Want to start off by mentioning this is usually my go to salon the man and lady at the front are always pleasant and friendly . Thought I'd treat myself after a long day at work so I stopped by to get my manicure . The man who did my mani was a little short with me but that's okay but then ... he had a runny nose and wiped his nose with his arm while doing my service yuck. At the end I was expecting a massage and didn't get it . I had previously came in for a pedicure and they also did not do the massage that time either so I finally asked if the massage was still part of mani/pedi service which it was . Nails came out fine just got a basic gel mani. Take away is I pay for a relaxing service and this has not been the case last two times. Maybe they should remind their staff to give full service of what their customers are paying for . read more

After 1 1/2 weeks of receiving my acrylic nails I am dissatisfied with the quality of their nails products lasting. I have an office job, I've never had a set of nails that have popped off or lost their shine so quickly. I am giving them 3 stars as staff were friendly, quick, and prices were regular. I hope the quality of their craft gets better, but for now I will not be returning customer. read more

The guy wasn't sure of what he was doing. My cuticles are bleeding and he had to redo my acrylic set. He made a mess and it looked like I need a fill the same day. I'm so upset! I went in on February 13th. I asked if they could do a pedicure and a manicure. They said yes. The lady that worked on my toes was amazing. She did great but the guy that did my nails what terrible. I gave him three options so he could make the easiest one since it was 6 and they closed at 7. He chose the one with no designs just simple ombré. He didn't just make them the ugliest possible but my middle finger is crooked he messed up a different nail and had to remove it. It was a waste of money and time. I won't be back. Don't come. They rush things and rush you and do a terrible job. My last set here was also pretty bad but I gave them a chance. I can here in 10/22 and the lady that was answering the phone that day was the person who did my mani and pedi. I went with a group of 4. 4 of us were seated, but only two tubs were filled with water and got their feet soaked. My other 2 friends waited another 15 minutes before they even turned their water on. I have been coming to this salon for over three years! I have always been happy with my nails. They're reasonably priced and Kevin and Kathy always do a good job. I have sensitive skin and thinner nails, by nature and their products are gentle on the skin. I get the dip and they last at least four to five weeks. Kevin is a perfectionist and I love how talented Kathy's designs are that I have gotten in the past. I also love my spa pedicures from Lisa and Meri. I bring my mom too, and she loves her french tip dip manicures. I am so glad my bestie friend brought me years ago. I usually have a great experience going here but this time it was not so good, the nail tech cut me multiple times near my cuticles & almost cut me on my hand I literally jumped out of my seat, the nails themselves were so crappy looking and was even upcharged by adding a glitter top coat to help hide his mistakes. Vibe is okay, the greeter can be a little friendlier though. I recommend listening to what your customer want, I specifically stated I wanted a fill and the girl was even told that I was there for a fill. I thought she was just cleaning the acrylic nails, then I realized she was shaving them off and cutting it.. I asked her do you need to do that for a fill? She mumbled something that I could not understand. Then, she asked oh! Is that acrylic?! I stated yes, I was only here for fill not take it off she then, stated you don't need that powder dip is okay for you nails.. I brought my 12 year old daughter who was specific about how she wanted her nails done. She even had a picture of it on her phone. She showed it to the technician she said she could do it. When she stared to place the dots too big and too wide my daughter told her that wasn't how the picture was. She tried to show the technician again but she was dismissed and was told no I know what I'm doing. My daughter does not like confrontation. So she didn't say anything until we got home and she started to cry. I called the salon and requested we return and have another technician fix it. We were told they were closing and to comeback the next day. We were from out of town and catching a flight early the next day. We were told to have a safe trip home. This owner was disrespectful and unprofessional. I would never recommend this place. Go somewhere else where they deserve your money! read more

First visit and came because it was close to where we were staying and also had 4* rating so of course, let's go and give it a try. Unfortunately me and my two friends have had much, much better pedicures back in Orange County and cheaper. Didn't like having plexi glass in front of me and on one side of the pedicure/massage chair. It felt very claustrophobic. I totally get not wanting to get COVID, but it was a bit much especially when the majority of the OC salons don't go to that extreme. It's hard to understand the gals let alone them not being to hear you very well. My gal, Tracey, for the most part cleaned up and trimmed my toe nails well. However the leg/foot massage was absolutely horrible. She basically squirted some gel on my legs just rubbed it in without any effort at all!! Didn't even massage my feet. It was probably a 2 min massage if that. Before I knew it, my pedicure was finished. My other two friends said the same thing. My one girlfriend had Lam and she was nice, but trimmed (I would say "hacked") her big toe nail super crooked which made her pedicure look awful since both toes had different lengths. Her massage was the same as mine. My other girlfriends said her massage was not even a minute and as awful, meaning no effort at all. Of course my tip was $2 and I tend to leave more, but when my service is better. I asked the manager, how long the massage is suppose to be and she replied 3 min. Well we definitely DID NOT get that amount of time. I could not hear her, behind her mask plus yet another plexi glass at the check out counter so I had to loudly ask her the question again which made me sound rude. It's frustrating to not understand nor hear responses to questions. I did make mention that the pedicures definitely lacked the massage time and effort plus the pedicure itself was not good. Another customer spoke up and said "you don't have to be so rude about it". Well I wasn't, but salons should know when you are unhappy with a service you are paying for especially with things being so much more expensive than post-COVID. Money doesn't grow on trees that I'm aware of. Needless to say...we won't patronize LV nails when on our girlfriends trip to the desert. Not sure how they got a 4* rating?? Perhaps it's for mail design or other salon people, because ours were not good, in a hurry. read more

Came back to give this salon another try. I went to a different nail tech this time and was very happy with my results. Mike did my dip powder French style nails with red tips. And I love love love them! He did everything I asked. And did it perfectly. I like how gentle Mike is while he's using all the tools and doing your nails. He doesn't beat your fingers up. He also offered me a water bottle, which was nice. He is a kind person and treats his customers with respect. After my nails were done he wiped off all of the dip powder that got on my hands. And then he put oil on my fingers and I washed it off. Just overall amazing customer service. I will only go to Mike for my dip powder. I highly recommend him for your hands.
