I'm not sure why this place doesn't have more reviews. I walked in greeted right away. Super nice staff, clean & didn't smell like chemicals or any of that. I was super happy to find a salon that gel x and they have the refill! I also got their deluxe pedi with no nail polish(just clear) lol if your asking why well it's winter and your toes are in sock 24/7 well at least mine are. l I wasn't disappointed with my service with Vy or the salon. She did an amazing job with everything . Pedi was amazing. Took her time and gave me a nice massage. Im very picky when it comes to pedi cause I sometimes get ingrown nail and she took it out. She paid attention and took her time . I highly recommend you give them a shot! read more

I have been going to nail zone for many years. Usually I have had great service. This time I saw Teresa and when she buffed out my cuticles, she went way too high on a few of them, making them bleed. I have been putting Neosporin on twice a day to make sure that they heal so they don't get infected. This finger in particular is not healing well and it really hurts. I scheduled an appointment here shortly after they opened and they were very accommodating as to a time that worked for me. I had Sally do my nails and she was very kind. She kept asking if I was okay with what she was doing with my nails (I got a full set with dip) and reassured me that I could let her know about anything I wanted done. I was seated at a chair that had an existing 3 inches of water in the bowl. Additional water added - no soak or bubbles added. The "massage" lasted a total of four minutes. Despite my commenting on the dry skin on my heals, there was no pumicing performed. Instead, the gal explained that service is only preformed every other pedicure. What!?! Total pedicure was 28 minutes - start to finish. And that was with a gel polish. Never again. read more

Horrible experience! The guy in the salon spent about 20 minutes on my fill, then while I was soaking for my pedi, they polished my nails by holding my hand while the massage chair was bouncing me in the chair. Then they used the brush and polish remover around the nails to remove the overflow onto my fingers! Sally doing my pedi and another gal doing another customer's pedi. They were laughing and talking among them selves. It does make it uncomfortable for customer, thinking they are laughing at your feet. (in my case, good reason!! But still...) They prefer you sit in chair to dry your nails. Is this because they chip easier than sitting in the dryer/light lamp so you come back sooner for another pedi/mani?? When I checked out, Sally told me $75...overcharge of $5. So she corrected her mistake!? Terrible polish selection if you are not looking for gel. Better way for them to make money, or is it?? She then had to restart and had a very bad attitude with me. I've been going to this salon for four months. Got acrylic tips and it was not badly done at all. I enjoyed the nice look of the nails and got more than a few compliments. I went back several times. That was the good side. Today is the last day I will use this salon though. The bad side is that the pricing fluctuates and is not what is stated on the windows. I was told the price of the 15 dollar fill was 'for students. Are you a student?' Of course this was after I had my nails done. That is the third time I've gone in and they just happen to charge five dollars to ten dollars more than they said they would. So for that, I mark them with a lower rating. While the work is good, the money issue on pricing is questionable, and since English is not the first language spoken, it can be very hard to communicate with the nail technician. Not a horrible place, but I will be looking elsewhere to get my nails done in the future. read more

I brought my daughter here for her first pedi and wish I would have waited the hour to get into my usual place. The lady that did her pedi buffed her heal so hard that it drew blood and left my daughter in tears when we left. The worst part was the lady that did this did not apologize or seem sorry about it at all. Very poor customer service. The cleanliness of this place is terrible. When my lady reached into the sterilizing liquid to retrieve the cuticle trimmers I noticed a bunch of debris floating in there and a large toe nail trimming. I would give this review negative stars if I could. I'm surprised this place is still in business. In hind site it would explain why no one was there when we got there and the other 2 local nail places had 1-2 hour waits! read more
