Today, I've called four times - first time resulted in an immediate disconnect after completing a few prompts, second disconnect happened even faster, third the same as the first, and then the fourth time I made it (finally) to the actual hold music and after 5 minutes heard a new automated voice say, "Sorry, but we're experiencing some difficulty. Please call back at a later time." I'm switching after this round of refills. This is crazy in the making.

I was recommended a product then I noticed that there was none left on the shelf. I asked the employee helping me if she could check in the drawer below or in the back. She then proceded to snap at me and say that if it wasn't on the shelf then it isnt in stock. She did not bother checking at all. She then recommended me a product that was way over the budget that I had discussed with her. Me and my friend were then very rudely treated for the rest of our shopping experience. 5 minutes after checking out we looked online at the product, where it said that it was in stock at the location we had just been at. Once we returned home we called the store because we were confused. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and unwilling to help. She even threatened to check the cameras and heavily insinuated that we were lying about our experience. She was unwilling to help us, and when we mentioned that the second suggested product was priced incorrectly in store, she became very rude and told us that whatever the app says, is correct. Even though the second product was priced $30 higher in store than it was online. Throughout the entire shopping experience we were treated very rudely and were talked to as if we were too poor to be in the store while we were discussing prices, with the saleslady mentioning that "$30 might be a lot for you though" (direct quote). Overall very poor experience and the worst experience I've had shopping retail in a very long time.

I had an April 2025 dated appointment confirmed three times. I check in and tell them I'll do the membership pricing for this service. They give me an amount to pay which is $350 over the quote. When asked why, they said It's because my quote was based on "being a patient" and it's been over a year since I've been seen so I'm "not a patient" & the pricing is higher for non patients. They said that even though they hadn't originally told me, the quote expired in February. I remind them I was in there in November & that I received a RX at that time. They would not agree to the original quoted price & I told them what a poor business decision that was & I walked out. So now I'm ACTUALLY not their patient, at my own choice this time. So they'll keep that $50, they need it since they lost my business.
