This stager was provided at no cost by my former Realtor, noting my house really did not need…read morestaging, but as it was included - I thought "why not"? I made the grave error of assuming provided staging would be NEUTRAL [i.e not... teal long hair faux fur pillow against lime green floral wallpaper in the sunroom which I inherited when buying the home]; that was not the case. I will attach multiple photos so you can judge for yourself. Consequently - I was not able to use (or had to manually edit - myself) several of the interior photos intended for the property listing. Of equal disappointment.... FACT: I was out of town for 4 days while staging occurred. I was NOT happy to discover this stager took the liberty to turn my 20 year old AC from 73 degrees down to 69 and left it that way for days until I returned. Her retort when I addressed this was "I was working and it was hot". She had my contact info - a courtesy call to ask permission (and remembering to return it to back down to it's original state) would have been GREAT. Given both of these items - I can only give 1 star and encourage you to get very clear on what materials would be used (if you aren't there to supervise the end result). Selling a home is stressful enough - this started that journey on a very bad/disappointing note.

I stumbled upon this little itty bitty ad for Fine Kitchens & Baths by Patricia Dunlop and I noticed that she was a certified kitchen designer! I hoped and prayed that maybe I pick her brain for some design help, and boy oh boy were my prayers answered. She talked with me on the phone for about 45 minutes, and asked me to send her some pictures of the space I had to work with and anything that had given me "inspiration". She got back to me a few days later with a mock-up of what I can only describe as my dream kitchen! My only regret is that I spent so many wasted hours trying to do it all myself, because I didn't want to spend the money to have it professionally designed. My total bill from Patricia was less than most of the other cabinetry quotes I received. OK, I'm rambling now, but in all seriousness Patricia is fantastic and I highly recommend her and her work. When the job was complete, we were extremely happy with the results. Be extremely careful about what you are getting in quantity. I learned the hard way. My receipts…read moreshowed the supposed square footage, not the boxes. My contractor picked up 83 boxes which contained 7 tiles, equaling 14 square feet. The total pickup was 996 square feet, not the 1200 listed. This was also evidenced when I ran out of tile. This also happened on a small order where I did the math for what I needed , added 10% for waste and was still 2 boxes short. The receipt does NOT show boxes, so you do not have recourse once you leave the store. Phil is argumentative, and although Marco seems decent, this has not been resolved so this is my PSA. This has cost me over $1500 in materials and trips back to the store for more tile. It was Florida tile so part of the issue is probably with the supplier too. Count the boxes AND the tiles. Sorry guys but that is the truth. Otherwise, good selection and customer service.
