The only reason it's getting two stars is because at least two of the many employees here are actually nice or capable of doing their job and I actually like Moe's food but I hate going to this location because of the employees... I placed an online order for pick up through their app and one of the things was a "close talker" which is a salad, I put no shell but when my husband got home with the order my "salad" had no lettuce ... nothing ... I am upset at this point because I'm starving and this location posses me off to begin with. So I usually don't call places because really what are they gonna do at this point, but I call because I want to know what they have to say about why there is no lettuce in my salad. So I call and they put me on hold when I tell them what happened, then some lady Gabriella gets on the phone and she says she's the manager but her lack of knowledge and the way she speaks to me really makes me doubt that she's the manager but then again maybe she is and maybe that's why this location Sucks. She proceeds to tell me that when I order a salad I have to put that I want lettuce! ... because some people don't like lettuce!!... WTF?!?! I used Moe's for catering for a standby crew at my firehouse. I ordered the taco bar for 12 people, a southwest salad, cookies and cinnamon chips, lemonade, and iced tea. No one from my department was able to be there when the delivery arrived so the standby crew received the delivery - I was able to leave a tip for the delivery person right on my original order & credit card. The standby crew said the food was good and there was plenty of it. I'm really happy that this was such an easy process - other caterers wanted to charge delivery and setup fees, etc. but not Moe's! Let me start by saying overall the place is clean and nice inside (but maybe too clean, more on that below), employees were nice and friendly so no complaints there. I came here for lunch takeout and ordered a chicken quesadilla with a side of chips and queso. The 'dilla and queso were alright, but something just tasted off with the salsas...not sure if it's just me, but the salsa's left a bad chemical after-taste in my mouth, like soap or detergent. Possibly they don't rinse their salsa bins out thoroughly enough, I don't know. Only going off my gut, whatever it was, tasted off. Even smelled a bit like soap, lol. Could be an off day...who knows. I have been trying the restaurants around. I was not impressed with this place. Honestly Manager was a nice person when I return my food for them to remake it. I think think Guacamole was mixed with lettuce . That was first time for me trying it . The salsas was too watery for my taste. Salsa alsa should be little thick if you know what I mean. Chili con ceso was okay. I honestly think that I should look around to see if there is anything better. I like authentic food more. read more

Been to almost every Mexican Grill Chipotle type establishment on both coasts. By far the worst experience, they have kids working there that have no idea what customer service is. The manager there is a teenager, the cashiers give you a look like they've never seen a coupon before. Our party of 4 wanted to use a buy 1 get 1 free burrito coupon, they said we can only use one per person. While we had 4 people. It required a 2 drink purchase to use. They charged us for 5 drinks to make the coupon work. They looked at us like we were cheap homeless people trying to get something for nothing. In the end 4 burritos and 5 drinks cost a total of $43!!!! That's with 2 coupons!! The receipt stated the name of the cashier was aloha! Which is the name of the point of sale register systems the store uses. So obviously they don't want their name exposed in case someone writes a review about them. Small portions of guacamole, tiny dabs of sour cream. Cold wrap on the outside, warm on the inside. Definitely won't be going back especially with the abundance of other places to frequent. read more

To me, Moe's seems like a Subway of Mexican food. You tell the employee what you want on your burrito as it slides down the line. Not of the same quality as a more formal restaurant, but I would not expect a fast food place to be up to that level. Friendly staff. Overall OK for a quick bite. read more

Oh Moe's....I had sooooo much hope in you. I had heard such wonderfully amazing stories about your food's freshness and delectability, that I knew there was no way possible you would or could ever be able to live up to the hype. Unfortunately, not only were the stories not even close to true, but the sub-par mediocrity of your food makes me believe they were just fables told by individuals who had never even actually eaten your food, but like me, had just heard stories about it from other people. The food was pretty terrible to be blunt about it. Not terrible in the..."If I attempt to eat another bite of this I may projectile vomit" type of terrible, but more along the lines of this is just some tasteless, flavorless, temperature neutral food that has absolutely nothing notable about it. When I say nothing....I really mean NOTHING! I ordered a chicken rice bowl. I was excited about the "seasoned" rice I was about to taste because Chipotle's rice has cilantro (my arch-nemisis of the food world) in it and I always have to get my burrito's and bowls sans rice from their locations because of it. The rice was beyond dry, to the point where little clumped up balls of it had formed in the bottom of my dish and the seasonings...well you can call them that if you want to, but I didn't taste much. The black beans were probably the most edible part of the bowl and they were just okay...normal everyday black beans. I prefer Chipotle's because they cook them in a bit of bacon and it just gives them an added flavor. The onions and peppers were okay as well, but as with the rest of the food just lacked any form of flavor or taste. Lastly....the chicken! Oh my god....the "chicken!" I really don't understand how they can even call that chicken. The honest truth...it looked like they poured sawdust on the top of my meal. It was tiny little pebbles of the driest, most flavor devoid poultry I have ever tasted (or didn't taste for that matter) in my entire life. The portion size of the "chicken" serving was shameful as well. Around half of that received at Chipotle, even though the total meal was more expensive than Chipotle's! It was really shameful to be frank and even more so because a friend and I ate there today right at opening, so either they were serving yesterday's leftover's or their food really is just downright abominable! Free chips were good and they gave you lots of them, but they were unsalted and the free salsa's all tasted like water! Seriously....like the juice you squeeze out of a tomato and water! I will never go back to this place again. A waste of time and money. Chipotle gets my vote and will get my money and business in the future. read more

Love the people in here. They are quick, polite, friendly and usually know what Im going to order when they see me come in. They also give decent portions of food. Ive been to other locations where they really skimp on the portions, especially the meat. I rarely eat in here but there is ample seating and usually very clean. It has one of those soda machines with like 100 different flavors. Its in a convenient location but in a high traffic parking lot. read more

Tried it for the first time on Free Queso Day. Gotta say, they are good at marketing, so thumbs up with that to keep the customers coming back and feeling like they got a good deal. To be honest, it's not as good as Mexican Grill 2000 in Medford, or even the Green Cactus Café chain, but it's still a good value for the money you will spend. If you are super-starving, get the "Homewrecker" burrito made to your liking. The salsas that they offer at the salsa bar are decent, and the Queso (seems like Jalapeno Jack Cheese melted down) is more than acceptable. I was so disappointed with my visit today. I was so excited after the pandemic too have Moe's again. My husband had a home wrecker that he had chicken in. We thought since we haven't been here in so long let's go he wasn't happy with his burrito so I went too the front the guy was so rude to me maybe he is a manager Idk but he wasn't very pleased that I brought it back and than I threw it out. He should have been so apologetic people aren't happy make them happy this guy didn't go out of his way he was rude. And made me feel worse for returning my husbands burrito. After telling him the issue with it. He also had a stale taco shell and he ate that Becuse he was hungry and after that I couldn't return something already eaten fully! I will start off by saying I enjoys Moes food. I have eaten in 6 different locations over the years. I am always disappointed by the portion size at this particular location. I return from time to time only to be reminded why I usually stay away. On a recent visit my son and I decided to share a Nacho platter which we have done many time at other locations. We are usually quite satisfied with the portion but not this night at this location. I pointed out to the clerk that I was not happy with he size of the serving. He explained to me that I was receiving the proper portion and if, at other locations, I had received larger portions than they were making them too large. Not to disappoint my son I paid for the tray and we sat down. After each having 6 chips each with the sparse topping we were in disbelief that we received such a minuscule platter and moved on. We stopped for burgers to supplement our Moes visit. Yes I like and recommend Moes just not this one if you are hungry. Although I will say store is clean, staff friendly no other issue. read more

I went in an hour from closing so I understand that they were a bit short staffed and one male there was busting his butt to get the line out quickly. There was a female there who was taking the orders at the beginning who seemed too preoccupied with what I can only guess was a male love interest of hers and she was ignoring customers. She forgot to add items to on the guest in front of me, and my order as well. The queso was clearly old and started to take on a different color. I hardly got any of it because the container was empty. Overall not please with that one employee and would like to keep her personal business for when she is not working or there are no customers in the store. read more

Please when there is a line don't let children use the soda machine they stand and stare at the machine it's not cute. Moe's is ok. Not super, not bad. The chicken on my quesadilla was dry dry dry. The cheese dip was good with the plain chips, and I like that they had 3 different real iced teas to choose from. A little pricey for just one quesadilla and some chips. After eating here a few times now, I honestly prefer Taco Bell. read more

This place was terrible. First off the entire menu and set up of the restaurant is a cheesy attempt to rip off of Chipotle. I ordered two tacos, and mind you its pretty hard to screw up a taco ... but they managed to do so. I asked for guacamole and they had to have just taken it out of their ice cold refrigerator and the dude just plopped it on top with a spoon. It made the entire taco ice cold. They shout out "Welcome to Moe's" in a terrible attempt at a mexican accent to which none of the customers respond to. It is completely annoying and unnecessary. My girlfriend also got a taco salad which was nothing to write home about. I never write reviews, but the entire time I was eating I just kept thinking that someone should write about this place. So here it is, when you see the sign just keep driving by. There are much better places to eat in the area that deserve your ca$h more than this place. read more
