It felt more like a surface-level rub than a proper massage therapy session. By the end, I was so frustrated that I just wanted to leave. When I approached the manager to share my concerns, I found her attitude to be defensive and unhelpful. Rather than addressing my disappointment, she seemed more interested in arguing about the situation. We had paid for an extra 30 minutes of service, but she insisted that since I didn't receive the full time, I should pay an additional $20. This felt very unfair, especially considering that I had already paid for a service that was not delivered properly. The manager even suggested that I get up from the table to find her if I felt unhappy during the massage. Honestly, I was not about to leave the room in that state, nor did I want to escalate things further. A good spa experience should be about relaxation and comfort, not confrontation. There was also ongoing, fairly loud conversation between the two therapists during the session. This made it difficult to relax and was extremely unprofessional.
