Finally a great CBD shop in Central Phoenix! Not only do they have a wide variety of hemp products,…read morebut their CBD products have test results. This tells me they're professional and care about the products in the shop. They also have educational CBD events every month. It's a great spot to learn. I've gotten a great nighttime tincture here, and sleep like a baby. My dog and cats get their CBD tinctures here, too!

I have been here twice, once to the old location right before it closed and once at the open house…read morefor the new location. There are so many cute products and books and gemstones and salt baths to choose from! I think that's why a friend recommended it to me. Both times I've been there I didn't end up buying everything I wanted to because the owner was so deep in conversation with everyone else who walked in about herself, the new space she wanted to manifest, how she manifested it, etc. I almost felt like I was interrupting her by wanting to buy something. The first time I had to wait until everyone else had left (including people who came in after me). I did manage to get some delish chocolate! It was definitely on the pricier side (I think I spent something like $12 on two chocolate bites) but it can be nice to splurge sometimes on fresh, raw chocolates with ethically sourced ingredients. The shop also had a small selection of loose herbs for tea (kind of like the ones at Southwest Herbal), which is pretty cool and getting harder and harder to find. I also wrote down a few product names and book titles to research. The new location is a lot smaller than the old one so the selection is smaller, but I like that it is an amazing building shared with other people doing healing work. I really enjoyed the open house there. I spent most of the time talking to people who share the building and they were all so genuine, which is so refreshing as people in this space can sometimes be quite self-absorbed. I even managed to snag some incense which the owner told a group of us was free and handed to everyone but me until I asked (even though I was the only person in the group who was about to buy something). I wanted to buy a specific flower mist during the open house but the owner was super busy talking to and helping all the other folks there (including one who she rang up before helping me even though she came in after me). Luckily the new location is super close to Lotus Wei, which has a larger selection of products and a friendly, attentive staff who was actually eager to help me, so I was able to get what I needed right after I left. I also found some great bath salts there and met a very sweet dog. I definitely try to shop consciously in stores where I can ask questions and get help, but I totally understand the impulse to only pay attention to certain people and ignore others. Getting a new space is certainly exciting and it's probably more interesting to discuss that with friends than it is to ring someone up. And I guess it's easy to take older customers for granted. That said, having to ask for freebies, being ignored, and even being asked if someone could cut in line certainly doesn't make me want to do business here. I read the owner response and I don't think the store being crowded and busy is a reason to ask someone if they mind if you ring up the person behind them first... and again, this is the second time I visited and I certainly didn't feel like I got the utmost personal attention in the larger location, even when I was the only person in the store. (As mentioned, I had to wait for people to leave to even be able to buy anything.) I do think this is a space to source ideas for gifts--even if I do end up picking them up somewhere else where people actually want to help me! (I honestly can't remember the last time I was made to feel like I was deemed unworthy to buy things.) The other practitioners seem really cool, which is great because it's a very nice building. Maybe some of that energy will rub off on Kaya Holistics!

AMAZING ALL-ORGANIC HEALTH SHOP! I'm so thankful someone…read moreactually created an environment friendly, vegan friendly, keto friendly, and most importantly, ALL ORGANIC based products! -When you come into this shop, you will NEVER have to worry about if they're is any bad/toxic ingredients in ANYTHING in this shop. Sherry (the owner) has already done thorough research and only uses the cleanest and purest organic sources for all her product and does not allow anything in her shop to have any ingredients she herself wouldn't put into her own body. How cool is that! She really created this shop with the customers well being in mind, she even has consultations to help get you on a plan with custom made tea and herbs to help with any health issues you might be struggling with!! It's so nice to know I can buy anything from here and it's all organic and the best of quality. So many health shops try and do the same thing, but again and again I find low quality ingredients and fillers, and non organic product with toxins. So glad this place is now a beautiful edition to downtown Glendale. This place is going to explode with business in the next year! Whether your looking for a simple yummy coffee/Tea/ or healthy snacks, to vitamins or a whole health plan, this place has it all and has YOUR well being in mind. Check it out, you will love it!!
