Everyone at this location needs to be fired including whomever is managing it. I have never had a worse experience. They refused to give me chips with my order despite my order being queso and guacamole. How am I expected to eat queso and guacamole without the chips????? Even went as far to say "we're out of potato's" as I'm staring at the BAGS of chips behind them. All they had to do was throw them in the fryer. Refused to give me a refund despite me trying to be understanding. Then I go to bite my burrito which was steak and rice - NO BEANS. I even informed them I have a bean allergy. So the meal was tasty as usual, but compared to other Moe's restaurants, this one is skimpy on portions of meat. Tables and floors are clean so that's a positive. I have to say I really missed the traditional greeting. So I offered a friendly greeting to the employees. No sarcasm. Just, "hello, glad to be here". They smiled and that's it. I dined in with my family yesterday, and was shocked by the rudeness of the cashier. She didn't understand what I was wanting in regards to adding "make it a meal" to my order. Rather than asking clarifying questions, she interrupted me, was disrespectful, and incredibly rude. When we went to find somewhere to sit, every single table was available (it was during a very slow time of day in between meals) but every single table was also dirty. We had to clean the table off ourselves even though we were the only customers in the place and there were plenty of extra staff standing around gossiping. read more

We ordered online the other day. It was a fairly simple order A Joey, a Joey Jr, a kids meal, and a cup of queso. However, all we got was 2 joey jrs and a moo moo mr cow. So in all they didn't give us our cookie, kids drink, or queso which we paid for. I have now read other reviews saying the same thing happened to them when ordering online. This Moes is one of the worst I've experienced. Way before COVID hit. The customer service representatives are angry and aggressive. I just ordered a meal on DoorDash and found out from the dasher that they were out of salsa. That's like McDonalds being out of ketchup!! Let's start off by talking about Chipotle. Because that's I really want when I walk into Moe's. But I don't get anything close to Chipotle. I ordered a steak burrito, which was made quickly thanks to it being off rush hour. I had Pico de Gallo and cilantro a plenty on it as well as black beans and brown rice. Very similar to my usual order at Chipotle. And it was only 6 dollars and change. But upon biting into my burrito I was surprised. Not by what I tasted, but by what I didn't taste. When you bite a Chipotle burrito, you immediately taste freshness. When I bit into this Moe's burrito, I tasted nothing. Almost literally nothing. Eventually I was able to isolate the bean flavor, and then the overcooked steak came into play, but other than that, nadda. How is that possible? There were so many 'fresh' vegetables on this thing! Not even the fresh jalapeños could be found flavor wise. I'm sorely disappointed by the quality of the food prep here. The price was good, and they have free salsas, chips, and a good soda machine with multiple options. But if you're craving Chipotle, you'd better find one because Moe's will not fit the bill. read more

Also- everything was super cold. And I was there early so it's not like it sat around. They are super lazy and not very friendly. I recommend going anywhere else. We haven't been to Moes in while and although the food was decent, the service was terrible. The staff said their usual "welcome to Moes", but they were far from welcoming. Came in 45-minutes before closing we were the only ones in the restaurant. There was 6 staff members cleaning and talking and clearly avoiding the costumer aka me. When being helped they had a rude attitude against us for being in the restaurant. Worst place I go to with door dash for multiple reasons. They gave an order to a random person without checking and just tried to give me someone else's on the shelf. I came in and they turned me away when I confronted them about the order stolen. We have been there several times, but I refuse to eat there now even though my 11 year old loves to go. We found time after time that the tables were not cleaned after people ate. After much looking, we found one acceptable table. The place was busy but not that busy. There should always be a clean place to sit down and eat. Not true there. Not appetizing at all. Our last visit there, I commented about the freshness of the lettuce. It's like a subway, but for Mexican food. You can order any toppings for your rice or beans based bowl, or wrap, or quesidilla. Their cheese sauce is nice white, tasty. The kids menu is simple enough for most, but do nacho cheese. read more

Moe's is very good! I am from the west coast and this is a closest to authentic Mexican cuisine (at least on the California side of Mexico) that we have in Moore County. I have tried every Mexican Restaurant in this area and I always come back to Moe's. Note: I am always ordering Burritos so maybe, just maybe there might be better Mexican dishes somewhere else. The people that work here are not willing to help you at all and could care less about the satisfaction of the customers. I just downloaded the app and it is their current trademark to offer new members free nachos. I asked before I ordered to be sure (if I couldn't I was going to order something else) I could redeem the offer. The lady assured me I could and began making my nachos. When I got to the checkout they refused to let me use the coupon and simply said I guess it is expired, making no effort to help me. 5 stars for speedy and delicious service getting a busload of students through the line in a quick minute.
