Rodger said they could sand it to make a better transition. That was not acceptable to me, so i paid a lot more to have it all match. Then the planks started to separate. He sent a kid to putty the cracks. He left not completing the job. When I complained, i was told i had to take all the furniture out of my house so they could fix the wood. I could not do that, so they never fixed my floor.
