I have come here multiple times as a walk-in and have always had such an amazing experience, which is why today was so disappointing. I had an appointment booked for 12:00 and decided to leave at 12:25 after still not being seen. I was told it would only be "two more minutes," but the woman who was going to help me was still working on another client while I waited. I completely understand that they can get busy and that providing quality service takes time. However, I don't think it's appropriate to have a client with a scheduled appointment waiting nearly 30 minutes without being given an accurate timeframe. Another client who also had an appointment arrived after I did and was immediately seen, which made the experience even more frustrating. I've had great experiences here in the past, so I was genuinely disappointed with how my appointment was handled today. read more

This was my first time visiting here and I live in the area. I came in and every technician was busy. They had me wait as a walk in for only about 5-10 mins. There were some ups and down of my visit. I like how they got me in quickly. When I got sat down they had me soak off my gel-x set. But when they did this they put acetone in an extremely hot bowl. So hot I could barely hold my nails in the acetone. The bowl was so hot they brought it over with an oven mitt. (Never experienced this before at any other nail salon) Once my old set was removed after that everything was smooth. She added the new set quickly and was fast with the gel. The other negative was I left the salon and there is a lot of extra glue under my nails. Also my fingers were covered in buildup from soaking my nails in the acetone. I had to go home and scrub my hands a few times to get it off. Overall not a bad turn out just not a very pleasant experience. Price was great through - I paid $65 in total for a removal and new set! I would recommend setting an appointment due to how busy they get. read more

I went in for a a gel manicure and toe gel polish. Place was not busy. But definitely understaffed. Kylie did my service and was very rude and unprofessional. I pick a color I always get, which needs more than two coats to look good. She told me that I should pic a dark color is better. Which tells me she didn't not want to apply the color I chose and wanted. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a place. She had a lot of people who all walked in after me or have called and she told them to come in, knowing there was no one available to take them. She had the never to tell me to come back later for my toe polish. Now mind you, this was the only nail salon I came to for these services. I guess there was more money in those clients then in the toe polish that I came in for. She had me wait 45 mins to get my polish for my toes. I have always recommended this place to my own clients and friends who ask. But never again. Be more professional Kylie, and you're the owner. How sad. read more

Just come here! This place is so low key unassuming on the outside, you would never guess that inside it's 100% A+ and then some. Outstanding pedis, great massage, and the manicurists are exceptionally kind. I loved my paragon wax, hot stones... lots of bells and whistles like the water lights up, and they add flowers if you choose the fancy treatment. There's a lot of love put into everything. Would be a 1 star review but my cousin received nice service. Mine however was offensive. In the lobby, I talked with the Manager to share a heads up that I was born with a small foot. Asked if she has someone kind who can help pedicure adult foot and small disfigured foot. More respect if Manager just said no but instead she put me with one who said she'd only do one of my feet. When I said no and that I'd spoken with Manager, she walked off. They talked, then Manager came over to do a rush job - barely any effort on small foot, hella distracted by interactions with employees. Suggestion: next customer like me, either Do Better or allow them to save their time & money. It's called "compassion" and I've found it elsewhere but not here. I wasn't going to leave a review, but the lack of professionalism the staff has when it comes to having something adjusted or fixed, starting with Kylie, who I first called to see if I could come in to get two of my nails lengths redone and shaped and was barely even responding back. She then said, why didn't I let Chloe know before. However, Chloe kept on saying if I went shorter, she wouldn't be able to do the designs, which is not true since I've seen these designs on shorter nails, so I just left it at that. Until I got home two of my nails kept getting in the way when I was typing. Chloe seemed mad and rude that I came in to get my nails redone. I then asked her if she was able to add more pink to the flower design since it was barely noticeable and didn't match the color in the photo like I wanted it she then refused to do it and said she would have to remove the flower, which again not true; she could've easily painted it. Especially if I'm paying $90 for these nails, they should be done the way I like it. I then get home and notice how some of my nails are crooked, and no it's not my nail since I've always had them done and never had this problem. I also notice lint I'm not sure what it is stuck to my nails and air bubbles. I don't think these nails are worth this price, especially from this poorly done job. They need to learn how to handle these situations more nicely and professional. read more

Diamond, Palm Dessert) salon to try out since getting to Palm Springs in early February. I wished I would have found them first. Today Lexi gave me a perfect set of dip powder nails. I will continue to book with her until I have to leave this beautiful area at the end of April. First visit and selected this shop based on their 4.5 star Yelp reviews, and the fact that they're only 5 minutes from home. The inside was very clean, and the technicians all wore masks. The spa chairs were in great shape and the massage features worked well. Parking is easy in the large shopping center lot. SERVICE: My wife loved her spa technician, but unfortunately, my experience wasn't as good. I need someone that can work on sensitive toenails, as my big toes usually have issues that require a little more attention. The young lady that worked with me performed a basic pedicure, but wasn't able to alleviate the sensitive nail issue on my left big toe. When I said something at the end of the pedicure, she tried again, but wasn't able to get it. Ty, who I'm guessing is the manager, came over and was able to take care of it within a couple minutes. Another comment, the leg massage for both men/women is the same, 3 minutes. However, women receive extra time due to the painting of the nails. I would think that they could spend a few more minutes on the leg massage for the men who don't get their nails colored. Now, as I stated above, my wife raved about Tiffany, the young lady that worked on her feet and hands. In the end, I left satisfied, but not sure about a return visit. Perhaps, I will try again making an appointment with Tiffany or Ty. NOTE: We both received "menus" listing the various services, however mine had different prices than my wife's, for the same services. I'm guessing that mine was outdated, but still being passed around. RESPONSE TO OWNER: Thank you, Mai T., for your response to my review. I do understand that there are different levels of services, and I got the Basic Spa Pedicure. My comment was based on men/women who also get the Basic Spa Pedicure. Those that choose to have their nails painted, have extra time with their pedicurist. Since I don't have my nails painted, I thought that perhaps a few extra minutes of leg/foot massage would make up for the lack of nail painting. Just a thought. On one visit we were both dissatisfied but the issues were addressed and fixed immediately. I appreciate that! Lee has done a beautiful job giving me exactly the look I wanted-- take a picture to get exactly what you want! I get gel manicure over my own nails + basic pedicure, $73 + tip.
