I found this location through google and my decision to book an appointment solely came from the reviews and I am so happy it worked out. I have no regrets. From booking an appointment with the lady at the front desk who was very welcoming and understanding when it came to the financial portion of the visit. To Ashley who handled my deep cleaning and was extremely informative and made me feel very comfortable with every step. She didn't make feel embarrassed or insecure about the upkeep or lack there of with my teeth. And finally Dr. D... he was like the Superman of Dentists. He spoke so fluent and confident in the plan for my future procedures and he spoke in terms and examples that were easy to understand. He was clear and explained every step of the way and it all made sense. I was actually pretty shocked at how down to earth he was. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making what could be a stressful dental experience feel comfortable and reassuring. I have ankylosing spondylitis and between the complications of A.S. and the multitude of medications I've been taking for many years now, I had major dental problems. They required surgical extractions and intervention. It was a tremendous amount of work and made what could've been a miserable experience into a very pleasant one. My experience with the surgical intervention, followed by complete implant work, has convinced the rest of my family to begin seeing Dr. Nejat as well. The doctors at Advanced Periodontics are truly experts in this fairly new field.  When I first visited the office, I was literally terrified of having any sort of dental work done.  I mentioned this during my first consultation and they took the time to thoroughly explain every step of my treatment, answer all of my questions, and ensure I felt confident and informed throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient care are second to none.  Coming from me, a real chicken.... that honestly means a lot.  The office is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which gave me even greater confidence that I was receiving top-quality care.  My procedure went smoothly, and the results exceeded my expectations. I grew up watching my grandparents and parents deal with the agony of using, cleaning and maintaining traditional type dentures. They could not eat everything they desired, were constantly dealing with hardware problems and the messy cream and paste type adhesives required to keep them in place. Their physical appearance and speech were negatively affected, and it was obvious to just about everyone they were "false teeth". With all of this knowledge, I great fears of ending up with traditional dentures.  After everything was ,I walked away with implants & bridges that feel great and, more importantly, look fantastic!   Their appearance is far better than my original teeth and are far more functional. My biggest regret...?? I wish Dr. Nejat, Advanced Periodontics and implant technology were available to my grandparents and parents. It's truly life-changing. The follow-up care was equally impressive, with the office team checking in to make sure I was healing properly and feeling comfortable. What truly sets Dr. Rich Nejat and the entire staff at Advanced Periodontics apart is how much they genuinely care about their patients. It is quite rare to find a practice that combines such exceptional clinical expertise with such a personal, compassionate approach. Dr. Galiano is extremely knowledgable and explains everything very well- where you have a clear understanding. I had to have have my tooth extracted and I was very nervous- as I do not handle pain very well, however, the procedure was super quick and painless, it was great!!! The healing process was super quick. In addition, I had an instance where I had an extraction and implant done by a different Doctor (a long time ago) and the abutment broke. I called Galianos office, they scheduled me immediately and he was able to save the implant- which saved me lots of extensive repair work and money- which I am really thankful for! Overall! A+!! Was lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Hyun…read more The office practices safety procedures due to COVID-19 (masks, hand sanitizer, limiting patients, they wear face guards, masks and gloves, covered trays, rinsing with alcohol based mouth wash,I saw them cleaning my room after I left it) and I am glad they do. Bad on my part because I have not addressed a dental problem that ended me up where I am now. Dr Hyun found the source, explained and showed me the problem and performed procedure to remove the dead nerve. I will need an implant. The entire staff was professional, friendly, efficient and helpful. The office, overall, is small, but comfortable and efficient and that is fine. Dr. Hyun explained a lot as my exam went along and took the time to answer my questions. I learned a lot. Dr. Hyun also comforted me at the points where I was anxious and bit of discomfort (not close to the pain that kept me awake the previous days/nights), which has never happened to me before, so I am grateful. I wish I had found Dr Hyun years ago. If you are looking for a dentist, do not delay as it only gets worse. I have been thru a lot of pain in (torn ACL and lower abdominal surgery). Dental pain is worse because it radiates to other parts of the body, more long lasting, you can't eat the way you want, and has more damaging effects.
