Poor customer service. This company will screw you over first chance it gets. Tech quoted me $300 for a part that wasn't broken, or malfunctioning on my A/C unit. He went off on some shpeel about preventative maintenance, blah blah blah. He prayed on my ignorance. It literally took him three minutes to change out the part. I researched the part he charged me $300 for, and took three minutes to screw in. It's a $10 part. I have him his money, but NEVER AGAIN will I ever utilize this business' services. They are not honest. Also, please ask your technicians to take a shower and pull up their trousers. The one that came to my house smelled of the night before, traversed all through my house with his FILTHY shoes and couldn't manage to keep his pants on over his red underwear and ass-crack, WTF? read more

Dimitri came out today to confirm that our washer/dryer is toast, and that sucks, but we kinda figured that might be the case. I originally contacted and first met Dmitriy on a weekend over a month ago to fix my GE Monogram built in refrigerator/freezer. I was very impressed with both his knowledge and his customer service. He was quick to respond to my phone message, very accommodating with his time of arrival, and was honest and forthright with his diagnosis of the problem with the appliance. I wrote a review, the problem with the appliance took a twist and returned, and Dmitriy returned with the necessary parts to repair in full. Here we are a month later, and my unit seized again and the temperatures rose and rendered both refrigerator and freezer out of commission. I contacted Dmitriy and he returned to further assess the source of the problem. It was truly a separate issue; one in addition to the prior repairs. I remained confident in Dmitriy's abilities, as I have had an ongoing issue with my freezer/compressor. He was able to locate the source of the new problem after a considerable amount of time and frustration. He looked at me and said, "I am really frustrated. I am frustrated that it took me this long to locate the source of the problem. I should have seen this before. I am not going to charge you for this repair, I simply want to make things right and figure this out". And right he did make it, satisfied that he won the battle of 'man versus appliance', he stood by his promise to me. I considered how much concern, and even mistrust, we can have when it comes to repair of household appliances or systems, that are increasingly more electronic. So, I hope this helps the next person who needs a referral. We scheduled a next day visit to repair a Whirlpool Duet washer, late model, at a time that worked for us both. He was on time, professional and genuinely considerate of my family, home, and need to diagnose and repair asap. I had done some research ahead of time, and was comfortable with his diagnosis, and next steps to repair. He had to pick up a part, and returned the same day to install and confirm it worked. He even provided extra service steps to sanitize the repaired washer with product, and provided extra product for my Bosch Dishwasher... He left the work area clean. And was able to take many forms of payment including PayPal. PayPal is great for those of us concerned about security, since you don't have to hand over a credit card or check, even if those accounts are the source of your payment. It's less common these days to find providers who are good at what they do, are considerate, AND genuinely nice people to work with. I'll work with Dmitriy again, if the need arises! read more

It was a Friday afternoon, and my dryer stopped working after dozens of loads to prep my daughter for going off to college. I called a couple of places but finally found Dimitri ... he came promptly over and I let him know that I committed the cardinal sin of forgetting to put the laundry trap back on. Last time another service repair man charged me $$$$ to fix & told me my Samsung dryer was terrible. Dimitri said we're going to figure this out & Samsung is actually great - you just have to know how to work it and he has lots of experience with the brand. I was fretting thinking no way I'll be spending my weekend at the laundromat, but he persevered and found the culprits and was able to get the dryer back in service. ( The main issue I had with the two Prior Companies were that they couldnt figure out what it was and tried to upsale me somethign completly differnt... not to mention thier prices were insane.)
