They offered to give me an add on. When I arrived at the new time, fifteen min early as they requested.... They took my payment for my service before if was even performed. I never had that happen before at a med spa. Then it was a full hour before they actually took me back to start my treatment. I came trying to get the five in one special that they had for new patients. They asked me multiple times when I was booking my appointment if I had any allergies and I explained that I was allergic to vitamin C. Well, it turns out that that five in one has vitamin C in it. So all in all they just wasted my time. They were not punctual. And were very unprofessional from beginning to end. I never got an explanation as to why they booked me while knowing my allergy. I never got an apology. Even during the consultation, I reiterated that I was allergic to vitamin C and she never said anything about the five and one having vitamin C in it. Luckily, the sweet girl that was going to do my treatment was the only one that advocated for me the whole place had a very disingenuous and gimmicky vibe from beginning to end.

Upon Dr. Giraldo's evaluation, he explained that the 'Tear Drop' shape implants turned causing my shape and size to change. It made perfect sense! Dr. Giraldo further explained all of the types of breast implants and the implants he would recommend for me.
