I ordered online and I went to go pick up and they said that they're out of rice because the morning shift didn't prep it. So does that mean the rice been sitting since the morning in the pot? Also the drink machine didn't have no flavors. Health department needs to go check in on this place. I would not go here. Therefore, it was very dirty. The food was ok but every table was unclean the toilets wasn't clean and I paid for a cup to get coke but almost every flavor of the drink machine was gone. We were the only one in there at one point and one of the workers was sitting down on their phone while a lot of tables were dirty. I don't want to be paying for someone to be sitting and not working. It was gross and it's never been that bad. I will not be returning to this location it was disgusting. It's unfortunate to post a poor review which we don't normally do. However our kids and some friends came to Moes last night at 9:15 to get a meal after playing pickleball. The kids knew the restaurant closed at 10pm and planned to take the food to go. However, the one staff member who was in the restaurant was very rude and unkind in her words as soon as they entered. They chose to leave and go somewhere else. Working after a long day can be tiring but be mindful of your actions as it can turn someone away. read more

Walked in to grab our pick up order. There was a rolled blunt on the counter wrapped in a rag from an employee. The manger asked the employee about whose it was and the employee got mad that he found it.... They also didn't call us that they were out of steak for our online order and forgot our cookies we paid for. Absolutely shocked and will never return here again. read more

Don't go, ordered the homewrecker, paid extra for the pork and the server makes sure to knock the top off of what was in the scoop. Less than one lousy ounce of pork for the extra money. Most of the toppings were missing from the bar so no onions or mushrooms, Staff said it was too late to cook more. That was at 730 and the closing time we 10 Only one salsa in the salsa bar and that was the hot salsa that no one wanted. Restaurant is a whole lot of extra prices for things you won't get. Moe's is usually really good, but this location leaves much to be desired. The AC does not work very good, the food is typically below the brand average, and is not usually very clean. They're also very strict on their menu, you cannot order a Joey Junior in a bowl...‍ I really like Moe's brand, so I hope that management sees this and gets the store into shape or completes a remodel. read more

it's Moe's. You already know what it's like. It's got average food at average prices with slightly below-average service. I don't understand why it's that difficult to be polite, especially when working with the public. The salsas are average. The food is usually pretty hot since it's made to order - that's definitely got something going for it. However, I wouldn't say fresh as the food bar they pick from is usually obviously sitting for a while. The workers seem to enjoy each other's company as you can wait a bit while they finish their conversations to help you get your order going. The place is usually dirty - we've been there a bunch of times and at least half of the times the tables are messy and there's trash on the floor. There's a few really good ones....there was a young lady the last time we were there (I'm going to get her name next time) that was *really* super friendly and moved quickly to serve us (don't worry, the cashier quickly ruined all hope of this Moe's turning around their customer service). I love that I can order online & skip the line. This location is clean & bright. The meat, beans & rice are hot & the veggies are cold. The ingredients are fresh & the portions large. They have an app rewards program for repeat customers. I usually get the earmuffs, which is a bowl of all the ingredients & a bag of chips (literally). What happened to Moes ? They went from a pretty good Texmex chain to a sad dining experience. I'm not even going to mention the high prices and smaller servings , but I will mention the slimy cilantro that they tried to put on my nachos. I made them get a new bin of cilantro and it was mostly stems. The queso didn't cover the top of the nachos let alone run down the sides and I ate almost half before I got a piece of meat. This people working here could care less about the place. There was no tea , no plastic containers for the salsa bar ,but that didn't matter because the salsa bar was pretty much empty. The trash bins were full and had been for a while because trays with the trash had been set on the table next to the bins. I don't know if this has happened to moes as a chain but I have a bad feeling that this is what moes has become. I walk in and don't even get a "Welcome to Moes" I ask for a quesadilla, the lady asks what meat, I ask what there is and she goes over all of them and at one moment she pointed to one of the sections and goes "That's pork I think". Next person I deal with, Kim, asked what I wanted and she barely sprinkles them on, with attitude I might add, never smiling or looking like she cares about how it turns out. I asked her how much guacamole would be and she told me $1.19 and I asked for it to be both on the side and on my quesadilla. When she told me I would be charged for both, I changed my mind and asked for it to only be on the side and she acted like it was the worst thing to happen ever and rolled her eyes. The cashier was rude too. I was there with my friend and her dad and they put the guacamole on THEIR bill. At the end we saw how many chips we got, probably less than 15 for each of us, so my friends dad goes up and asks for more. They gave us a bag 1/8 full. It was ridiculous. He went back and said it's for the 3 of us and it was finally better but my GOD it was just terrible how they treated us. The meats looked dry and overcooked too, I would just avoid this Moes completely. Today, I am literally standing at the cashier, waiting to grab the food after I paid....she couldn't be bothered while texting on her phone. I asked her twice for my food. She ignored us. I had to reach over and grab it. She then puts her phone down and says sorry. Not the end of the world, but pretty bad service. I have eaten at this Moe's several times and it has always been good. The staff seems friendly. Pricing can get a little confusing once you start adding extras though (like guac on a taco for example) or making them "meals". Kids meals are reasonably priced and I've seen some adults eating them too. I like to order the steak "Homewrecker" (which is a very large burrito) all the way. This and all other menu items are served with chips and salsa (which you can get free refills of if you like). They have a salsa bar which is a great feature. The green salsa is a nice change. They have fountain and bottled drinks. Their cookies are tasty. On the downside they have a small menu and the quesidillas are so-so. read more

Stopped at Moe's right outside of Gainesville, walked in and there were some people inside. Went to order and had to wait for the workers to stop talking to each other to get my burrito bowl. The counter were they serve our food was pretty gross, the food looked old. I finally found a decent table even though it had some trash on it. As I'm eating my steak burrito bowl, it was disgusting. The steak was so tough and chewy I couldn't enjoy my food! I was picking out the steak in the bowl. My grandfather who also ordered a steak burrito spit his out and said he couldn't eat it. Very disappointed! We usually love Moe's. This place is nasty, and the customer service was horrible. My advice don't eat here. read more
