There was excellent communication with dispatch and my technician. Daniel came out and assessed the door. He was able to put new rollers in and do a tune-up of the door in 30 minutes. He advised a possible need for a torsion spring depending on use. He answered all of my questions. Based on usage and age of house, I did end up making the decision to get a new one. (There was no pressure at all or upselling.) There was a warranty for both labor and parts, and the cost of repairs was extremely reasonable, considering I was worried I would need a new door, Highly recommend using this business!

I called them on a Friday afternoon and John was out here the following Tuesday. John came out at 4:30pm and had the door repaired and operational in under an hour and was more reasonably priced than the jokers that came out originally. He pointed out that I definitely DO need a new door, (which I knew to be the case) but he didn't try to convince me that it couldn't be fixed without replacing the door. That said, I got a quote from John on a new door and jack shaft opener since my kids' rooms are above the garage and will UNDOUBTEDLY buy the new door and opener from him. John's communication was great, his demeanor was professional and the guy shows up with tools and materials ready to work.
