Max and his team took the project on at a point where it was a total disaster after several failed inspections, permit extensions, and faulty work. They knew what they were getting into, uncovering even more issues as they worked, corrected all of the prior contractor's mistakes, passed all inspections, were frugal with materials, and brought the project to completion within a month - taking only two days off... wow. What they accomplished here and in the timeframe and budget they completed it, is truly unbelievable. Communication was excellent. Geno, the lead contractor on the project, worked so hard to manage the crew and project completion. The job was a tall order, and my anxiety as an owner was at an all-time high due to the awful experience with the prior contractor. My only regret is not working with Max and his crew from the start. I know they bent over backward to take good care of me.

Then he ghosted me! I tried twice more to text him, asking what had happened, and I got no response. He was a nice guy, but I pity the person who hires him and then gets ghosted halfway through a project.
