As a result, he provided me with several troubleshooting tips that I performed to help narrow down the root cause of the issue. I was able to check these things the same evening and share updates with Nathan via text. Once again, he responded promptly (after hours), and determined that repairing this refrigerant leak was going to be expensive. I credit Nathan with saving me a lot of money to repair an old refrigerator and, at the very least, money saved for a service visit which would've resulted in the same answer. In conclusion, Nathan was polite, professional, and a great communicator. He didn't charge me for his remote troubleshooting or the pro-tips. The technician answering the telephone was very pleasant. He gave me a choice of times. The initial time was later that same day I called! Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! CALL THEM! I now have a fully functioning refrigerator that has been going strong. The whole cost was less than $100. The technician even gave me information on what to ask for at Home Depot/Lowes to fix the issue of re-hooking up the water line after the water line was moved during a downstairs complete remodel.

Tech #2 claimed that the new cold-water valve from yesterday was faulty and replaced. Said the connector on the harness was loose, not "broken" so he would not replace. Instead zip-tied it to another wire. Ran a wash cycle and said we were good. 7. Frustrated that the connector/harness wasn't replaced even though we specifically asked several times. Putting a "band-aid" on it, is not a valid repair. 8. Checked with local appliance repair, Maytag Chat, and online google search - all state a loose connector must be replaced with a new harness. 9. Frustration is a mild word for their customer service and incompetence. 10. Paying out of pocket to have the washer properly repaired.

They installed it - nothing wrong with the stove or installation. I was not satisfied with the stove as it lacked a timer and alarm. I wasn't aware that these features are part of "electronics" but we didn't discussed the two other features ... only talked about a clock. I was told it had no "electronics" on it because we only discussed the stove having a clock which I felt wasn't needed. I own a rental property and the tenant was out of town when the new stove was installed. I talked to him the day after my tenant arrived (she used the stove 1 time) and asked if I could exchange the stove with a better one with timer and alarm and I would pay the difference in price. He proceeded to tell me that it would cost me a total of approximately another $400 to exchange it even though a step up was about $75 more. After seeing the model number on my receipt I researched the unit and found that it is a "discontinued" model which was not divulged to me. He became very argumentative and hung up on me. HOW STUPID CAN HE GET.. I have 4 apartments and own stoves, refrigerators, washers and dryers which are all going to have to be replaced in the few coming years. The worst he would have suffered is breaking even on the deal and he gave no thought to future purchases and referrals from me. I give them a THUMBS DOWN in customer service. Oh, yes, my mother bought all her appliances from Riddles (talking 50's, 60's and 70's) so they had a great reputation back then and that's the reason I wanted to deal with them.

Great work, pleasant to work with and provided a tip to keep the unit working better. Will use them again. Just had Beckers here to repair noisy squeal in my clothes dryer. Called them this morning. Another service could not get here for almost two weeks. Scott was here a little early than scheduled, had the dryer repaired in about 45 minutes and left the laundry just as he found it.
