The customer service rep was helpful and explained a few things. She even helped me to determine some info about my septic system that I was unaware of. They were able schedule me within a week of calling. On Tuesday I called to pay for service and she informed that they arrived early and took care of the service already. I normally use a local place but will consider using American Septic in another two years.

Jared Smith came to evaluate what could be done and immediately had some great ideas ! He installed curtain drains and regraded some areas on the property as there were hills adding to the problem. I witnessed the time he took to dig which was 20 minutes at most costs $60 extra. Tom left the wires sticking out of the ground. Tom did not replace the bird bath he moved. Nothing was mentioned about whether too much soap or oil ect. was used or to cut back on. Nothing mentioned when I should service the tank (every year or two years ??).
