I love his work, but on the day of surgery I was told it was going to be filmed professionally and when I very loudly (I was upset and shocked) objected, he told me that I signed paperwork for it. There is a lot of paperwork that goes into surgery and I didn't see the video release and I still think that he should have verbally made it very clear to me that he was planning on turning my surgery into a professional video set. My pain meds were left at the office, I was extremely medicated from surgery and he charged me $50 to bring the necessary pain medication that he should have made sure that I left with in that state of mind, knowing that I can't drive after, and had to have a friend pick me up. I think he's an amazing surgeon, but not the best at professional customer service. Update: they refunded the $50 fee and have shown me amazing customer service and care since leaving my original review. read more
