By 2:30 I received a call back and was able to get an appt within the hour. The receptionist was as sweet in-person as she was on the phone . As I waited to be seen I was able to hear other clients walk in and she knew each one by name. Felt like home! Go in to meet with the doc and was very pleased. Friendly and listened to my pain areas. Little twist here...twist there....next morning woke up feeling great!! He rec I come back the next day for one more visit and I'm glad i did. I left feeling even better than that morning. My back and shoulder hasn't bothered me since and it's been a week since my visit. Thanks Doc!!

Of course I wasn't able to complete the paperwork by 5pm the day before my appointment due to work, picking up my child, and needing to get home at a decent time in traffic. If I was informed prior to the day before my appointment that I needed to fill out the paperwork by 5 pm then that would have been different. But whoever was texting me was rude, unprofessional, and disgusting. I confirmed that I was attending my appointment prior to 5pm and planned on doing my paperwork once I got home. The office ambiance is great from decor to music. It's calming because doctor visits can be nerve wracking. Dr. Cudjoe is thorough, makes sure you understand her explanations / plan of treatment, knowledgeable, proactive and has great bedside manner. NUMEROUS reminder and check in emails and texts later, I show up at my appointment only to learn Robyn quit and my appointment was never cancelled. How does that get screwed up that badly?? Bloody idiots. I'm finding a new primary care and recommend you do the same. There's a reason why all the old providers quit. Take it as a sign.
