking she was just doing them while Emily the owner was on vacation (as everyone mentioned was done by Emily), please do not go there for lashes she is inexperienced, my sister and I immediately having burning sensation and tearing, which I know happens the first few minutes, but it continued to get worse hours later, had to take them off l, but the damaged was done, she put them way to close to lid closer to the eye then my own lashes so now I had to go to emergency eye care with major eye abrasions, can't see, sensitive to light and praying that i get my full vision back, it's been now 4 days and still not 100℅ better, unable to go on with my daily routine, can't see, not only did it happen to me also my sister, they obviously should of not had this inexperienced person maybe not even licensed do this work on clients. I only come here because I love how sweet Cindy is. But as far as service and going in order of sequence when customers arrives is HORRID! this is now the second time I've had to wait over an hour to get my nails done and it's a freaking TUESDAY! I am so upset I would leave if they didn't already start taking off my gel! This will be the last time I come here after almost a year of my loyalty. The service was awesome Tina does is the best at pedicures. If you there ask for her. I would give Tina 5 stars alone. But this review is for the shop. The receptionist was beyond rude. I use to be receptionist myself and I know it can get busy and overwhelming sometimes but it's not okay to tell a customer to be quite and thatp you can hear what to charge the customer. You walk in and it doesn't appear that his facility is located near a low income community...for the most part. It is also minutes from the USC campus, which it reflects, It has the amazing spa chairs, 2 flat screen tvs and all of the modern day amenities AND it is clean. Emily and Linda are very good at their jobs and they are extremely ( genuinely) friendly. You can easily see that as the guards for the shopping center, various business employees and employers dart in and out, speaking to them. I have actually come in from vacationing in Palm Springs to get my pedicure and nails "made pretty". I adore these ladies. GO as you will have a wonderful experience! read more

I'm impressed. I mean as picky as I am about my nails and im very into detail, my nails came out exactly how I wanted them. Shape wise, I hate bulky nails and Kevin understood and made my hands look soft and feminine the way a woman's hand should look-- NATURAL! Bad service! It was a not so good experience. Took forever to just get a fill and pedicure. The staff was arguing with customers and had someone waiting for an hour. A lady walked out from a pedicure because they kept taking others before her even though she was there first, and instead of draining the water and cleaning it. Warning : Emily is racists and she charges people differently . when my best friend caught a toe fungus I didn't think nothing of not but as I continued going to this nailshop I heard of more and more people catching one as well .. On my third visit they over charged my credit card so please TAKE CASH . another reason why I will no longer support their business is BC of their wishy washy service . Emily was asked to do my eyebrows and after waiting 20mins for her she came back to the front and began painting her freaking nails she ensured me that Cindy knew how to do eyebrows but yet my eyebrows were so uneven she offered free services next time but who wants messed up eyebrows and turn around and go back for the same messed up services . I've seen Emily be really nice to certain individuals and turn around and be real nasty and disrespect to others . I gave this shop three chances THREE to really see what it was about. First time I visited was around 6 months I went in for a full acrylic set the wait was over 40 mins the smell was getting to me already. Finally I got Emily she was quick and did a half ass job. I told her I wanted coffin and they were not even whatsoever both hands looks different, the polish was uneven and all the corners were missing polish. A week later they were already lifting because my cuctils weren't push back, horrible. She charged 25 for smaller than medium size acrylics and only polish. Next time I went I waited again over 40 Mins I believe I got Tracy and I got short square nails she did a really good job they were painted nicely and her work was clean she only charged me 18. Third time I went I got a pedicure and acrylics. The pedicure was done by Kevin he did a good job but not worth 20 dollars. I asked for French tip and not even a week later it's chipping already my french tip didn't even last a dame week before it was all gone, what a waste. Plus i came in with thong sandals and he put me on the paper one that i didn't ask for but i went with it, whatever. I got my acrylics done by an older lady half ass job as well, i asked for coffin and they were uneven polish was horrible painted on. She stole me sandals that i bought from the pedicure and took them to the back. I paid 40 bucks for both services and sandals that i couldn't even use. Not worth it what so ever.
