This company is exceptionally well run. My experience is with the Slab department, and staff. This company has everything in the way of selection, and reasonable pricing. Even if they sell out on this showroom, they will offer to transfer in slabs, and also offer in stock alternatives. Whether you peimary concerns are a specific use, colors and themes, or budget, they will help you navigate. Even though they (technically) are contractor direct sellers, they will do their best to accommodate the end purchaser as need be. Good people that really enjoy their craft. read more

I came here after being referred by Capital Construction to pick out slabs for my kitchen counter. They were very helpful and professional. It was my first time coming to a place like this and the experience was so fun and exciting for me. Walking around with my dog and looking for the type of granite you want was something I had never done before. The cool thing about my experience was that the large slabs of marble, granite, quartz, porcelain, ceramic and other surface material were displayed like huge area rugs in their slab outlet/factory in Roseville. It was just neat to see that as it's not something you see on a regular basis. I liked the slab/tile warehouse more than the showroom. We used Arizona Tile last year for our kitchen. It was a very good experience and we spent a pretty penny with Arizona Tile. We are now remodeling our bathroom so we went to see what we could get from Arizona Tile. We came in on Saturday and there was limited staff and we looked at the displays but we couldn't get help so we came back today. As we entered the lobby there was a short heavy set woman at the desk who said let her know if we need anything. We quickly said we needed some help and had questions. It was pretty evident from the start this lady was not the least bit interested in wanting to help us. She seemed put out by every question. My wife asked if we could get two samples of a floor item that was on display on the floor. My wife wanted to compare it to another bathroom display to see how the floor tile tied into the items on the display. After a few more questions she said she would be right back, she had something to do. She walked over and talked to another employee and then went and sat down back at the front desk. We thought she was getting the samples. Seriously! We were coming there to spend money! This person should never be in the position of dealing with potential customers. She was clearly not happy to be there and she had no interest in helping customers let alone us. What a shame after our last experience being so good. read more

We made multiple visits to the Roseville Arizona Tile showroom in planning our kitchen project. Brent Y. was very helpful all along the way. They have an excellent selection of quartz, quartzite, granite, tile options. When we were ready to order a granite product, we were disappointed to learn that all the slabs at Roseville were already sold. Brent found more at another location and arranged to have them shipped to Roseville without requiring us to commit to buying them. When they arrived, we came in by appointment to inspect them and make a final decision. They worked with our contractor fabricator seamlessly to get our project done. We shopped products at two other vendors and thought the service and selection at AZ was exceptionally good. We highly recommend Roseville's Arizona Tile. read more

As I write this, we have just placed our order with AZ Tile. We have purchased a couple of different slabs and tile as part of our whole house remodel. The people at AZ Tile have been super helpful and patient through the process. I will say, you need to work with them in the process. This is true of anyone with a large inventory of slabs. We worked a lot with Brent in the slab yard and a variety of people in the tile showroom. I will say that if you are looking for slabs and tile, AZ Tile was a great starting point. In our remodel we have purchased from AZ Tile, Bedrosian, MSI, Pacific Shores, and Belagio. AZ Tile and Bedrosian were neck and neck with slabs and tiles. Belagio has some interesting inventory and very helpful. Pac Shores is Slab only. We did not spend much time at MSI, but they were a good resource as well. Fingers crossed as slab and tile installation starts in a couple of weeks. I will update if we hit any major glitches. read more

I had been looking for countertops for my new kitchen and had spent a lot of time off of 50 at the large stores there. I had a fairly bad experience and so tried Arizona on the recommendation of my installer. We were greeted at the door, given a map and shown a beautiful selection of natural stone slabs. As soon as we selected one, they were being lifted into the show area for inspection. No appointment required, no sales people rolling their eyes at us for coming in without an appointment (yes, that happened to us at another large retailer off 50). We bought 4 amazing slabs of quartz. They were awesome people (shout out to Nikki M) who work hard and have amazing product. I will go there any time I need counter materials!!! read more

Over the past few months I have worked with Shelley at Arizona Tile to select slab granite, quartz and tile for new counter tops and back splashes in my kitchen. The slabs arrived and then the staff noticed a small crack that could effect one of the slabs I had chosen, so I was invited back for a new showing. The ability to put multiple slabs up in a row really helps pin point the section of granite that I was looking for. We have a very long island and needed 2 slabs of granite and 1 slab of quartz and Shelley suggested that we might have enough do the counters in our 3 baths; which we did! Shelley has great design ideas, plus which, when it comes to customer service I can't rate Arizona Tile high enough. When the first backsplash tile was installed, it was not what I was expecting or what I had seen in the showroom or online. Because of contractor deadlines, I had to find something to replace the tile ordered and with Shelley's help, once again, found a tile and a really great design using tiles that didn't have to be special ordered. The job was finished on time! Arizona Tile truly wants its customers to be satisficed, and we are and appreciate the integrity of this company. read more

I did my kitchen and bathroom remodels in 2016 and 2017 and thought I had left reviews for Arizona Tile back then, but I guess I didn't. I purchased granite slabs for both projects and tiles for the kitchen backsplash. The selection of granite is great and you get to select the actual slab which is important as grain and patterns change. When I had to get a second slab, a guy in back helped to find a cut that was close to the one I had previously purchased so the pattern would be close. I was able to take samples of the tiles home to see how they worked for my project. I found the employees there were the right combination of helpful while allowing me to look around. They didn't bug or shadow me, yet were available to answer questions. I would certainly go there #1 next time I have a major home renovation to tackle. read more

I have been into Arizona Tile Roseville a few times over the years for projects and always had good customer service until yesterday. The lady up front with the hand brace was so rude and bitchy went round and round with me about the 8 inch width of the tile I was interested in then hastily walked away to show me how the tile would look clearly irritated with me saying, "well if that's the look your going for ok" with a snarky bitchy tone I walked out leaving the previous sample a nice lady had given me there a few weeks prior on their counter.....I was so upset the way I was treated I was shaking she treated me so rudely I will never ever go there again. read more

This is a zero star place! First of all this is one of the very few places that is not open on Sat - not even for a limited hours. All their competition is open on Saturdays and packed. But even though they are packed, you can walk around the showrooms, get some samples and get your work done without having to take time off from work. I was specifically looking for a particular 3CM slab (based on going through their website). Talked to them and they mentioned that the particular slab is there with other 3CM's and we can go browse. When we went to the store, the slab guy told us that the 3CM slabs were out in the open where it was too hot. I told him that I was willing to walk and see. But then he says that the slab may not be open to seeing - they may to pull it out. Then he shows it to me on the computer and expects me to buy based on the computer picture and then make an appointment to come and see what I had bought. Even though I told him that it was not going to happen that I would buy based on a computer image, the guy would not budge - he didn't care that he Arizona tile was not getting the business. We walked out - we didn't want to even look at anything else - don't want to patronize places that don't care for the customers. Note that when I had a phone conversation, nothing was mentioned to me about having an appointment. For slabs, I have visited MSI, Daltile, Bedrosian, Pacific Shores, Coliseum, Natural stone gallery and Consentino. All of them have provided far superior customer service compared to Arizona tile. The guy at daltile even had 8 slabs shipped from couple of his other stores so that I could buy from him. And after this "totally customer unfriendly" Arizona tile, we visited Consentino and guess what - they are getting my money for that one additional slab that I needed. ================== In response to what the business owner wrote, I get it - if it is hot, select a few and then go to the slabyard. However, we made this trip to Roseville to see one very specific slab. We didn't remember the name of the slab but as the guy started showing things on the computer, I saw the one that I wanted to see (which had I seen on the website). And I specifically said - I want to just see that one and he would not budge - I had to purchase from the computer image - that is how their business model was. read more

Today my wife and I went to Arizona Tile in Roseville California to look at granite countertops and the various different tile products that the store offers for kitchen backsplash. We were very impressed with Pamela's assistance who is a showroom consultant as we looked at the various different tiles for our vertical portions of our kitchen renovation more commonly known as backsplash. She was very knowledgeable and helped give us numerous comparisons for color variations as they apply to the granite countertop slabs. I would recommend that you see her if you go to this store. Regarding the granite countertops We worked with Ernest who is a slab customer service rep and he has very similar skill sets and knowledge as Pamela does. He walked us through their amazing clean and organized and extensive warehouse inventory of various different granite countertops and even had his forklift driver pull out various different tops for us to view. A very impressive operation with extensive inventory and unquestionably talented staff who know their products. It was very helpful to have them engaged with us and make choices for our home improvements. read more

I had some Quartz counters installed. After the installation we noticed some blotchiness in the counters. Almost looked like wet spots or staining. We were in a middle of a kitchen remodel and had to put everything on hold till they figured out why there was stain on them. Jeff Lee was the guy the sent out to see what was going on. He appeared to really care and gave the impression that he wanted to get this resolved for us. This went on for about 7 months. We couldn't install the back splash till the counters were replaced. They sent out someone to do test on the counter to make sure we didn't spill something on them. The test came back negative. We thought finally we will get them replaced. Nope. It went on for about another month. The business that I bought the counters from was telling me something different. They said Jeff from Arizona Tile was trying to get the business that did the labor to cover the cost. Jeff started not returning my calls and we he did he just would say the Re waiting on the replacement quartz. I finally got them both on the line to get the story straight.
