It's just not worth the price. I got the steak bowl and paid for extra steak. The bowl itself is maybe 50% full. I love ordering tofu from Moe's. It's always perfectly cooked just the way I like it. We've been going here for over 10 years and haven't ever had a bad meal. As others stated, the crew is mostly kids and, as kids, they're unmotivated. If you tell the unmotivated kids what you want, you're standing right in font of them and can easily tell them what to do, how much toppings you want on the burrito / taco, bowl, quesadilla. You have to be responsible for your own food and observe and correct as needed. These days, people magically want everyone to perfectly do things for them with little instruction. Grow up. Make an effort. Be responsible for your own dining experience. read more

Nothing to run home and tell everyone about. The food was normal Moe's but I'm sad that I paid before I got to the salsa bar. I've been going to this Moes for years. This was probably the worst experience I've ever had. They didn't greet us with the usual Welcome To Moes greeting. They all looked unhappy to even be working today. They made up our food, then the gal working the cash register told the man her (person in charge) she had no change. I was always taught to count change at the beginning of the shift as a manager so I'm a little perplexed as to how they ran out of change half way through the lunch shift. The manager type person then quit working to go to the bank. After that, the guy starting the food just continued to make orders while those waiting for toppings sat there getting cold. He overcooked the quesadilla. It wasn't burnt and we were hungry so I took it but it was extra crispy. By the time I ate my tacos, they were ice cold. When I checked out, I had to repeat 2 times that we wanted meals. I also watched her leave her food gloves on, touch the screen, then dish up chips. She then left one glove and took off the other. Instead of putting the signed slips where they go, there was just a pile in front of the register. It took about 15 minutes (maybe 20)from the time we walked in to sitting down which has never been my experience there. The floor was extremely sticky around the soda machine and there were giant puddles of something extending from that to the booths on the left. There were just signs saying caution by it but it was clear that no one had cleaned it up. When I went to the bathroom, the stall had no toilet paper in the container but a roll just thrown on top like they didn't have time to properly stock it. The soap dispenser was also missing it's front. All of my kids agreed this wasn't the Moes they remembered and were disappointed in the food. The atmosphere wasn't it's usual cheery demeanor I remember, in fact the Moes at Houston's hobby airport was 10x better than this one. I don't know if there's been a manager shift or what but it's definitely worse than it used to be. It's clear the care isn't there any more nor the pride in the restaurant. read more

Came here to try out something new. I frequently have lunches at qdoba and the food offered here was on similar lines but with few interesting combinations thrown into the mix. I took the Stacks item with chicken - it was decent. I give them points on adding more ingredients than your local qdoba, and the customer base seemed to consist of many regulars. read more

Apparently being welcomed into this establishment is something that's gone by the wayside. Placed my order, and while I am assuming listening to the customer is the easy part i become wrong in my assumption because I spent my entire time repeating myself over and over. Maybe I should have just written it down? The chicken in my burrito was over cooked and even hard to swallow in some portions but overall the flavor was good. The guacamole was delicious but the "bag" of chips was more than my two tablespoons of guac so clearly I ate naked chips as a side. read more

i do nit want to give even one star. Horrible horrible service!!!! Curbside picked up scheduled called when I arrived and no one answered the phone after multiple attempts. Parked and went inside where a group of people were standing waiting for their "curbside" orders. I finally received my order an hour late but had to ask multiple times for the status. This was a first experience and it was a good one. Service was good. Ordered a Salad Bowl (Chicken) ordered the way you wanted. The toppings were fresh and it was a great size foir the money. The other order was a stacker ground beef, put your toppings on! If you go away hungry, your fault. The seating was clean and tables were clean... For me that is half the battle, kids menu was looking good. All in all we will definitely visit this store again. read more

Have been here many times and had fantastic service but recently it has been just horrible. Ordered online and they obviously didn't read the ticket since they didn't add the guacamole you pay extra for. Aside from this my order was not done in the time they said it would. Another issue is that they are putting very little chips in the bag and are now limiting you to one little cup of salsa???? Like what? I can use that for maybe one chip. They also had sour cream all over the burritos which made it a mess to eat. An another note the app does not allow you to pick every topping you want not that the staff reads it anyway. I recommend going in store over online so you can watch them make it. This location still better then the kirkwood location read more

This Moe's is in the Governor's Square strip mall. Access from both directions on US-40 is via a traffic light intersection. I am never really sure how to respond when they call out "Welcome to Moe's!" as you enter. Service was pretty good in that I could talk to the folks behind the counter and they seemed fun. Also, as evidenced by the Billy Barou (nachos) with Pork photo I posted, if you ask them to pile on the fixings, they'll do so! Until it is a mountain! Aside from that, this is a quick service type of environment. Beverages are self serve and there is a decent selection. read more

Poor service. Unenthusiastic and insincere "welcome to Moe's". Staff is unfamiliar with ingredients used to be able to answer questions about the food they prepare. Unfriendly to the point that they make you feel uncomfortable like you are imposing on their stand around time. No wonder Chick-Fil-a has a line around the store while Moe's is empty. Terrible terrible place. Sign says they open at 11 am. We're standing outside - waiting, waiting. Woman finally comes and opens the door and says "Welcome to Moe's AT 11 AM!" VERY aggressively like we were idiots and couldn't tell the time (it was now past 11 am). Same woman starts complaining because someone has called out sick. Tried to order a bowl - was told the rice would be done in a "couple minutes". 17 minutes later - still no rice. I guess opening at 11 am really means that's when the staff starts PREPARING to open? As I'm waiting - I realize that the floors haven't been swept in days and the countertop and entire work/cooking area is filthy. My second time ever coming to Moe's. I cancelled my order & left. Will be my last visit most likely, at least to this location. The 2 girls working were very rude & seemed like they didn't want to do their jobs. It's 2:14 on a Wednesday, it's not busy at all & yet they had no beef & the lettuce was brown & flies landing all over the food. There should be something covering if it's not being used. As I was leaving I saw all the tables were dirty as well. It's as if this store is the one nobody cares about. The cleanliness & the customer service are both horrible. Poor service. There is a rude lady at the cash register. There was a taco in a toilet when i left the bathroom. I heard employees gossiping and cussing. Do not recommend this location. With all the good ratings I felt obligated to offer a different opinion. This was my first time at Moe's and likely my last time as well. The experience wasnt exactly horrible but you should know what to expect. The food is at best half a rung above Taco Bell. It's expensive fast food without the drive thu. You can eat authentic Mexican for the same price if your so inclined. If you have children, find yourself on a road trip with a need to stop for a quick bite to eat Moe's probably isn't a bad option. One of my favorite fast food places that serves healthy choices. We are regulars and the staff welcomes everyone with a joyful Welcome to Moes. Our order is always the same, super king pin with rice, and two Joey Jrs. Every order comes with their signature chips. The queso, spicy or regular are a great addition to your order. read more

I have frequented Moe's on concord pike for many years and have always been pleased with the experience. This is the first time I have ever visited this location. I ordered 2 steak soft tacos. They both barely had any meat at all, and were served to me ice cold. Also, the queso side was luke warm at best. Lastly, I was given about 5 tortilla chips that were broken in ten pieces. I was extremely disappointed with everything, and what made it worse, was that the manager was the one who prepared my order. I will never visit this location again. read more
