Over time, that personal touch has completely disappeared. Now, it feels like a large, impersonal machine. I see a different provider each visit, and no one stands out. Everyone says the same things and goes through the same motions--like robots. The care feels rushed and disconnected. My recent visit with Dr. Lee was the final straw. She seemed annoyed by my questions and didn't acknowledge my history, even though it's in their system. I left feeling dismissed and frustrated. I've stayed because my records are here, but I won't be back. Bottom line: If you want quick, anonymous care and don't mind seeing someone new every time, this place might work. But if you're looking for personal, consistent care--look elsewhere.

The waiting area is spread out nicely and very clean. There are plenty of up to date magazines to browse through while waiting in addition to countless brochures about conditions I've never even heard of. The staff is good at getting you in as early as possible and really makes an effort to reach out to patients when they have other cancellations occur. They never seem to be running behind schedule and I always get in and out quickly. Dr. Timmons is extremely friendly and always gives her biggest smile and best effort. Another thing I've noticed is that the head dermatologists always seem to have someone much younger and less experienced alongside them. Throughout the whole visit, this person acts pretty much as the nurse but the dermatologist is teaching them and explaining their actions the whole time. I believe that's actual hands on experience is the best way to learn so I enjoy watching this occur. I have only had good experiences here minus the fact that I still don't know why I randomly get hives (gross I know!) but they're working on finding some answers for me and that's all I can ask for!

Won't go back. Went for the first time as a new patient for a skin cancer exam and discovered I had…read moreeczema as well. I was given a cream that made it worse. I went back 7 days later to be seen again for a follow up to the cream and was charged for another office visit. When I called to find out why I was billed for the first visit (should have been preventative) and why was I charged full price for the follow up, I had to make repeated calls. When calling the main line, most of the time it goes to voicemail and they may or may not call you back. When I finally reached someone, they said they had to have billing call me back. After multiple follow up calls, I was told the first visit was diagnostic so can't be billed as preventative and the second visit required another exam so wasn't considered follow up. The exam was all of 2 seconds of the Dr seeing things were worse and gave me a shot to minimize symptoms. They said I was examed again and it had to be billed as such and not a follow up. I will not be going back not only because I feel like I was unfairly charged but also because trying to get anyone on the phone was extremely difficult. I will stick with park Nicollet.

I have been a patient for years, and mostly had appointments at the former Fridley location on 73rd Ave. This new location is in a very old, very outdated building, and seems to be a huge step down. The space is very small/cramped. The room I was put in was directly opposite the door to the lobby, so there was a lack of privacy there. Additionally, the window in the exam room was not covered by a shade or blind, which again is a lack of privacy when the patient has to dress and undress. The lobby itself was clean but cramped and not much room to move past other patients
