DD Home Comfort responded immediately. Dean has been attentive & communicative from the start. Their lead technician, Oren, was professional letting me know when he'd be arriving & offered strategies on how to improve my HVAC function while actually saving money. I called on a Sunday because I had a bad feeling about another company that I had been using for years. They responded so quickly to my call and scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. I received a text message confirming the appointment and on Monday morning got another text with a time window and the name of the technician that was coming. Already I was impressed. Gabe arrived right on time and looked at both the units. We had a problem with the upstairs pipes being clogged and he suggested that we put in a pump and have the coils cleaned. I asked about the downstairs unit as another company wanted to replace the whole system and Gabe said that it was absolutely fine and clearly, it did not need to be replaced or even repaired. Ray and Rodger came to do the work and they were neat and efficient. There was still an issue with the pipe draining so my husband decided to have it replaced. These guys were so good, they actually felt badly that the pipe had to be replace and honestly, I really felt bad for them since they had to spend hours on one of the hottest days of the year in my attic. When the work was done, Ray went over all the completed work and showed me where the pipe ended on the outside of the house. These guys work hard. They do a great job, care about the quality of work done, follow up and best of all, everyone who came to the house or called, was so nice and pleasant to deal with. Thank you!!

Prime Time was recommended by our A/C repair guy who said it was a good company with a father & son…read moreteam. We set up an appointment for an estimate the next day (Saturday) and met with Asiel. He told us that they could install a new unit (air handler and condenser unit) as early as Monday or Tuesday (it's been a while and I don't exactly remember which date he said). They require a 50% deposit and the remainder upon completion. We set up a date for install and gave them a deposit. There were 2 guys who showed up the morning of to work on the unit. They had a good system going with one installing the condenser unit outside and the other one installing the air handler inside. It was about a 7 hour job. We had no issues with communication or installation. Asiel was absolutely great with responding to our phone calls/texts. We would highly recommend Prime Time if you are in need of a new unit!
