Arrived at 1:30pm on a Sunday, says it's open on Maps and on the door hours, but it's closed. No note or explanation.

Arrived around 12:15 pm. There was only one person in front of me and a few booths occupied. The place was clean but not a lot of lighting. It didn't take long for them to get to me. My first time here. It reminded me of a Mexican Subway. You pick your protein and either Nachos, Burrito, Salad, 3 Tacos or Quesadilla. I chose the Burrito with Adobo Chicken. Picked out my toppings: southwest rice, Pico de Gallo, bell peppers, fresh jalapenos, shredded cheese, Queso cheese, chipotle and sour cream. Pretty simple if you've ever been to a Subway. They give you some Tortilla chips and there is a salsa bar. The Burrito wasn't bad. Just not a lot of it for $10.19. Upon looking at the receipt I was charged an additional $2.09 for a 1 to 2 ounce scoop of Queso inside the Burrito, making it cost $12.28. Wish I would've know that. I did see business pick up as I was eating. The dining area began to fill. There's a garage door on the front of the building. They should call it Moe's Southwest Garage. $16.45 for a Burrito and a Regular size Coke. Don't really wish to return. read more

The serving size was for a child. The chicken wasn't very good, the lettuce was kinda slimy. The service is the best thing they have going. I got the chips and quest on the side. Most of my chips were crushed so I ended up with a lot of leftover queso. This town doesn't have a qdoba or chipotle. I would never eat at Moe's again. read more

Decent fast food Mexican at this chain which we no longer have near me! Ran across this in N Indiana, so I thought why not, I'm going to revisit this place. It is along the lines of a Qdoba, but not as good as Chipotle, IMO. Got a bowl, but made it into a salad with chicken. Very filling for the $, fast/good service and ok taste as it wasn't that flavorful. They do give you chips and there is a salsa bar, which is a bit different now due to COVID. I suppose it is deserving of a 3.5 but I'm rounding down. This place is better than their Yelp reviews too! read more

This place used to be good. The shrinkflation that it has adopted is ridiculous. I paid $13 for a "burrito" which was 1.3" in diameter. What a joke! Will happily never be back and I hope it closes ASAP so another fast casual restaurant can take its lease. read more

Welcome to Moe's! Always a pleasant greeting. If you love burrito's, chips, and queso then you'll love Moe's. This location is super clean. I had a free burrito in the app for my birthday so I stopped in to redeem it on a Friday for lunch. I love that they warm up the wrap before loading it up to add some stretch and extra softness to it. I get the brown rice, small amount of black beans, and chicken. Then I load it up with lettuce, grilled veggies, and pico and top it all of with queso. Their entrees always come with chips and a variety of salsa choices but we always go ahead and get a cup of queso which is just a few extra dollars but worth every penny. Their burritos are huge so come with a full stomach! read more

Im only giving two stars because I love Moes and dont want them to lose business but i had a very poor experience the last two times id went. Id gotten practically a tablespoon of very dry (and crunchy undercooked) rice and when i ordered tofu the person literally gave me 4 chunks of tofu. and one of the chunks fell out. and i had to pay more for that so it was a complete waste. the spicy salsa tastes the exact same as the regular salsa. i will continue going to moe's because yall have the best tortillas but other than that the service needs to be improved. read more

This was my first experience at any Moe's. I left feeling impartial to my experience, it wasn't great but wasn't bad. Service was friendly, but the food was less than stellar. I chose a steak bowl and loaded it up, but it still managed to be bland. I also had some small pieces of bone in my meat. I like the concept of the salsa bar, but none of the salsas blew me away. I do like that chips come with every meal. Restaurant was clean. I would hands down pick Chipotle any day of the week. read more

I guess they don't know how to clean at this moes. The girl also doesn't know portions when it comes to making a burrito. I had to order double meat after I saw the 10 grains of rice she thought was enough from the start. Then when getting the sauces I noticed they were crust and dried out. No thanks won't be back. The food is just "ok" here. Chipotle is much more flavorful. The employees at this location are not the friendliest. When you walk in they yell the usual, unauthentic "Welcome to Moes!" But other then that, they don't say Hi, thank you, you're welcome, I'll be right with you, etc...They sort of seem annoyed that you are there. read more

Coming from Columbus I have been eating at Moe's for several years and this experience was the worst. I should have known something was off when I didn't hear "welcome to Moe's" when I walked in the door. Based on the two people in line ahead of me, the two people in the dining room, and me there were more employees on the clock than there were customers in the store. Compared to their central Ohio locations, this staff moves at a snail's pace. When I was asked to order, it was obvious they hadn't been very busy because their beans were crusted over and their meats all looked dried out on top. Perhaps the manager could ask their employees to stir their meats or cover their beans to keep them steamed and moist. I got their Chicken Avocado bowl and it was ok.The chicken was dry and they skimped on the lettuce and beans (I had to ask for more twice), but the bacon and guacamole were pretty good. The chips were free and fresh which is a positive. Hard to recommend the Angola Moe's when you are comparing them to their other locations and their competitors. I know Moe's can do better but this place seems not care one way or another. Thank you still means something as well. read more

The workers are very personable & super hilarious. The food is great too! I like how they let you get your own salsa at the bar so you can get what you would like & whatever amount you need. You get a good amount of food for the price. I am a little shocked at all of the bad reviews because I genuinely enjoy the Angola Moe's location & the experience every time I go. Shout-out to the staff that shows up to serve us. They deserve so much love for showing up to work in today's world. read more

So incredibly disgusted after today's experience at the Angola location. There were a couple of staff members that were extremely rude and acted like us being there to eat was a complete inconvenience to them. Which made even more sense when we went to find a seat and there wasn't a single table that was clean. (Though every table was open, none had been wiped off). We sat down at a dirty table, and watched all the staff just stand behind the counter and laugh and goof around. My husband went to the bathroom to wash his hands before we left and he said the men's restroom was horrifying. Definitely the very last time we will ever stop there. read more

We have been here about 3 or 4 times and every time we are greeted with "Welcome to Moe's". The workers have always been cordial. The food has been excellent and I see people cleaning tables and counters all the time. Not sure why there are so many negative comments. Moe's Monday's are fantastic! One burrito or bowl, chips, salsa and unlimited refills of pop/tea for 6.99. More then enough for two of us to share! We will be back. read more

The servers were very nice and friendly.  The restaurant was clean. My order was made just the way I asked. Moe's meat has changed. Chicken used to be real meat.  Recently it has become mushy pressed chicken pieces.  Not good at all.  This is at all Moe's and no reflection on the Angola location. read more

I was in charge of getting a group order together for 30 people. I used the Moes online system but apparently didn't understand how to use the program. When I called the Moes 30 minutes before I thought the order was supposed to be ready, they said it wasn't in their system. The nice (and patient) person on the phone waited while I figured things out on my laptop and told me when the order came through. I was worried that the order would take a long time and my group would be starving, but the nice Moes person said they could have it ready in 45 minutes. When I arrived 45 minutes later, most of my order was ready and labeled with each person's name. They helped me bring it out to my car and were very friendly and helpful. When I bought the food to the picnic area, everyone had what they had ordered and the food was delicious. Thank you so much to everyone at the Angola Moes!!! You are ROCK STARS!!! read more

We get Moe's a few times a month for the Moe's Monday and I can say that about 50% of the time the order is screwed up somehow. We use online ordering, which is very convenient, but without fail, something is missing or the same thing is made twice, etc. I can forgive the occasional mix up - we are all human...but there is no excuse for my experience today. When I brought our lunch back to the office, I bit into my burrito which was filled with chicken (I am vegetarian). So I attempted to call the restaurant to see if I could pick up a new burrito and be refunded - but the phone rang and rang with no answer. I decided to drive my food back to get a replacement which was obliged with apologies. I was asked my name because they wanted to give me a burrito card, whatever that is, but would have to wait until my next visit because they were so busy. So no refund, but I have a burrito card somewhere with my name on it! I decided to check the burrito before leaving the parking lot only to find that they made the exact same burrito even though I gave them my receipt which had my ingredient list on it. At this point, I am MAD. I go back inside and the employee who remade my burrito threw his hands out to the side saying "WHAT!? WHAT NOW? WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" Long story short, he sloppily made another burrito in front of me (with the wrong sauce and had they not been busy I would have said something) and I was refunded nothing. My entire lunch hour was spent not eating my lunch. Needless to say, F for customer service and mediocre food. read more
