Welcome to Moe's. I stopped in for dinner this evening and enjoyed my "Close Talker" salad with chicken. The restaurant was clean and the salsa bar was tidy and stocked at 7:30pm. 3 scoops of rice, 1/2 scoops of meat. When I asked for Lettus I got 3 shreds. I think the workers were instructed: tons of rice and only a little everything else. $11 for rice. Went here for lunch on New Year's Day. No one else was inside, yet I saw an employee at the counter preparing to go orders and an employee in the back. No acknowledgment when I arrived. I would have assumed that the worker would stop preparing the mobile orders and take my order when I arrive but she casually continued. The employee in the back came up front to grab something but didn't seem that busy and didn't offer to take my order. I waited for 5 minutes and left. THEY WERE THE WORST I HAVE EVER TASTED. I am from San Francisco,Ca. Home of the modern day burrito. I paid 13 bucks for this nasty thing. It did not offer refried beans, it was only 7 inches long. improperly rolled, and nasty tasting. In The City you get a properly rolled, 10 inch sized GREAT tasting burrito for a cheaper price. I took 3 bites this is what I found...1st..NO hot peppers, though I requested eyeball sweating heat. 2nd...I wanted beef I got what tasted like a canned chili or or those envelopes of making your own short cut stew at home...NASTY... plus lacking of what ever else I requested. The tacos were just as bad as my burrito. Lacking in flavor. I have ate here before but never the burrito...Now I know why... I will never eat here again.. Wow has this places gone out of control. Prices are high and the food keeps shrinking. People mad cause I guess they work their. No more welcome to moes, u get a what u want with a look of sadness. They make Walmart a cheerful place to work at. No toppings. Everything is empty so why ask me what I little when everything I like is missing. And now they close at five due to worker shortage. Bull. As others mentioned, the place is filthy. From the front door to the tables and floors, everything is dirty and hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. We went around 7PM and ordered a burrito and a quesadilla. Burrito ingredients were cold (very cold), quesadilla was ok. Coke machine touchscreen hasn't been cleaned since it was installed and the trash cans were overflowing. Guests just left their used trays with food leftovers on top and at the table next to it. So I haven't been here in a while. When it first opened this was one of my favorite places to go. I was pretty disappointed after my visit today. I have to agree the place is dirty. The last time I went(several years ago) I remember sitting in a booth and there was so much dust and dirt accumulated on the trim and the pictures and just everywhere in general. Today was no different. The area where you get the salsa had an awful smell that I cannot say what it was but it wasn't anything that went along with the food. It was gross and smelled kind of like a dumpster in need of dumping. The freestyle coke machine had a layer of dirt and no choices other than regular coke. Barely any ice and the tea tasted sour like it was from the day before. The chips were stale and they gave a small amount. There were two people working. One made the food and the other cashier. They were somewhat difficult to understand and I had to ask several times what they were asking me. I doubt I'll be back as there are so many other similar options around town and if I'm really craving Moes I'll ride over the bridge to the one in FT Myers. read more

Better than chipotle in my opinion. First time going here yesterday with a good friend and work buddy. He has been there before and wanted to go here and we got some food after work. And the staff was very kind respectful and friendly.service was excellent. They have booths and tables and flat screen TVs. Not to expensive too. Good prices. They say hello when u walk through the front door. And welcome. Got a burrito same kind as my buddy. And I made a burrito bowl on my own, and put pineapple chili and qaso cheese on it as well. It was a let down. Salad had tons on lettuce ends and was old. Plus it was overpriced for what we got.

If I could give zero stars I would. What happened to this place? The beans are so salty the steak is hard and over cooked. The burrito is so small with nothing in it. Nachos were delicious, however... Who ever manages this place doesn't have the staff cleaning up at all. Every single table was dirty , chairs and booths had crumbs all over . This place is disguisting. We came on Tuesday, September 18, 2018. Very dirty, smelly... Smells like these young kids who work here use old, dirty dish rags to wipe down the tables. Cashiers were rude. Plus the AC was broke and it was really hot inside. I asked the manager (I think since she was wearing a different color shirt) if they could turn the AC down and she said "it's on, it's just not working well, we're hot back here too" very rudely. We walked in, the girl behind the counter greeted us with a "achoo, welcome to Moe's" as we approached the bar, her nose was fully exposed with her mask only covering her mouth...at this point we were a little skeptical about continuing with our order, well we did, and I got the home wrecker and my daughter got a quesadilla. The guy working the grill was unmasked the entire time. After we got our cups and approached the drink station, we were greeted with a thousand fruit flies swarming the sweet tea section (which we thought was very disgusting) and then after searching for a table, out of 70% of them that were closed, the 4 tables were trashed and dirty. The new ownership in this place is a joke!! They advertise things on their menu, when you try to order, they are always out of specific ingredients. There's 2 fancy Coke machines (only one works too cheap to fix the other one) the one that functions doesn't offer all of the selections that they advertise, once again. The chips are greasy, stuck together and under cooked every time because they are trying to save money by not turning the deep fryers up to the proper temperature. I stopped here last week (7/28/21) for a quick pick up meal. It wasn't the least bit quick, unfortunately! When I walked in, there were about 3-4 people ahead of me in line. It didn't take too long for me to order, but after that, it was over 10 minutes before I got my food! And most of that was just waiting for the people ahead of me to get their order after mine was finished! About 6 people were waiting at the cash register for their orders that included steak, because enough hadn't been prepared. Mine had tofu and was done quickly, but it sat there, uncovered, until I finally asked one of the workers to cover it. I then asked if I could get mine and pay since it was ready, but he said I had to wait for the people in front of me. They were still waiting on meat to be cooked - I didn't understand why they couldn't have taken mine up to the check out! Suffice it to say, my meal was cold when I got in the car! In addition, not ONE worker was wearing a mask! Florida leads in Covid cases right now, and businesses should be leading the way in providing safety. I love hearing welcome to Moes every time I step foot in this door. I brought my four kids in today to reward them for working so hard in school. The children got kids meals including three tacos and one quesadilla. I purchased the bacon avocado bowl and it is outstanding! There was almost a problem at the cash register however the manager was very kind and Ti (the staff member from Polynesia) was nice and helpful by carrying our meals to our table. Ordered a homewrecker with chicken through the Moe's app. Showed up on time but the chicken tasted about 3 days old. Not only was it dry but the pieces had that weird hard exterior like when you let it sit in the fridge for too long. If I wanted left overs I wouldnt have ordered out. The app sucks- it kept asking me to enter a phone number but glitched so it wouldnt let me scroll up to the phone number prompt after I had spent 5 min ordering. read more

Big enticing signs with the word FRESH bolded everywhere in the place. Now I dont want to go there so much anymore. One lunch day I walked in to order my usual bowl and noticed something I thought was odd. The back door to the kitchen was open and a huge rack of giant sized canned ingrediants stared back at me. Corn, tomatoes, onions, green chili peppers, tomotilas, olives, beans, cheese sauce etc etc. Even canned BEEF! I saw about 90% of the ingrediants in cans. ALL CANNED FOOD = YUCK MOUTH. It was alright, chipotle is better and gives you more for your money. The queso is good! But for $10, I felt like I didn't get enough for my meal (chicken/rice)... It's debatable if I'll be back. Ordered through the app and was extremely disappointed. One of the orders was not only completely wrong, but it was thrown into the to go box completely fallen apart and sloppily cooked. The item we got didn't not even resemble anything close to the Crunchwrap on the menu. In the bowl we purchased the rice was undercooked and crunchy, and it was smothered in sour cream instead of the dressing I ordered. It was also EXTREMELY salty? I've never had an experience like this at a Moes before. Even the chips were horrendous, some were stale and some were soggy. The bathrooms WREAKED of a** and the entire building over all was grimy and dirty. Absolutely disgusting service I recommend this place to no one and honestly it should just be shut down. read more

Staff has always been friendly but assembly has been spotty,ingredient quantity has been light at times, and dang, I've waited way too long to cash out on more than one occasion.
